本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将如下重量份的原料在真空条件下搅拌制得糊剂:PVC 100份;DOTP 50‑70份;钡锌稳定剂1.5‑2.5份;粘合剂3‑4份;(2)将碳纤维布的两个侧面分别涂覆第一层糊剂,烘干固化,再涂覆第二层糊剂,烘干塑化,压花,冷却,切边,收卷得碳纤维复合材料。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,使用抽真空条件下搅拌糊剂原料,解决了碳纤维布复合涂布时会产生气泡和包气,导致透明度不够且影响性能的技术问题;且采用两道工艺涂层上糊,避免碳纤维易变形且脆,纤维易折断的问题。

Description

一种碳纤维复合材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种碳纤维复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
碳纤维(carbon fiber,简称CF),是一种含碳量在95%以上的高强度、高模量纤维的新型纤维材料。它是由片状石墨微晶等有机纤维沿纤维轴向方向堆砌而成,经碳化及石墨化处理而得到的微晶石墨材料。碳纤维“外柔内刚”,质量比金属铝轻,但强度却高于钢铁,并且具有耐腐蚀、高模量的特性,在国防军工和民用方面都是重要材料。它不仅具有碳材料的固有本征特性,又兼备纺织纤维的柔软可加工性,是新一代增强纤维。
现有的碳纤维布与树脂复合时会产生气泡和包气,影响所得碳纤维复合材料的美观性及使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:本发明的目的在于提供一种糊剂有效包覆碳纤维布,不会产生气泡,性能好的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将如下重量份的原料在真空条件下搅拌制得糊剂:PVC 100份;DOTP50-70份;钡锌稳定剂1.5-2.5份;粘合剂3-4份;所述糊剂的粘度控制为10000-15000cps;
(2)将碳纤维布的两个侧面分别涂覆第一层糊剂,烘干固化,再涂覆第二层糊剂,烘干塑化,压花,冷却,切边,收卷得碳纤维复合材料。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,使用抽真空条件下搅拌糊剂原料,解决了碳纤维布复合涂布时会产生气泡和包气,导致透明度不够且影响性能的技术问题;且采用两道工艺涂层上糊,避免碳纤维易变形且脆,纤维易折断的问题。由本发明方法制备的碳纤维复合材料制备的产品较薄,气密性好,拉力性能及抗撕裂性能良好。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式予以说明。
本发明最关键的构思在于:本发明的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,使用抽真空条件下搅拌糊剂原料,解决了碳纤维布复合涂布时会产生气泡,包气,导致透明度不够的技术问题。
本发明提供一种碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将如下重量份的原料在真空条件下搅拌制得糊剂:PVC 100份;DOTP50-70份;钡锌稳定剂1.5-2.5份;粘合剂3-4份;所述糊剂的粘度控制为10000-15000cps;
(2)将碳纤维布的两个侧面分别涂覆第一层糊剂,烘干固化,再涂覆第二层糊剂,烘干塑化,压花,冷却,切边,收卷得碳纤维复合材料。
进一步的,上述的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法中,所述第一层糊剂的上糊量为50-80g/m2,所述第二层糊剂的上糊量为200-250g/m2
进一步的,上述的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法中,所述塑化为:将涂覆有第二层糊剂的碳纤维布依次并连续进行四次烘干,四次烘干的温度依次为158-163℃、150-170℃、170-175℃和173-178℃,四次烘干的时间依次为30-35S、30-35S、60-70S和30-35S。
进一步的,上述的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法中,所述粘合剂为聚异氰脲酸酯。
进一步的,上述的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法中,还包括步骤:对得到的复合材料的表面涂布一层防腐树脂涂料,涂布量为10-20g/m2
实施例一
一种碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将如下重量份的原料在真空条件下搅拌制得糊剂:PVC 100份;DOTP50份;钡锌稳定剂1.5份;粘合剂3份;所述糊剂的粘度控制为10000cps。所述粘合剂为聚异氰脲酸酯。
(2)将碳纤维布的两个侧面分别涂覆第一层糊剂后,烘干固化,再涂覆第二层糊剂,烘干塑化,压花,冷却,切边,收卷得碳纤维复合材料。
所述第一层糊剂的上糊量为50g/m2,所述第二层糊剂的上糊量为200-250g/m2
所述塑化为:将涂覆有第二层糊剂的碳纤维布依次并连续进行四次烘干,四次烘干的温度依次为158-163℃、150-170℃、170-175℃和173-178℃,四次烘干的时间依次为30-35S、30-35S、60-70S和30-35S。
对得到的复合材料的表面涂布一层防腐树脂涂料,涂布量为10g/m2
实施例二
一种碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将如下重量份的原料在真空条件下搅拌制得糊剂:PVC 100份;DOTP60份;钡锌稳定剂2份;粘合剂4份;所述糊剂的粘度控制为15000cps。所述粘合剂为聚异氰脲酸酯。
(2)将碳纤维布的两个侧面分别涂覆第一层糊剂后,烘干固化,再涂覆第二层糊剂,烘干塑化,压花,冷却,切边,收卷得碳纤维复合材料。
所述第一层糊剂的上糊量为60g/m2,所述第二层糊剂的上糊量为230g/m2
所述塑化为:将涂覆有第二层糊剂的碳纤维布依次并连续进行四次烘干,四次烘干的温度依次为158-163℃、150-170℃、170-175℃和173-178℃,四次烘干的时间依次为30-35S、30-35S、60-70S和30-35S。
对得到的复合材料的表面涂布一层防腐树脂涂料,涂布量为15g/m2
实施例三
一种碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将如下重量份的原料在真空条件下搅拌制得糊剂:PVC 100份;DOTP 70份;钡锌稳定剂2.5份;粘合剂4份;所述糊剂的粘度控制为15000cps。所述粘合剂为聚异氰脲酸酯。
(2)将碳纤维布的两个侧面分别涂覆第一层糊剂后,烘干固化,再涂覆第二层糊剂,烘干塑化,压花,冷却,切边,收卷得碳纤维复合材料。
所述第一层糊剂的上糊量为80g/m2,所述第二层糊剂的上糊量为250g/m2
所述塑化为:将涂覆有第二层糊剂的碳纤维布依次并连续进行四次烘干,四次烘干的温度依次为163℃、170℃、175℃和178℃,四次烘干的时间依次为35S、35S、70S和35S。
对得到的复合材料的表面涂布一层防腐树脂涂料,涂布量为20g/m2
综上所述,本发明的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,使用抽真空条件下搅拌糊剂原料,解决了碳纤维布复合涂布时会产生气泡和包气,导致透明度不够且影响性能的技术问题;且采用两道工艺涂层上糊,避免碳纤维易变形且脆,纤维易折断的问题。由本发明方法制备的碳纤维复合材料制备的产品较薄,气密性好,拉力性能及抗撕裂性能良好。

1.一种碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将如下重量份的原料在真空条件下搅拌制得糊剂:PVC 100份;DOTP 50-70份;钡锌稳定剂1.5-2.5份;粘合剂3-4份;所述糊剂的粘度控制为10000-15000cps;
(2)将碳纤维布的两个侧面分别涂覆第一层糊剂,烘干固化,再涂覆第二层糊剂,烘干塑化,压花,冷却,切边,收卷得碳纤维复合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一层糊剂的上糊量为50-80g/m2,所述第二层糊剂的上糊量为200-250g/m2
3.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述塑化为:将涂覆有第二层糊剂的碳纤维布依次进行四次烘干,四次烘干的温度依次为158-163℃、150-170℃、170-175℃和173-178℃,四次烘干的时间依次为30-35S、30-35S、60-70S和30-35S。
4.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为聚异氰脲酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:对得到的碳纤维复合材料的表面涂布一层防腐树脂涂料,涂布量为10-20g/m2
