背景技术
《皇帝内经》中指出“五脏安则六腑安,六腑安则百病不生”。肺,位于胸中,纵隔两侧,左右各异;肺的主要生理功能是主气司呼吸,主行水,朝百脉,主治节。肺气以宣发肃降为基本运行形式。肺在五脏六腑中位置最高,覆盖诸脏,故有“华盖”之称;肺叶娇嫩,不耐寒热燥湿诸邪之侵,肺又上通鼻窍,外合皮毛,与自然界息息相通,易受外邪侵袭,故有“娇脏”之称。
中医认为各种病因都是外邪入侵人体积累所致,而使用药物治疗疾病,要适可而止,使用药物不可过分,以免身体受损;当用饮食方法调理使之痊愈。正如《素问·脏气法时论》所说:“五谷为养,五果为助,五畜为益,五菜为充,气味合而服之,以补益精气。”就是充分发挥饮食营养对人体的积极作用,最终达到治愈的目的。但食物也有偏性,《内经》指出食物也有四性、五味。四性即寒、热、温、凉;五味是酸、苦、甘、辛、咸。根据不同性质的疾病,选用不同性质的食物,有针对性的进行调养治疗才能有效发挥防治疾病的调养作用。
在食物加工过程中,添加调料,不仅可以调节食物的色香味,增加食欲,还可以通过添加合适的中草药,达到养生保健的效果。目前市面上的调料为了保证口感和利润,多为人工合成添加剂调料,不仅达不到养生的效果,还对人体造成一种潜移默化的伤害。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种养肺调料,通过将按一定的配比添加中草药组成一种调料,不仅可以调味,还能起到养生养肺的效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出一种养肺调料,包括以下重量份的组成成分:蜜制前胡6~10份、桔梗4~8份、瓜萎4~8份、百合10~14份、山楂8~12份、蜜制黄芪8~12份、五味子8~12份、党参8~12份、橘皮3~7份、甘草8~12份。
上述养肺调料还包括八角8~12份、茴香8~12份。
作为优选,上述五味子选用北五味子,提高五味子的功效,使养肺调料的药用价值更高,养肺功能更好。
作为优选,上述养肺调料包括以下重量份的组成成分:蜜制前胡8份、桔梗6份、瓜萎6份、百合12份、山楂10份、蜜制黄芪10份、五味子10份、党参10份、橘皮5份、甘草10份、八角10份、茴香10份。
上述蜜制前胡的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取蜂蜜置于锅内加热至35~45℃;
(2)向上述步骤(1)加热后的蜂蜜中加入前胡,翻炒至蜂蜜不粘手,冷却至室温,即得蜜制前胡。
上述蜜制前胡的制备方法中蜂蜜与前胡的质量比为3:15~30。
上述蜜制黄芪的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取蜂蜜置于锅内加热至35~45℃;

瓜萎为葫芦科植物栝楼或双边栝楼的干燥成熟果实,具有清热涤痰、宽胸散结、润燥滑肠等功效;可用于肺热咳嗽、痰浊黄稠、胸痹心痛、结胸痞满、乳痈、肺痈、肠痈肿痛、大便秘结等病症的治疗。
百合是百合科百合属的多年生草本球根植物,具有养心安神、润肺止咳的功效。

本发明有益效果是:采用蜜制前胡、桔梗、瓜萎、百合、山楂、蜜制黄芪、五味子、党参、橘皮、甘草的协同作用,达到止咳祛痰、去肺火的功效,最终达到养肺的功效;本发明添加八角和茴香,增加调料的香味,使本发明不仅具有养肺功效,还能达到调节食物色香味的效果;本发明将前胡和黄芪经过蜜抄,增加润肺去火的功效,也为养肺调料增加甜味。
具体实施方式
通过对实施例的描述,以帮助本领域技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种养肺调料,包括以下重量份的组成成分:蜜制前胡6~10份、桔梗4~8份、瓜萎4~8份、百合10~14份、山楂8~12份、蜜制黄芪8~12份、五味子8~12份、党参8~12份、橘皮3~7份、甘草8~12份、八角8~12份、茴香8~12份。
上述蜜制前胡的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取蜂蜜置于锅内加热至35~45℃;
(2)向上述步骤(1)加热后的蜂蜜中加入前胡,翻炒至蜂蜜不粘手,冷却至室温,即得蜜制前胡。
上述蜜制前胡的制备方法中蜂蜜与前胡的质量比为3:15~30。
上述蜜制黄芪的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取蜂蜜置于锅内加热至35~45℃;
步骤二、向上述步骤一加热后的蜂蜜中加入黄芪,翻炒至蜂蜜不粘手,冷却至室温,即得蜜制黄芪。
上述蜜制黄芪的制备方法中蜂蜜与黄芪的质量比为3:10~20。
实施例一
在具体实施例的基础上,本实施例的养肺调料,包括以下组成成分:蜜制前胡8g、桔梗6g、瓜萎6g、百合12g、山楂10g、蜜制黄芪10g、北五味子10g、党参10g、橘皮5g、甘草10g、八角10g、茴香10g。
本实施例的养肺调料包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选取前胡、桔梗、瓜萎、百合、山楂、蜜制、北五味子、党参、橘皮、甘草、八角以及茴香,洗净晒干,备用。
(2)取15g蜂蜜置于锅内加热至45℃,向加热后的蜂蜜中加入100g前胡,文火翻炒至蜂蜜不粘手,冷却至室温,制得蜜制前胡,储存备用。
(3)取20g蜂蜜置于锅内加热至45℃,向加热后的蜂蜜中加入100g黄芪,文火翻炒至蜂蜜不粘手,冷却至室温,制得蜜制黄芪,储存备用。
(4)选取洗净晒干后的桔梗6g、瓜萎6g、百合12g、山楂10g、北五味子10g、党参10g、橘皮5g、甘草10g、八角10g、茴香10g以及由上述步骤(2)制得的蜜制前胡8g、由上述步骤(3)制得的蜜制黄芪10g,置于研磨器中研磨成粉末状,过80目筛,制得养肺调料。
本实施例的养肺调料,口味适中,香味怡人,且养肺润肺效果佳,将本实施例的养肺调料连续使用15天,每天两次通过烹煮食物加入,食用,不仅可以改善食物的味道,增加食欲,还使食用者的肺火、咳痰、气喘等症状得到明显改善。
实施例二
在具体实施例的基础上,本实施例的养肺调料,包括以下组成成分:蜜制前胡10g、桔梗4g、瓜萎4g、百合14g、山楂12g、蜜制黄芪12g、北五味子8g、党参8g、橘皮5g、甘草10g、八角12g、茴香12g。
本实施例的养肺调料包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选取前胡、桔梗、瓜萎、百合、山楂、蜜制、北五味子、党参、橘皮、甘草、八角以及茴香,洗净晒干,备用。
(2)取15g蜂蜜置于锅内加热至45℃,向加热后的蜂蜜中加入100g前胡,文火翻炒至蜂蜜不粘手,冷却至室温,制得蜜制前胡,储存备用。
(3)取15g蜂蜜置于锅内加热至45℃,向加热后的蜂蜜中加入100g黄芪,文火翻炒至蜂蜜不粘手,冷却至室温,制得蜜制黄芪,储存备用。
(4)选取洗净晒干后的桔梗4g、瓜萎4g、百合14g、山楂12g、北五味子8g、党参8g、橘皮5g、甘草10g、八角12g、茴香12g以及由上述步骤(2)制得的蜜制前胡10g、由上述步骤(3)制得的蜜制黄芪12g,置于研磨器中研磨成粉末状,过80目筛,制得养肺调料。
本实施例的养肺调料,香甜味浓,适宜作为肉类食物加工时添加的调料,且可作为15天的调料计量来使用。

1.一种养肺调料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组成成分:蜜制前胡6~10份、桔梗4~8份、瓜萎4~8份、百合10~14份、山楂8~12份、蜜制黄芪8~12份、五味子8~12份、党参8~12份、橘皮3~7份、甘草8~12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养肺调料,其特征在于:所述养肺调料还包括八角8~12份、茴香8~12份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的养肺调料,其特征在于:所述养肺调料包括以下重量份的组成成分:蜜制前胡8份、桔梗6份、瓜萎6份、百合12份、山楂10份、蜜制黄芪10份、五味子10份、党参10份、橘皮5份、甘草10份、八角10份、茴香10份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的养肺调料,其特征在于,所述蜜制前胡是将前胡加入35~45℃的蜂蜜中,之后经翻炒、冷却后制得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的养肺调料,其特征在于:所述蜂蜜与前胡的质量比为3:15~30。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的养肺调料,其特征在于,所述蜜制黄芪是将黄芪加入35~45℃的蜂蜜中,之后经翻炒、冷却后制得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的养肺调料,其特征在于:所述蜂蜜与黄芪的质量比为3:10~20。
