本发明属于充气护舷设备制备技术领域,涉及一种护舷封口设备,特别涉及一种抗冲击充气护舷密封拉环;通过设置可转动的拉环实现多个护舷之间连接时减少冲击力的效果;其主体结构包括圆台、凸起卡扣、下密封环、上密封环、凹槽、螺栓气塞、转轴、转动拉环、外螺纹、内螺纹、固定孔,护舷口,中空孔,固定块;通过设置的凸起卡扣将护舷口卡住密封;通过设置的螺栓气塞将转动拉环固定在护舷上;通过设置的可转动拉环缓冲护舷之间的冲击力;其结构简单,原理可靠,制备成本低,应用环境友好。

技术领域:
本发明属于充气护舷设备制备技术领域,涉及一种护舷封口设备,特别涉及一种抗冲击充气护舷密封拉环;通过设置可转动的拉环实现多个护舷之间连接时减少冲击力的效果。
背景技术:
护舷放置在码头或者船边,主要用以减缓船舶与码头或船舶之间在靠岸或系泊过程中的冲击力,防止或消除船舶、码头受损坏;由于船只体积和重量的不断增大,对于护舷的大小和数量有了更高的要求;现有的橡胶护舷中充气的鼓型护舷应用最为广泛,但是单个的护舷不足以承担大型船只的停靠要求,实践中往往将多个护舷用绳索捆绑连接在一起,形成护舷排或链以应对高长度的船只停靠。一般的充气护舷的封口拉环为固定的,不能上下活动,导致在船只停靠时,护舷与护舷之间的拉环受到冲击力过大往往容易导致其折断造成损失,甚至有可能破坏船只和码头。因此,寻求设计一种抗冲击充气护舷密封拉环具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷,寻求设计一种抗冲击充气护舷密封拉环,通过设置可转动的拉环减少多个护舷之间连接时的冲击力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的抗冲击充气护舷密封拉环的主体结构包括圆台、凸起卡扣、下密封环、上密封环、凹槽、螺栓气塞、转轴、转动拉环、外螺纹、内螺纹、固定孔,护舷口,固定块;圆柱形螺丝状结构的圆台的上部半径大于其下部半径,圆台的上部外侧设置有外螺纹,圆台下部设置有2-8个凸起卡扣,圆台从顶面到中部开有固定孔,固定孔上设置有内螺纹,固定孔的半径小于圆台中下部的半径,固定孔的圆心与圆台的横截面圆心处在同一竖直线上;圆台的底部和凸起卡扣穿进橡胶软制结构的护舷口中,凸起卡扣的外端到圆台圆心的长度大于护舷口的半径,以便将圆台固定在护舷口内部;钢制环状结构的下密封环套入圆台与护舷口接触,钢制环状结构的上密封环环壁内侧设置有螺纹与外螺纹匹配,上密封环与圆台的上部螺纹连接,上密封环和下密封环的环壁内半径相同,上密封环与下密封环环壁的垂直高度之和小于圆台顶面到凸起卡扣的垂直高度且大于外螺纹下沿到凸起卡扣的垂直高度,上密封环上均匀设置有3-6个凹槽,以便外部工具卡入凹槽将上密封环通过外螺纹向下旋进,上密封环向下旋进以挤压下密封环向下与护舷口紧密接触固定;螺栓气塞通过内螺纹旋入固定孔与圆台连接,螺栓气塞上固定焊接有固定块,转轴穿过固定块并与固定块转动式连接,转动拉环固定在转轴上,以便上下转动。
使用时,将充气护舷充满之后,将下密封环套入圆台中,然后将圆台插入护舷口中通过凸起卡扣卡住护舷口,然后再将上密封环旋入圆台,挤压下密封环紧密接触护舷口,以便密封,再将螺栓气塞旋入圆台中固定;将每个护舷都通过密封拉环密封后,用绳索穿过转动拉环将多个护舷连接,由于转动拉环能够转动,在遇到撞击活动时,密封拉环受到的冲击力减小,不易折断。
本发明与现有技术相比,通过设置的凸起卡扣将护舷口卡住密封;通过设置的螺栓气塞将转动拉环固定在护舷上;通过设置的可转动拉环缓冲护舷之间的冲击力;其结构简单,原理可靠,制备成本低,应用环境友好。

下面通过实施例并结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例涉及的抗冲击充气护舷密封拉环的主体结构包括圆台1、凸起卡扣2、下密封环3、上密封环4、凹槽5、螺栓气塞6、转轴7、转动拉环8、外螺纹9、内螺纹10、固定孔11,护舷口12,固定块13;圆柱形螺丝状结构的圆台1的上部半径大于其下部半径,圆台1的上部外侧设置有外螺纹9,圆台下部设置有2-8个凸起卡扣2,圆台1从顶面到中部开有固定孔11,固定孔11上设置有内螺纹10,固定孔11的半径小于圆台中下部的半径,固定孔11的圆心与圆台1的横截面圆心处在同一竖直线上;圆台1的底部和凸起卡扣2穿进橡胶软制结构的护舷口12中,凸起卡扣2的外端到圆台1圆心的长度大于护舷口12的半径,以便将圆台1固定在护舷口12内部;钢制环状结构的下密封环3套入圆台1与护舷口12接触,钢制环状结构的上密封环4环壁内侧设置有螺纹与外螺纹9匹配,上密封环4与圆台1的上部螺纹连接,上密封环4和下密封环3的环壁内半径相同,上密封环4与下密封环3环壁的垂直高度之和小于圆台1顶面到凸起卡扣2的垂直高度且大于外螺纹9下沿到凸起卡扣2的垂直高度,上密封环4上均匀设置有3-6个凹槽5,以便外部工具卡入凹槽5将上密封环4通过外螺纹9向下旋进,上密封环4向下旋进以挤压下密封环3向下与护舷口12紧密接触固定;螺栓气塞6通过内螺纹10旋入固定孔11与圆台1连接,螺栓气塞6上固定焊接有固定块13,转轴7穿过固定块13并与固定块13转动式连接,转动拉环8固定在转轴7上,以便上下转动。
本实施例使用时,将充气护舷充满之后,将下密封环3套入圆台1中,然后将圆台1插入护舷口12中通过凸起卡扣2卡住护舷口12,然后将上密封环4旋入圆台1,挤压下密封环3紧密接触护舷口12,以便密封,再将螺栓气塞6旋入圆台1中固定;将每个护舷都通过密封拉环密封后,用绳索穿过转动拉环8将多个护舷连接,由于转动拉环8可以转动,在遇到撞击活动时,密封拉环受到的冲击力减小,不易折断。

1.一种抗冲击充气护舷密封拉环,其特征在于其主体结构包括圆台、凸起卡扣、下密封环、上密封环、凹槽、螺栓气塞、转轴、转动拉环、外螺纹、内螺纹、固定孔,护舷口,固定块;圆柱形螺丝状结构的圆台的上部半径大于其下部半径,圆台的上部外侧设置有外螺纹,圆台下部设置有2-8个凸起卡扣,圆台从顶面到中部开有固定孔,固定孔上设置有内螺纹,固定孔的半径小于圆台中下部的半径,固定孔的圆心与圆台的横截面圆心处在同一竖直线上;圆台的底部和凸起卡扣穿进橡胶软制结构的护舷口中,凸起卡扣的外端到圆台圆心的长度大于护舷口的半径,以便将圆台固定在护舷口内部;钢制环状结构的下密封环套入圆台与护舷口接触,钢制环状结构的上密封环环壁内侧设置有螺纹与外螺纹匹配,上密封环与圆台的上部螺纹连接,上密封环与下密封环的环壁内半径相同,上密封环和下密封环环壁的垂直高度之和小于圆台顶面到凸起卡扣的垂直高度且大于外螺纹下沿到凸起卡扣的垂直高度,上密封环上均匀设置有3-6个凹槽,以便外部工具卡入凹槽将上密封环通过外螺纹向下旋进,上密封环向下旋进以挤压下密封环向下与护舷口紧密接触固定;螺栓气塞通过内螺纹旋入固定孔与圆台连接,螺栓气塞上固定焊接有固定块,转轴穿过固定块并与固定块转动式连接,转动拉环固定在转轴上,以便上下转动;使用时,将充气护舷充满之后,将下密封环套入圆台中,然后将圆台插入护舷口中通过凸起卡扣卡住护舷口,然后再将上密封环旋入圆台,挤压下密封环紧密接触护舷口,以便密封,再将螺栓气塞旋入圆台中固定;将每个护舷都通过密封拉环密封后,用绳索穿过转动拉环将多个护舷连接,由于转动拉环能够转动,在遇到撞击活动时,密封拉环受到的冲击力减小,不易折断。
