本发明公开了一种橡胶球关节,包括芯轴,及设置于芯轴外侧的橡胶,及设置于橡胶外侧的外套;所述芯轴由45钢制成;所述外套由20钢制成;所述橡胶由天然橡胶主体构成。本发明的橡胶球关节,其芯轴由45钢制成;所述外套由20钢制成;其化学成分能够满足要求,且橡胶采用天然橡胶为主体,通过对橡胶单独测试和整体组件安装测试,保证其能够满足应用需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种有轨电车组件,具体涉及一种橡胶球关节,属于有轨电车组件技术领域。
背景技术
随着城市人口的持续增加和城市规模的不断扩大,原有的公共交通模式已不能满足城市发展的需要,城市交通正在向多元化发展,新型环保有轨电车系统正被各大城市推广使用;该系统采用嵌入式的轨道设计,可实现和地面汽车、行人的混全通行等优点;有轨电车的车钩缓冲装置是电轨车最基本的也是最重要的部件之一,位于机车与车辆或车辆与车辆之间,用于实现相互连挂、传递牵引力或压缩力及缓和纵向冲击的部件;我国的车钩由钩头、钩身和钩尾三部分组成,钩头内装有钩舌、 钩锁铁、 钩舌推铁和锁舌销等零件;一般车钩由铸钢制成,并具有标准的连接轮廓,以便相互连挂;我国铁路上目前所使用的车钩均为自动车钩,即在拉动钩提杆就能完成解钩动作,两车低速相互碰撞时就能自动完成连挂动作;其中,橡胶球关节是有轨电车等低地板车辆用车钩缓冲装置必备组件,是该系统中的弹性元件,它的主要作用是传递牵引齿轮的转矩,产生牵引力,同时可以缓冲由线路传递来的各种振动和冲击,改善牵引电机的工作条件;因此,对橡胶球关节要求高,一般的橡胶球关节无法满足要求;且现有的橡胶球关节耐磨性差,容易产生高温和永久变形。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种橡胶球关节,其芯轴由45钢制成;所述外套由20钢制成;其化学成分能够满足要求,且橡胶采用天然橡胶为主体,通过对橡胶单独测试和整体组件安装测试,保证其能够满足应用需求。
本发明的橡胶球关节,包括芯轴,及设置于芯轴外侧的橡胶,及设置于橡胶外侧的外套;所述芯轴由45钢制成;所述外套由20钢制成;所述橡胶由天然橡胶主体构成。
作为优选的实施方案,所述外套镀有环保彩锌层。
作为优选的实施方案,所述环保彩锌层厚度为12~24μm;
进一步地,所述橡胶其要求如下:硬度65±5°Sha,拉伸强度≥15Mpa,扯断伸长率≥300%;阻燃M4、F3。
进一步地,所述橡胶其要求如下,在70℃×72h环境下热老化性能要求如下:硬度变化≤7°Sha,扯断伸长率变化率≥-25%,拉伸强度变化率≥-25%。
进一步地,所述橡胶其要求如下,压缩永久变形率(70℃×24h,25%)≤30%。
进一步地,所述橡胶球关节其受力测试如下:
径向加载0~150kN,计算0~100KN时刚度为145~195KN/mm;
径向加载400kN,保持一分钟,橡胶不开裂,橡胶和金属不剥离;
产品偏转±8°,橡胶不开裂,橡胶和金属不剥离;产品扭转±8°,橡胶不开裂,橡胶和金属不剥离;
进一步地,所述橡胶球关节其疲劳测试如下:径向加载±100KN,循环次数1x106,频率为10Hz;疲劳前后三向刚度变化率≤15%,橡胶不开裂,橡胶和金属不剥离。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的橡胶球关节,其芯轴由45钢制成;所述外套由20钢制成;其化学成分能够满足要求,且橡胶采用天然橡胶为主体,通过对橡胶单独测试和整体组件安装测试,保证其能够满足应用需求。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的橡胶球关节,包括芯轴1,及设置于芯轴外侧的橡胶2,及设置于橡胶外侧的外套3;所述芯轴1由45钢制成;所述外套2由20钢制成;所述橡胶3由天然橡胶主体构成。
再一实施例中,所述外套2镀有环保彩锌层。
再一实施例中,所述环保彩锌层厚度为12~24μm;
其中,所述橡胶2其要求如下:硬度65±5°Sha,拉伸强度≥15Mpa,扯断伸长率≥300%;阻燃M4、F3。

2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶球关节,其特征还在于:所述外套镀有环保彩锌层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的橡胶球关节,其特征还在于:所述环保彩锌层厚度为12~24μm。
