本发明公开了乳胶固化配方工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:①将乳胶溶液、含交联剂的A组分混合在一起进行高速搅拌,A组分包含纯净水和固化剂;②将上述步骤制得的混合液加入到发泡设备进行发泡,根据发泡密度需要加入适量空气制成乳胶发泡液;③将乳胶发泡液和不含交联剂的B组分混合在一起进行搅拌,B组分包含甘油和水凝胶粉;④取上述步骤制得的混合液加入模具,模具放到高温箱内进行高温快速定型;⑤将表面定型的物料放到低温烘箱内进行烘干,烘干温度不超过80度。采用上述生产工艺,可实现乳胶的快速固化并使乳胶制品具有良好品相。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳胶固化配方工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,纯天然乳胶制品越来越多地受到广大群众的欢迎并进入大众人家。乳胶制品在生产过程中,需要进行发泡和固化的步骤,目前固化步骤所采用的方法基本上都是通过高温蒸熟的工艺方法,不能实现乳胶的快速固化,并且难以使乳胶制品具有良好品相。
发明内容
为解决背景技术存在的不足,本发明是采取如下技术方案来实现的:
乳胶固化配方工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 将乳胶溶液、含交联剂的A组分混合在一起进行高速搅拌,A组分包含纯净水和固化剂;将上述步骤制得的混合液加入到发泡设备进行发泡,根据发泡密度需要加入适量空气制成乳胶发泡液;将乳胶发泡液和不含交联剂的B组分混合在一起进行搅拌,B组分包含甘油和水凝胶粉;取上述步骤制得的混合液加入模具,模具放到高温箱内进行高温快速定型;将表面定型的物料放到低温烘箱内进行烘干,烘干温度不超过80度。
作为优选,固化剂为甘羟铝、EDTA二钠盐和PVP K120。
作为优选,水凝胶粉为 HQ841 、CMC和PVPP。
采用上述生产工艺,首先乳胶溶液与含交联剂的A组分混合,并在混合后进行发泡过程,然后发泡液与不含交联剂的B组分混合,此时发泡液中的交联剂成分(A组分中原来含有的交联剂)与B组分中溶解于甘油的水凝胶粉之间会出现原料间的交联固化,并影响发泡液,使发泡液在表面高温定型后能够在低温烘干过程中实现乳胶的快速固化,因为不经过高温蒸熟,所以还能够使乳胶制品具有良好品相。
具体实施方式
本发明的乳胶固化配方工艺,包括以下步骤: 将60%固态含量的乳胶溶液、含交联剂的A组分混合在一起进行高速搅拌,A组分包含纯净水和固化剂,固化剂为甘羟铝、EDTA二钠盐和PVP K120;将上述步骤制得的混合液加入到发泡设备进行发泡,根据发泡密度需要加入适量空气制成乳胶发泡液;将乳胶发泡液和不含交联剂的B组分混合在一起进行搅拌,B组分包含甘油和水凝胶粉,水凝胶粉为 HQ841 、CMC和PVPP;取上述步骤制得的混合液加入模具,模具放到高温箱内进行高温快速定型;将表面定型的物料放到低温烘箱内进行烘干,烘干温度不超过80度。

1.乳胶固化配方工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 将乳胶溶液、含交联剂的A组分混合在一起进行高速搅拌,A组分包含纯净水和固化剂;将上述步骤制得的混合液加入到发泡设备进行发泡,根据发泡密度需要加入适量空气制成乳胶发泡液;将乳胶发泡液和不含交联剂的B组分混合在一起进行搅拌,B组分包含甘油和水凝胶粉;取上述步骤制得的混合液加入模具,模具放到高温箱内进行高温快速定型;将表面定型的物料放到低温烘箱内进行烘干,烘干温度不超过80度。
2.如权利要求1所述的乳胶固化配方工艺,其特征在于固化剂为甘羟铝、EDTA二钠盐和PVP K120。
3.如权利要求1所述的乳胶固化配方工艺,其特征在于水凝胶粉为 HQ841 、CMC和PVPP。
