Abstract
一种新型散热器芯体,主要是由横向散热管、纵向散热管、横向主片和纵向主片组成;纵向散热管为普通散热管,横向散热管采用较宽的散热管,制有散热管孔,以便纵向散热管穿过。纵向散热管穿过横向散热管,组装到一起,纵向散热管的两端安装有横向主片,横向散热管的两端安装有纵向主片,这样组成散热器芯体,也可称为管管式散热器;此种散热器芯体材料可以为铝或铜,整体芯体可以通过钎焊烧制完成。

技术领域
本发明属于车用散热器领域,具体为一种新型散热器芯体。
背景技术
汽车散热器是汽车冷却系统中必不可少的重要部件,关乎汽车的各项性能。现有技术中的散热器芯体主要是管片式结构或者管带式结构,热量主要由散热管传递给散热片或散热带,然后再传递给散热片或散热带周围的气体;热量的散发经由两次热传递,散热效果不好,而且一个芯体只能散热一种物质。本发明为一种新型散热器芯体,由横向散热管、纵向散热管、横向主片和纵向主片组成,热量由散热管直接传递给散热管周围的气体,热量的散发只有一次热传递,散热效果好。另外横向散热管和纵向散热管的散热通道不互通,内部散热物质可以不同,一个芯体可以散热两种物质,比如水和油、水和气或者油和气。
发明内容
本发明根据上述现有技术中的不足,提供了一种新型散热器芯体。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种新型散热器芯体,主要是由横向散热管、纵向散热管、横向主片和纵向主片组成;纵向散热管为普通散热管,横向散热管采用较宽的散热管,制有散热管孔,以便纵向散热管穿过。纵向散热管穿过横向散热管,组装到一起,纵向散热管的两端安装有横向主片,横向散热管的两端安装有纵向主片,这样组成散热器芯体,也可称为管管式散热器。此种散热器芯体材料可以为铝或铜,整体芯体可以通过钎焊烧制完成。
所述的横向散热管,制有散热管孔。
所述的纵向散热管穿过横向散热管,组装到一起。
所述的横向散热管的两端安装有纵向主片。
所述的纵向散热管的两端安装有横向主片。
本发明的有益效果是:由于纵向散热管热量由散热管直接传递给散热管周围的气体,热量的散发只有一次热传递,散热效果好。另外横向散热管和纵向散热管的散热通道不互通,内部散热物质可以不同,一个芯体可以散热两种物质,比如水和油、水和气或者油和气等。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图2所示,本发明是一种新型散热器芯体,主要是由横向散热管1、纵向散热管2、横向主片3和纵向主片4组成,所述的横向散热管1制有散热管孔,纵向散热管2穿过横向散热管1,组装到一起,纵向散热管2的两端安装有横向主片3,横向散热管1的两端安装有纵向主片4,这样组成散热器芯体,也可称为管管式散热器。

1.一种新型散热器芯体,主要是横向散热管、纵向散热管、横向主片和纵向主片组成,其特征在于:所述的横向散热管制有散热管孔,纵向散热管穿过横向散热管,组装到一起;横向散热管的两端安装有纵向主片,纵向散热管的两端安装有横向主片,这样组成散热器芯体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型散热器芯体,其特征在于:所述的横向散热管制有散热管孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型散热器芯体,其特征在于:所述的纵向散热管穿过横向散热管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型散热器芯体,其特征在于:所述的横向散热管的两端安装有纵向主片。
