Abstract
本发明涉及一种水稻幼苗专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:吡虫啉15‑20份、啶虫脒6‑8份、马拉硫磷3‑4份、山梨酸2‑3份、乙醇20‑35份、亚胺硫磷2‑3份、乙酰甲胺磷6‑8份、久效磷1‑2份、印楝素6‑9份、杀虫菊酯6‑10份、去离子水30‑40份。本发明材料易得,杀虫效果好,持续时间长,通过吸入式有效抑制虫害的生长及其排卵,对光、热具有良好的稳定性,抗氧化效果好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水稻幼苗专用杀虫剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国是农业大国,水稻的产量一直都很高,但是对于虫害来说,水稻需要大量的播撒农药,特别是幼苗时间,不仅虫害伤害器茎叶,甚至是根部也不能幸免,但是现有的广谱性农药,毒药较强,而幼苗较弱,在水生条件下,易挥发稀释,达不到效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足而提供一种水稻幼苗专用杀虫剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案包括:一种水稻幼苗专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:吡虫啉15-20份、啶虫脒6-8份、马拉硫磷3-4份、山梨酸2-3份、乙醇20-35份、亚胺硫磷2-3份、乙酰甲胺磷6-8份、久效磷1-2份、印楝素6-9份、杀虫菊酯6-10份、去离子水30-40份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将吡虫啉、啶虫脒和马拉硫磷加入乙醇中进行充分溶解,采用超声处理,频率设为2000-2300HZ,5-10min后加入山梨酸进行混合,8-10min后得混合物A;
B、将亚胺硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷和久效磷溶于去离子水中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为520-560r/min,加入混合物A进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B中依次加入印楝素和杀虫菊酯,采用离心机处理,频率设为8000-8500HZ,6-10min后分离出原液,得产物。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明材料易得,杀虫效果好,持续时间长,通过吸入式有效抑制虫害的生长及其排卵,对光、热具有良好的稳定性,抗氧化效果好,使用寿命长。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
一种水稻幼苗专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:吡虫啉18份、啶虫脒7份、马拉硫磷4份、山梨酸3份、乙醇30份、亚胺硫磷3份、乙酰甲胺磷7份、久效磷2份、印楝素8份、杀虫菊酯9份、去离子水36份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将吡虫啉、啶虫脒和马拉硫磷加入乙醇中进行充分溶解,采用超声处理,频率设为2200HZ,8min后加入山梨酸进行混合,9min后得混合物A;
B、将亚胺硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷和久效磷溶于去离子水中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为540r/min,加入混合物A进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B中依次加入印楝素和杀虫菊酯,采用离心机处理,频率设为8300HZ,8min后分离出原液,得产物。
实施例2
一种水稻幼苗专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:吡虫啉20份、啶虫脒6份、马拉硫磷4份、山梨酸2份、乙醇35份、亚胺硫磷2份、乙酰甲胺磷8份、久效磷1份、印楝素9份、杀虫菊酯6份、去离子水40份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将吡虫啉、啶虫脒和马拉硫磷加入乙醇中进行充分溶解,采用超声处理,频率设为2300HZ,5min后加入山梨酸进行混合,10min后得混合物A;
B、将亚胺硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷和久效磷溶于去离子水中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为520r/min,加入混合物A进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B中依次加入印楝素和杀虫菊酯,采用离心机处理,频率设为8500HZ,6min后分离出原液,得产物。
实施例3
一种水稻幼苗专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:吡虫啉15份、啶虫脒8份、马拉硫磷3份、山梨酸3份、乙醇20份、亚胺硫磷3份、乙酰甲胺磷6份、久效磷2份、印楝素6份、杀虫菊酯10份、去离子水30份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将吡虫啉、啶虫脒和马拉硫磷加入乙醇中进行充分溶解,采用超声处理,频率设为2000HZ, 10min后加入山梨酸进行混合,8min后得混合物A;
B、将亚胺硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷和久效磷溶于去离子水中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为560r/min,加入混合物A进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B中依次加入印楝素和杀虫菊酯,采用离心机处理,频率设为8000HZ,10min后分离出原液,得产物。
实施例4
一种水稻幼苗专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:吡虫啉16份、啶虫脒7份、马拉硫磷4份、山梨酸2份、乙醇25份、亚胺硫磷2份、乙酰甲胺磷7份、久效磷2份、印楝素8份、杀虫菊酯9份、去离子水32份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将吡虫啉、啶虫脒和马拉硫磷加入乙醇中进行充分溶解,采用超声处理,频率设为2100HZ,7min后加入山梨酸进行混合,8min后得混合物A;
B、将亚胺硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷和久效磷溶于去离子水中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为530r/min,加入混合物A进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B中依次加入印楝素和杀虫菊酯,采用离心机处理,频率设为8100HZ,7min后分离出原液,得产物。
以上实施例中,实施例1为最佳实施例,对于水稻幼苗中无伤害,且杀虫效果强,稳定性强。

1.一种水稻幼苗专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:吡虫啉15-20份、啶虫脒6-8份、马拉硫磷3-4份、山梨酸2-3份、乙醇20-35份、亚胺硫磷2-3份、乙酰甲胺磷6-8份、久效磷1-2份、印楝素6-9份、杀虫菊酯6-10份、去离子水30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻幼苗专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将吡虫啉、啶虫脒和马拉硫磷加入乙醇中进行充分溶解,采用超声处理,频率设为2000-2300HZ,5-10min后加入山梨酸进行混合,8-10min后得混合物A;
B、将亚胺硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷和久效磷溶于去离子水中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为520-560r/min,加入混合物A进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B中依次加入印楝素和杀虫菊酯,采用离心机处理,频率设为8000-8500HZ,6-10min后分离出原液,得产物。
