本发明涉及一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:高效氯氟氰菊酯10‑25份、吡虫啉5‑7份、吡蚜酮 3‑6份、嘧菌酯4‑8份、芸香苷2‑6份、洋葱6‑10份、辣椒5‑9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3‑10份、季戊四醇3‑5份、三羟甲基丙烷1‑3份、甲醇10‑12份、去离子水15‑20份。本发明材料易得,成本低,低毒,可降解,对蔬菜无影响、不残留,药效迅速,有效防治虫害,稳定性强,不易氧化,喷洒后耐雨水冲刷,但长期使用易对其产生抗性,不会改变土壤成分。

本发明涉及杀虫剂领域,具体涉及一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蔬菜作为现代生活中越来越受欢迎的的食品,相对而言,对其要求也随之越来越高,不仅要保证表面不受虫害的咬啄,也要保证蔬菜中农药含量达到国家标准,但是就目前环境下的杀虫剂来说,残留多,不易清洗,且不能降解额,毒性大,不符合绿色长久发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足而提供一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案包括:一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:高效氯氟氰菊酯10-25份、吡虫啉5-7份、吡蚜酮 3-6份、嘧菌酯4-8份、芸香苷2-6份、洋葱6-10份、辣椒5-9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-10份、季戊四醇3-5份、三羟甲基丙烷1-3份、甲醇10-12份、去离子水15-20份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:其制备方法如下:
A、将高效氯氟氰菊酯、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嘧菌酯进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为600-700r/min,在进行超声波超声处理10-15min,频率为2500-3000HZ,温度设为25-35℃,得混合物A;
B、将季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷和甲醇进行醇化反应,温度设为95-105℃,压力为6000-7500KPa,加入混合物A进行搅拌,得混合物B;
C、将芸香苷、洋葱和辣椒捣碎加去离子水进行蒸煮,煮沸20-30min后冷却至室温,进行过滤,两个大气压下采用超临界萃取法得混合物C,温度设为120-130℃;
D、将混合物C加入混合物B进行搅拌,投入离心机中进行分离,离心机频率为7500-8500HZ,转速为6000-7500r/min,取出上层清液,得产物。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明材料易得,成本低,低毒,可降解,对蔬菜无影响、不残留,药效迅速,有效防治虫害,稳定性强,不易氧化,喷洒后耐雨水冲刷,但长期使用易对其产生抗性,不会改变土壤成分。

实施例1
一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:高效氯氟氰菊酯15份、吡虫啉6份、吡蚜酮 4份、嘧菌酯6份、芸香苷5份、洋葱8份、辣椒6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、季戊四醇4份、三羟甲基丙烷2份、甲醇11份、去离子水18份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将高效氯氟氰菊酯、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嘧菌酯进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为620r/min,在进行超声波超声处理14min,频率为2700HZ,温度设为28℃,得混合物A;
B、将季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷和甲醇进行醇化反应,温度设为100℃,压力为6500KPa,加入混合物A进行搅拌,得混合物B;
C、将芸香苷、洋葱和辣椒捣碎加去离子水进行蒸煮,煮沸25min后冷却至室温,进行过滤,两个大气压下采用超临界萃取法得混合物C,温度设为125℃;
D、将混合物C加入混合物B进行搅拌,投入离心机中进行分离,离心机频率为8000HZ,转速为6500r/min,取出上层清液,得产物。
实施例2
一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:高效氯氟氰菊酯18份、吡虫啉6份、吡蚜酮 4份、嘧菌酯6份、芸香苷4份、洋葱8份、辣椒6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、季戊四醇4份、三羟甲基丙烷2份、甲醇11份、去离子水17份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将高效氯氟氰菊酯、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嘧菌酯进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为700r/min,在进行超声波超声处理15min,频率为3000HZ,温度设为35℃,得混合物A;
B、将季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷和甲醇进行醇化反应,温度设为95℃,压力为7500KPa,加入混合物A进行搅拌,得混合物B;
C、将芸香苷、洋葱和辣椒捣碎加去离子水进行蒸煮,煮沸30min后冷却至室温,进行过滤,两个大气压下采用超临界萃取法得混合物C,温度设为130℃;
D、将混合物C加入混合物B进行搅拌,投入离心机中进行分离,离心机频率为8500HZ,转速为7500r/min,取出上层清液,得产物。
实施例3
一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:高效氯氟氰菊酯20份、吡虫啉6份、吡蚜酮4份、嘧菌酯7份、芸香苷3份、洋葱9份、辣椒6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、季戊四醇5份、三羟甲基丙烷2份、甲醇12份、去离子水20份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将高效氯氟氰菊酯、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嘧菌酯进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为600r/min,在进行超声波超声处理13min,频率为3000HZ,温度设为35℃,得混合物A;
B、将季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷和甲醇进行醇化反应,温度设为103℃,压力为6500KPa,加入混合物A进行搅拌,得混合物B;
C、将芸香苷、洋葱和辣椒捣碎加去离子水进行蒸煮,煮沸28min后冷却至室温,进行过滤,两个大气压下采用超临界萃取法得混合物C,温度设为120℃;
D、将混合物C加入混合物B进行搅拌,投入离心机中进行分离,离心机频率为7500HZ,转速为7000r/min,取出上层清液,得产物。
实施例4
一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:高效氯氟氰菊酯25份、吡虫啉5份、吡蚜酮 3份、嘧菌酯4份、芸香苷2份、洋葱6份、辣椒5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、季戊四醇5份、三羟甲基丙烷3份、甲醇12份、去离子水15份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将高效氯氟氰菊酯、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嘧菌酯进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为690r/min,在进行超声波超声处理14min,频率为2800HZ,温度设为25℃,得混合物A;
B、将季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷和甲醇进行醇化反应,温度设为102℃,压力为6500KPa,加入混合物A进行搅拌,得混合物B;
C、将芸香苷、洋葱和辣椒捣碎加去离子水进行蒸煮,煮沸22min后冷却至室温,进行过滤,两个大气压下采用超临界萃取法得混合物C,温度设为130℃;
D、将混合物C加入混合物B进行搅拌,投入离心机中进行分离,离心机频率为8500HZ,转速为7500r/min,取出上层清液,得产物。
实施例5
一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:高效氯氟氰菊酯25份、吡虫啉7份、吡蚜酮 3份、嘧菌酯8份、芸香苷6份、洋葱10份、辣椒9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、季戊四醇4份、三羟甲基丙烷2份、甲醇11份、去离子水18份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将高效氯氟氰菊酯、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嘧菌酯进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为640r/min,在进行超声波超声处理14min,频率为3000HZ,温度设为30℃,得混合物A;
B、将季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷和甲醇进行醇化反应,温度设为95℃,压力为7500KPa,加入混合物A进行搅拌,得混合物B;
C、将芸香苷、洋葱和辣椒捣碎加去离子水进行蒸煮,煮沸30min后冷却至室温,进行过滤,两个大气压下采用超临界萃取法得混合物C,温度设为120℃;
D、将混合物C加入混合物B进行搅拌,投入离心机中进行分离,离心机频率为8500HZ,转速为7000r/min,取出上层清液,得产物。
以上实施例中,实施例5为最佳实施例,毒性超低,有效防虫、杀虫,可降解。

1.一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:高效氯氟氰菊酯10-25份、吡虫啉5-7份、吡蚜酮 3-6份、嘧菌酯4-8份、芸香苷2-6份、洋葱6-10份、辣椒5-9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-10份、季戊四醇3-5份、三羟甲基丙烷1-3份、甲醇10-12份、去离子水15-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法如下:
A、将高效氯氟氰菊酯、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嘧菌酯进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为600-700r/min,在进行超声波超声处理10-15min,频率为2500-3000HZ,温度设为25-35℃,得混合物A;
B、将季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷和甲醇进行醇化反应,温度设为95-105℃,压力为6000-7500KPa,加入混合物A进行搅拌,得混合物B;
C、将芸香苷、洋葱和辣椒捣碎加去离子水进行蒸煮,煮沸20-30min后冷却至室温,进行过滤,两个大气压下采用超临界萃取法得混合物C,温度设为120-130℃;
D、将混合物C加入混合物B进行搅拌,投入离心机中进行分离,离心机频率为7500-8500HZ,转速为6000-7500r/min,取出上层清液,得产物。
