2) installation of fertilization and delivery box

Firstly, starting a diesel engine through an electric controller, enabling an output shaft of the diesel engine to drive three second gears to rotate, driving a third gear to rotate through a bevel gear set, enabling three turning rollers to rotate in the same direction, observing the rotating speed of each turning roller and the transmission sound among the gears, then controlling the motor to rotate through the electric controller, enabling a stirring mechanism to mix and stir fertilizer and water, observing the sealing degree of a liquid outlet pipe, finally controlling a driving rod to move through a handle and a console, further enabling the output shaft of the diesel engine to act on a roller, and enabling a ploughing device to move forwards and backwards;
5) ploughing and fertilizer throwing
After the trial operation of the turning device is finished, the turning device is conveyed into the water bamboo planting field, the turning device is manually operated to move forward along a designed route, and fertilizers are put in while the soil is turned;
6) plowing device cleaning
After the whole planting field is ploughed, cleaning soil on the ploughing device, coating lubricating oil on the gear, simultaneously cleaning the fertilization throwing box with clear water, drying and sealing;
7) inspection and maintenance
And after the ploughing device is cleaned, the transmission part and the blade in the ploughing device are overhauled, and the bent blade is replaced.
