技术领域
本发明涉及白油生产技术领域,具体涉及一种蒸馏式反应釜。
背景技术
泰诺福韦(化合物I),又名替诺福韦,中文全称:(R用于泰诺福韦生产线的二次析出反应釜)-9-(2-磷酸甲氧基丙基)-腺嘌用于泰诺福韦生产线的二次析出反应釜呤,是一种艾滋病抗病毒药物,泰诺福韦也是效果更好的艾滋病抗病毒药物富马酸泰诺福用于泰诺福韦生产线的二次析出反应釜韦酯(用于泰诺福韦生产线的二次析出反应釜II用于泰诺福韦生产线的二次析出反应釜)的关键中间体。目前,泰诺福韦生产过程中需要采用蒸馏的方式产生二乙基泰诺福韦,现有的蒸馏反应釜蒸馏效率低,产品纯度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供一种蒸馏式反应釜。
本发明包括蒸馏式反应釜釜体、釜盖、蒸馏装置、氢氟酸添加装置和清液抽取装置,蒸馏式反应釜釜体顶部为敞口,釜盖铰接在蒸馏式反应釜釜体上,釜盖为倒锥型,且锥形斜边的下表面环形阵列一组冷凝槽,且设有釜盖的底部设有分别与一组冷凝槽连通的集水通道,蒸馏装置包括电加热板、制冷板、集水管和蒸馏水箱,电加热板固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体内壁上,制冷板贴装在釜盖的上表面,蒸馏水箱固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体的外壁上,集水管的两端分别连接集水通道和蒸馏水箱的进水口,氢氟酸添加装置包括氢氟酸料箱、氢氟酸下料管和计量阀,氢氟酸料箱固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体的外壁上,氢氟酸下料管的一端与氢氟酸料箱的出口连通,计量阀安装在氢氟酸下料管的另一端,并位于蒸馏式反应釜釜体内,清液抽取装置包括网板、泵和抽水管,网板固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体的内壁上,泵固定安装在网板上,抽水管的两端分别连接泵和蒸馏水箱的入口。
釜盖采用铝材加工成型。
本发明优点是:本发明提供一种蒸馏式反应釜,结构设计合理,能高效的完成泰诺福韦半成品二乙基泰诺福韦的蒸馏反应,蒸馏效率高,产品纯度高,具有很好的实用价值。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本发明包括蒸馏式反应釜釜体80、釜盖81、蒸馏装置、氢氟酸添加装置和清液抽取装置,蒸馏式反应釜釜体80顶部为敞口,釜盖81铰接在蒸馏式反应釜釜体80上,釜盖81为倒锥型,且锥形斜边的下表面环形阵列一组冷凝槽81-1,且设有釜盖81的底部设有分别与一组冷凝槽81-1连通的集水通道81-2,蒸馏装置包括电加热板82、制冷板83、集水管84和蒸馏水箱85,电加热板82固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体80内壁上,制冷板83贴装在釜盖81的上表面,蒸馏水箱85固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体80的外壁上,集水管84的两端分别连接集水通道81-2和蒸馏水箱85的进水口,氢氟酸添加装置包括氢氟酸料箱86、氢氟酸下料管87和计量阀88,氢氟酸料箱86固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体80的外壁上,氢氟酸下料管87的一端与氢氟酸料箱86的出口连通,计量阀88安装在氢氟酸下料管87的另一端,并位于蒸馏式反应釜釜体80内,清液抽取装置包括网板89、泵90和抽水管91,网板89固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体80的内壁上,泵90固定安装在网板89上,抽水管91的两端分别连接泵90和蒸馏水箱85的入口。
釜盖81采用铝材加工成型。
工作方式及原理:打开釜盖81,将生产线前端低温反应釜析出HPA产品后的溶液加入到蒸馏式反应釜釜体80内,打开电加热板82和制冷板83,电加热板82对蒸馏式反应釜釜体80内的溶液加温,制冷板83对釜盖81降温,这样蒸馏式反应釜釜体80内的溶液内的水分就会大量气化上升,遇到低温釜盖81迅速冷凝,冷凝水沿着一组冷凝槽81-1汇入到集水通道81-2,并最终通过集水管84流入到蒸馏水箱85内,设定时间后,蒸馏式反应釜釜体80内的溶液逐渐粘稠成油状物,氢氟酸添加装置的计量阀88开启,氢氟酸料箱86内的氢氟酸通过氢氟酸下料管87定量加入到蒸馏式反应釜釜体80内,与油状物发生水解反应,再次蒸馏后得到二乙基泰诺福韦。

1.一种蒸馏式反应釜,其特征在于它包括蒸馏式反应釜釜体(80)、釜盖(81)、蒸馏装置、氢氟酸添加装置和清液抽取装置,蒸馏式反应釜釜体(80)顶部为敞口,釜盖(81)铰接在蒸馏式反应釜釜体(80)上,釜盖(81)为倒锥型,且锥形斜边的下表面环形阵列一组冷凝槽(81-1),且设有釜盖(81)的底部设有分别与一组冷凝槽(81-1)连通的集水通道(81-2),蒸馏装置包括电加热板(82)、制冷板(83)、集水管(84)和蒸馏水箱(85),电加热板(82)固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体(80)内壁上,制冷板(83)贴装在釜盖(81)的上表面,蒸馏水箱(85)固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体(80)的外壁上,集水管(84)的两端分别连接集水通道(81-2)和蒸馏水箱(85)的进水口,氢氟酸添加装置包括氢氟酸料箱(86)、氢氟酸下料管(87)和计量阀(88),氢氟酸料箱(86)固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体(80)的外壁上,氢氟酸下料管(87)的一端与氢氟酸料箱(86)的出口连通,计量阀(88)安装在氢氟酸下料管(87)的另一端,并位于蒸馏式反应釜釜体(80)内,清液抽取装置包括网板(89)、泵(90)和抽水管(91),网板(89)固定安装在蒸馏式反应釜釜体(80)的内壁上,泵(90)固定安装在网板(89)上,抽水管(91)的两端分别连接泵(90)和蒸馏水箱(85)的入口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸馏式反应釜,其特征在于釜盖(81)采用铝材加工成型。
