背景技术
在羊抗人血清制备的免疫过程中,通常通过安排合理的饲喂制度,做好饲养卫生和消毒工作,精粮与辅粮的科学配比来提高羊的健康水平,从而提高抗血清的产量、效价及质量。但是动物在免疫后,引起食欲下降、嗳气次数减少无力或停止,严重影响羊的消化功能,造成后续采血量减少和血清混合效价降低。

一种减少羊抗血清制备过程中羊免疫应激反应的饲料,按重量份包括:玉米50~60份、银杏叶提取物10~20、陈皮1~3份、柠檬酸0.1~0.5份、松针粉10~30份、番薯藤10~20份、骨粉5~10份、豆渣5~10份、维生素A0.001~0.01份、维生素E0.001~0.01份、维生素C0.001~0.01份、硫酸钴0.01~0.03份。
进一步地所述银杏叶提取物为银杏叶经乳酸菌发酵3~7天后,烘干粉碎制得。
进一步地所述乳酸菌为植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌组成的混合菌种。
进一步地所述混合菌种中植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌的体积比为4-5:3-4:2-3。

一种减少羊抗血清制备过程中羊免疫应激反应的饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别取植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌菌种一环在平板上划线,在培养箱中30℃培养24小时;取MRS固体培养基平板所长出的菌落一环接入装有300ml种子培养液的三角瓶中,置于摇床,培养条件:转速80rpm,温度30℃,恒温培养24小时,得各菌种发酵菌种液;将植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌菌种液按体积比4:4:2的比例混合制得混合菌种;
(2)将银杏叶洗净、粉碎,加入2倍重量的水,加入银杏叶重量1%的混合菌种,温度25℃,密封发酵7天,取出烘干,粉碎,得银杏叶提取物;
(3)将玉米50份、银杏叶提取物20份、陈皮1份、柠檬酸0.5份、松针粉10份、番薯藤20份、骨粉5份、豆渣10份、维生素A0.01份、维生素E0.001份、维生素C0.01份、硫酸钴0.01份混合均匀即得。

(1)将植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌按体积比4-5:3-4:2-3的比例混合制得混合菌种;
(2)将银杏叶洗净、粉碎,加入2倍重量的水,加入银杏叶重量1~3%的混合菌种,温度25~35℃, 密封发酵3~7天,取出烘干,粉碎,得银杏叶提取物;
(3)将玉米50~60份、银杏叶提取物10~20份、陈皮1~3份、柠檬酸0.1~0.5份、松针粉10~30份、番薯藤10~20份、骨粉5~10份、豆渣5~10份、维生素A0.001~0.01份、维生素E0.001~0.01份、维生素C0.001~0.01份、硫酸钴0.01~0.03份混合均匀即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种减少羊抗血清制备过程中羊免疫应激反应的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中分别取植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌菌种一环在平板上划线,在培养箱中30℃培养24小时;取MRS固体培养基平板所长出的菌落一环接入装有300ml种子培养液的三角瓶中,置于摇床,培养条件:转速80rpm,温度30℃,恒温培养24小时,得各菌种发酵菌种液。
