Abstract

本发明属于纺织机械技术领域,涉及一种数码印花前的涂层机,布匹通过所述手动紧布器手动调节布匹的张紧力后进入所述进布单元,经过各导布辊的传动进入涂层单元,随着导带传动的过程中,通过涂层装置在布面进行涂层后,从导带主动辊输出到烘干机。本发明的有益效果为:采用单面涂层的方式,能够控制液量,以及涂层的均匀性,来保证喷射墨水渗透的绝对均匀,从而提高了印花的质量,解决了轧液不可控量和不均匀的问题。

一种数码印花前的涂层机
技术领域
本发明属于纺织机械技术领域,涉及一种数码印花前的涂层机。
背景技术
市场上不少数码印花的前处理涂层整理都是采用浸轧的方式,无法保证在浸轧过程中的均匀,尤其是批量间布匹带走的液体量不一样,同时又是双面浸,反面带走的液没有起作用,同时这些液还要在印花后水洗机上洗掉,浪费水及排污多。
在现有业已公开的专利技术文献中,申请号为201610551221.7公开了一种用于涂层机的汽缸涂层头,包括:涂台,所述涂台顶部设有升降调节汽缸,所述升降调节汽缸连接有橡胶压辊,所述橡胶压辊连接有涂胶印花辊,所述涂台内部设有导布辊和铝合金开幅辊。该专利申请仅公开了涂层机的涂层头,并不适用于数码印花前的涂层机。
因此,现在亟待设计一种能够控制液量和涂层的均匀性,实现喷射墨水渗透的绝对均匀,从而提高印花的质量,解决轧液不可控量和不均匀的问题的涂层机。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种数码印花前的涂层机,采用单面涂层的方式,能够控制液量和涂层的均匀性,实现喷射墨水渗透的绝对均匀,从而提高了印花的质量,解决了轧液不可控量和不均匀的问题。
本发明解决问题的技术方案是:一种数码印花前的涂层机,包括进布单元和涂层单元,所述进布单元包括在机架上设有手动紧布器、第一导布辊和第二导布辊,布匹通过所述手动紧布器手动调节布匹的张紧力后进入所述进布单元,经过所述第一导布辊和所述第二导布辊后,所述进布单元的布匹分成两条进布路线,第一条进布路线是布匹为梭织布时,通过机架上设置的布边吸边器和第五导布辊进入第六导布辊,第二条进布路线是布匹为针织物时,通过机架上设置的第三导布辊和第四导布辊后,经过双螺纹开幅装置和多棱辊对中装置,进入所述第六导布辊,然后进入所述涂层单元。
所述涂层单元包括在涂层单元内部设置的第七导布辊和第八导布辊,在所述第七导布辊和所述第八导布辊之间设有开幅罗纹辊,布匹进入所述涂层单元后依次经过所述第七导布辊、所述开幅罗纹辊和所述第八导布辊后进入导带装置,所述导带装置包括导带主动辊和导带被动辊,导带绕在所述导带主动辊和所述导带被动辊上,在所述导带主动辊和所述导带被动辊之间,与所述导带的外侧相接触地设有涂层装置,所述涂层装置包括在所述涂层单元内设置的封闭式刮刀箱和涂层辊,所述封闭式刮刀箱包括腔室支架,在所述腔室支架的靠近所述导带一侧固定有长方形腔室,在所述腔室的上部通过与外部补液装置连通的进口输入涂层液,在所述腔室的底部设有与外部补液装置连通的出口,在所述腔室的靠近所述导带一侧设有开口,在所述开口的上部设有上刮刀,下部设有下刮刀,所述涂层辊与所述上刮刀、所述下刮刀和所述导带相接触地设置在所述封闭式刮刀箱和所述导带之间,所述涂层辊由变频电机控制。
进一步的,利用对中开幅器代替布边吸边器。
进一步的,在所述多棱辊对中装置中设有张力检测辊。
进一步的,在所述导带装置的所述导带的外侧,与所述导带接触地设有压布辊。
进一步的,所述导带为聚氨酯或橡胶导带。
进一步的,在所述导带的外表面涂有树脂胶,在所述导带的下方设有红外线盒。
进一步的,在所述涂层辊的表面包裹网状结构。
进一步的,所述出口设置为两个。
进一步的,所述补液装置包括液泵、液槽、液面控制器。
本发明的有益效果为:
采用单面涂层的方式,能够控制液量,以及涂层的均匀性,来保证喷射墨水渗透的绝对均匀,从而提高了印花的质量,解决了轧液不可控量和不均匀的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例一
所述涂层机,如图1所示,包括进布单元和涂层单元,所述进布单元包括在机架上设有手动紧布器1、第一导布辊2和第二导布辊3,布匹通过所述手动紧布器1手动调节布匹的张紧力后进入所述进布单元,经过所述第一导布辊2和所述第二导布辊3后,所述进布单元分的布匹分成两条进布路线,第一条进布路线是布匹为梭织布21时,通过机架上设置的布边吸边器19和第五导布辊20进入第六导布辊9,第二条进布路线是布匹为针织物22时,通过机架上设置的第三导布辊4和第四导布辊5后,经过双螺纹开幅装置6开幅和多棱辊对中装置7对中后,进入所述第六导布辊9,然后进入所述涂层单元。
所述涂层单元包括在涂层单元内部设置的第七导布辊10和第八导布辊12,在所述第七导布辊10和所述第八导布辊12之间设有开幅罗纹辊11,布匹进入所述涂层单元后依次经过所述第七导布辊10、所述开幅罗纹辊11和所述第八导布辊12后进入导带装置,所述导带装置包括导带主动辊17和导带被动辊16,导带18绕在所述导带主动辊17和所述导带被动辊16上,在所述导带主动辊17和所述导带被动辊16之间,与所述导带18的外侧相接触地设有涂层装置,所述涂层装置包括在所述涂层单元内设置的封闭式刮刀箱14和涂层辊13,所述封闭式刮刀箱14包括腔室支架142,在所述腔室支架142的靠近所述导带18一侧固定有长方形腔室144,在所述腔室144的上部通过与外部补液装置连通的进口141输入涂层液,在所述腔室144的底部设有与外部补液装置连通的出口146,在所述腔室144的靠近所述导带18一侧设有开口,在所述开口的上部设有上刮刀143,下部设有下刮刀145,所述涂层辊13与所述上刮刀143、所述下刮刀145和所述导带18相接触地设置在所述封闭式刮刀箱14和所述导带18之间,所述涂层辊13由变频电机控制。
布匹贴到所述导带18上,所述导带18由所述导带被动辊16和所述导带主动辊17传动,与布匹线速度一致。通过所述变频电机的控制,带动所述涂层辊13滚动,将所述封闭式刮刀箱14中的涂层液涂到所述涂层辊13上,并随着所述涂层辊13的转动,通过所述上刮刀143和所述下刮刀145将所述涂层液涂在布匹的正面,保证所述涂层辊13表面的涂层液适量并且均匀。经过均匀涂层的布匹随着所述导带18的传动,从所述导带主动辊17被导出所述涂层机。
进一步的,利用对中开幅器代替布边吸边器19。通过所述布边吸边器19或对中开幅器来保证布匹不跳偏。
进一步的,在所述多棱辊对中装置7中设有张力检测辊8。
进一步的,在所述导带装置的所述导带18的外侧,与所述导带18接触地设有压布辊15。
布匹有很多种,如针织、梭织、弹力布等,不同种类的布匹的张力不同,通过所述压布辊15将布匹压紧在所述导带18上。
进一步的,所述导带18为聚氨酯或橡胶导带。
进一步的,在所述导带18的外表面涂有树脂胶,在所述导带18的下方设有红外线盒。
所述导带18已经上好树脂胶能够黏住布匹不让其移动,该树脂胶在一定温度下会有粘贴性能,因此在所述导带18的下方装有一红外线盒对导带胶加热,从而产生粘性。
进一步的,在所述涂层辊13的表面包裹网状结构。
进一步的,所述出口146设置为两个。
进一步的,所述补液装置包括液泵、液槽、液面控制器。
当布匹从涂层机出来后,经松式烘干机进行烘干。烘干机也可由拉幅定型机代替。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在不背离本发明实质内容的情况下,本领域技术人员可以想到的任何变形、改进、替换均落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种数码印花前的涂层机,其特征在于,包括进布单元和涂层单元,所述进布单元包括在机架上设有手动紧布器、第一导布辊和第二导布辊,布匹通过所述手动紧布器手动调节布匹的张紧力后进入所述进布单元,经过所述第一导布辊和所述第二导布辊后,所述进布单元的布匹分成两条进布路线,第一条进布路线是布匹为梭织布时,通过机架上设置的布边吸边器和第五导布辊进入第六导布辊,第二条进布路线是布匹为针织物时,通过机架上设置的第三导布辊和第四导布辊后,经过双螺纹开幅装置和多棱辊对中装置,进入所述第六导布辊,然后进入所述涂层单元;
所述涂层单元包括在涂层单元内部设置的第七导布辊和第八导布辊,在所述第七导布辊和所述第八导布辊之间设有开幅罗纹辊,布匹进入所述涂层单元后依次经过所述第七导布辊、所述开幅罗纹辊和所述第八导布辊后进入导带装置,所述导带装置包括导带主动辊和导带被动辊,导带绕在所述导带主动辊和所述导带被动辊上,在所述导带主动辊和所述导带被动辊之间,与所述导带的外侧相接触地设有涂层装置,所述涂层装置包括在所述涂层单元内设置的封闭式刮刀箱和涂层辊,所述封闭式刮刀箱包括腔室支架,在所述腔室支架的靠近所述导带一侧固定有长方形腔室,在所述腔室的上部通过与外部补液装置连通的进口输入涂层液,在所述腔室的底部设有与外部补液装置连通的出口,在所述腔室的靠近所述导带一侧设有开口,在所述开口的上部设有上刮刀,下部设有下刮刀,所述涂层辊与所述上刮刀、所述下刮刀和所述导带相接触地设置在所述封闭式刮刀箱和所述导带之间,所述涂层辊由变频电机控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂层机,其特征在于,利用对中开幅器代替布边吸边器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂层机,其特征在于,在所述多棱辊对中装置中设有张力检测辊。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂层机,其特征在于,在所述导带装置的所述导带外侧,与所述导带接触地设有压布辊。
5.根据权利要求4所述的涂层机,其特征在于,所述导带为聚氨酯或橡胶导带。
6.根据权利要求1、4或5任意一项所述的涂层机,其特征在于,在所述导带的外表面涂有树脂胶,在所述导带的下方设有红外线盒。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涂层机,其特征在于,在所述涂层辊的表面包裹网状结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的涂层机,其特征在于,所述出口设置为两个。
