本发明公开了一种防腐瓦楞纸的制备方法,称取按照重量份的原料包括:废旧纸浆50‑80份、植物纤维10‑30份、玉米淀粉10‑30份、红薯淀粉30‑40份、玻璃纤维1‑10份、增稠剂1‑5份、顺丁烯二酸锌1‑5份、聚六亚甲基胍1‑8份、硫酸铵1‑8份、聚丙烯酰胺2‑10份、磷酸三丁酯1‑5份;取废旧纸浆、植物纤维、玉米淀粉、红薯淀粉与玻璃纤维充分混合均匀;再加入增稠剂、顺丁烯二酸锌、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、聚丙烯酰胺与磷酸三丁酯,充分搅拌、去除水分、抄造、表面施胶,经压榨、烘干和卷取即得。本发明制得的瓦楞纸,具有很好的防腐效果,增加抗潮性以及物理强度,提高纸板整体的紧实感以及表面性质;提高纸张紧度,增强其尺寸稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸制品技术领域,具体是一种防腐瓦楞纸的制备方法。
背景技术
瓦楞纸是我们平时最常见的包装材料之一,因其重量较轻而且价格便宜,用途广泛,制作简易,且能回收甚至重复利用,深受包装行业的喜爱,广泛应用于我们平时各行各业的包装材料中,而瓦楞纸是组成瓦楞纸板的首选材料,瓦楞纸的好坏直接影响到包装箱的质量,包装箱在运输以及存放过程中难免会碰到水,特别是比较潮湿的天气,空气中含水量比较高,质量差点的包装箱会因此发生腐烂发霉,尤其是包装新鲜水果时,其中有一部分腐烂,会浸湿到包装箱上,使其它好的水果保鲜时间迅速下降。因此,如何有效的提高防腐能力是造纸企业首要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种增加抗潮性以及物理强度、提高紧实感以及张紧度的防腐瓦楞纸的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防腐瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备原料:称取按照重量份的原料包括:废旧纸浆50-80份、植物纤维10-30份、玉米淀粉10-30份、红薯淀粉30-40份、玻璃纤维1-10份、增稠剂1-5份、顺丁烯二酸锌1-5份、聚六亚甲基胍1-8份、硫酸铵1-8份、聚丙烯酰胺2-10份、磷酸三丁酯1-5份;
(2)取废旧纸浆、植物纤维、玉米淀粉、红薯淀粉与玻璃纤维充分混合均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物中加入增稠剂、顺丁烯二酸锌、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、聚丙烯酰胺与磷酸三丁酯,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为8-25%的抄纸浆;
(4)将抄纸浆通过造纸机进行抄造制得纸张,对纸张进行表面施胶,经压榨、烘干和卷取,得到瓦楞纸。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)中,称取按照重量份的原料包括:废旧纸浆60-70份、植物纤维15-25份、玉米淀粉15-25份、红薯淀粉32-38份、玻璃纤维3-8份、增稠剂2-4份、顺丁烯二酸锌2-4份、聚六亚甲基胍1-5份、硫酸铵1-5份、聚丙烯酰胺5-7份、磷酸三丁酯1-4份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)中,称取按照重量份的原料包括:废旧纸浆62-68份、植物纤维18-22份、玉米淀粉18-22份、红薯淀粉34-36份、玻璃纤维4-6份、增稠剂2份、顺丁烯二酸锌2份、聚六亚甲基胍2-4份、硫酸铵2-4份、聚丙烯酰胺6份、磷酸三丁酯1-2份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤(3)中,抄纸浆的含水率为10-20%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤(4)中,对纸张进行表面施胶的施胶度控制在0.4-0.9mm。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤(4)中,对纸张进行表面施胶的施胶度控制在0.5-0.75mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制得的瓦楞纸,具有很好的防腐效果,增加所生产瓦楞纸板的抗潮性以及物理强度,提高纸板整体的紧实感以及表面性质;提高纸张紧度及横向环压指数,同时增强其尺寸稳定性,制得的瓦楞纸的各项性能和物质指标完全符合瓦楞纸的各项要求。可以有效的降低生产成本,增加企业的生产价值,使广大消费者均能接受。

(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物中加入增稠剂、顺丁烯二酸锌、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、聚丙烯酰胺与磷酸三丁酯,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为10%的抄纸浆;
(4)将抄纸浆通过造纸机进行抄造制得纸张,对纸张进行表面施胶,施胶度控制在0.4mm,经压榨、烘干和卷取,得到瓦楞纸。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种防腐瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备原料:称取按照重量份的原料包括:废旧纸浆80份、植物纤维30份、玉米淀粉30份、红薯淀粉40份、玻璃纤维10份、增稠剂5份、顺丁烯二酸锌5份、聚六亚甲基胍8份、硫酸铵8份、聚丙烯酰胺10份、磷酸三丁酯5份;
(2)取废旧纸浆、植物纤维、玉米淀粉、红薯淀粉与玻璃纤维充分混合均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物中加入增稠剂、顺丁烯二酸锌、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、聚丙烯酰胺与磷酸三丁酯,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为8%的抄纸浆;
(4)将抄纸浆通过造纸机进行抄造制得纸张,对纸张进行表面施胶,施胶度控制在0.9mm,经压榨、烘干和卷取,得到瓦楞纸。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种防腐瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备原料:称取按照重量份的原料包括:废旧纸浆60份、植物纤维15份、玉米淀粉15份、红薯淀粉32份、玻璃纤维3份、增稠剂2份、顺丁烯二酸锌2份、聚六亚甲基胍1份、硫酸铵1份、聚丙烯酰胺5份、磷酸三丁酯1份;
(2)取废旧纸浆、植物纤维、玉米淀粉、红薯淀粉与玻璃纤维充分混合均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物中加入增稠剂、顺丁烯二酸锌、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、聚丙烯酰胺与磷酸三丁酯,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为25%的抄纸浆;

(2)取废旧纸浆、植物纤维、玉米淀粉、红薯淀粉与玻璃纤维充分混合均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物中加入增稠剂、顺丁烯二酸锌、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、聚丙烯酰胺与磷酸三丁酯,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为20%的抄纸浆;
(4)将抄纸浆通过造纸机进行抄造制得纸张,对纸张进行表面施胶,施胶度控制在0.75mm,经压榨、烘干和卷取,得到瓦楞纸。

(1)准备原料:称取按照重量份的原料包括:废旧纸浆62份、植物纤维18份、玉米淀粉18份、红薯淀粉34份、玻璃纤维4份、增稠剂2份、顺丁烯二酸锌2份、聚六亚甲基胍2份、硫酸铵2份、聚丙烯酰胺6份、磷酸三丁酯1份;
(2)取废旧纸浆、植物纤维、玉米淀粉、红薯淀粉与玻璃纤维充分混合均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物中加入增稠剂、顺丁烯二酸锌、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、聚丙烯酰胺与磷酸三丁酯,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为15%的抄纸浆;
(4)将抄纸浆通过造纸机进行抄造制得纸张,对纸张进行表面施胶,施胶度控制在0.5mm,经压榨、烘干和卷取,得到瓦楞纸。

本发明实施例中,一种防腐瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备原料:称取按照重量份的原料包括:废旧纸浆68份、植物纤维22份、玉米淀粉22份、红薯淀粉36份、玻璃纤维6份、增稠剂2份、顺丁烯二酸锌2份、聚六亚甲基胍4份、硫酸铵4份、聚丙烯酰胺6份、磷酸三丁酯2份;
(2)取废旧纸浆、植物纤维、玉米淀粉、红薯淀粉与玻璃纤维充分混合均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物中加入增稠剂、顺丁烯二酸锌、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、聚丙烯酰胺与磷酸三丁酯,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为15%的抄纸浆;
(4)将抄纸浆通过造纸机进行抄造制得纸张,对纸张进行表面施胶,施胶度控制在0.75mm,经压榨、烘干和卷取,得到瓦楞纸。

(1)准备原料:称取按照重量份的原料包括:废旧纸浆50-80份、植物纤维10-30份、玉米淀粉10-30份、红薯淀粉30-40份、玻璃纤维1-10份、增稠剂1-5份、顺丁烯二酸锌1-5份、聚六亚甲基胍1-8份、硫酸铵1-8份、聚丙烯酰胺2-10份、磷酸三丁酯1-5份;
(2)取废旧纸浆、植物纤维、玉米淀粉、红薯淀粉与玻璃纤维充分混合均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物中加入增稠剂、顺丁烯二酸锌、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、聚丙烯酰胺与磷酸三丁酯,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为8-25%的抄纸浆;
(4)将抄纸浆通过造纸机进行抄造制得纸张,对纸张进行表面施胶,经压榨、烘干和卷取,得到瓦楞纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐瓦楞纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,称取按照重量份的原料包括:废旧纸浆60-70份、植物纤维15-25份、玉米淀粉15-25份、红薯淀粉32-38份、玻璃纤维3-8份、增稠剂2-4份、顺丁烯二酸锌2-4份、聚六亚甲基胍1-5份、硫酸铵1-5份、聚丙烯酰胺5-7份、磷酸三丁酯1-4份。
