Abstract
本发明提供了一种仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒,包括:PET树脂20‑60份;PBT树脂15‑60份;无卤阻燃剂30‑60份;润滑剂1‑5份;抗滴落剂0.2‑1份;无机物3‑10份;偶联剂0.1‑2份;无机物选自二氧化硅、蒙脱土、碳酸钙和硫酸钡中的一种或多种;偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。本发明还提供了上述母粒的制备方法,包括:将各组分加入料筒温度在60℃~120℃的高速混合器中混合;将混合好的物料在双螺杆挤出机上挤出造粒。本发明的制备方法简单,易于操作,制得的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒用于仿真发丝尤其是高温发丝,具有优异的可纺性以及易梳理性,手感及定型性好,阻燃效能高、低烟、无毒、成炭性好及阻燃持久。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体说是一种仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚酯(PET)纤维因具有高模量、高强度及弹性、保型性和耐热性好等优点而发展很快,成为合成纤维中产量最大、用途最广的纤维品种。它除了作为纺织品使用外,近年来在高档人造假发方面用量也与日俱增。但普通PET生产的假发丝由于材料本身的某些不足,使产品没有发丝的亚光性、适当的弹性以及阻燃性。我国作为高档人造假发的出口大国,所用阻燃人造发丝的生产原料几乎全部依靠进口,以满足出口发丝的阻燃要求。因此能同时满足发丝的自然光泽、适当的弹性以及阻燃性的聚酯母粒正日益成为研制和生产单位关注的一种材料。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能同时满足仿真发丝的自然光泽、适当的弹性以及阻燃性能的仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案一为:
一种仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒,包括如下重量份的组分:
所述无机物选自二氧化硅、蒙脱土、碳酸钙和硫酸钡中的一种或多种;
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案二为:
一种如技术方案一所述的仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按重量份数称取PET树脂、PBT树脂、无卤阻燃剂、润滑剂、抗滴落剂、无机物和偶联剂,分别加入料筒温度在60℃~120℃的高速混合器中,混合均匀;
步骤2、将混合好的物料在双螺杆挤出机上挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的各区温度均为200℃~280℃,主机转速为200~600rpm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明制备方法简单,易于操作,与现有技术相比,制得的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒用于仿真发丝尤其是高温发丝,具有优异的可纺性以及易梳理性,手感及定型性好,具有阻燃效能高、低烟、无毒、成炭性好(抗滴落性好)及阻燃持久等优点。

具体的,本发明提供的仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒,包括如下重量份的组分:
所述无机物选自二氧化硅、蒙脱土、碳酸钙和硫酸钡中的一种或多种;
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
本发明的原理:通过选用一种或几种无卤阻燃剂作为仿真发丝的阻燃剂,具有阻燃性好以及和树脂相容性好等的特点,从而能够满足仿真发丝的自然光泽,适当的弹性以及阻燃性能的要求。
从上述描述可知,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明制备方法简单,易于操作,与现有技术相比,制得的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒用于仿真发丝尤其是高温发丝,具有优异的可纺性以及易梳理性,手感及定型性好,具有阻燃效能高、低烟、无毒、成炭性好(抗滴落性好)及阻燃持久等优点。
进一步的,所述PET树脂的特性粘度为0.8~1.0dl/g。
进一步的,所述PBT树脂的特性粘度为1.0~1.2dl/g。
进一步的,所述无卤阻燃剂选自聚磷酸酯、聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯齐聚物、聚对二苯砜苯基磷酸酯、二乙基次磷酸铝、二乙基次磷酸锌、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述润滑剂选自滑石粉和硅酮粉中的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述抗滴落剂为包覆型聚四氟乙烯。
实施例1
一种仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:
PET:20%,PBT:17%,无卤阻燃剂:55%,润滑剂:2%,抗滴落剂:0.5%,无机物:5%,偶联:0.5%,
所述的PET为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,PBT为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,无卤阻燃剂为聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯齐聚物,润滑剂为滑石粉,抗滴落剂为包覆型聚四氟乙烯,无机物为二氧化硅,偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
制备方法:
(1)按重量比称取各组分,加入高速混合机后混合均匀后出料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在220℃~260℃下经塑化混合挤出造粒,然后进行干燥、包装,即得成品。
实施例2
一种仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯仿真发丝专用母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:
PET:25%,PBT:17%,无卤阻燃剂:50%,润滑剂:2%,抗滴落剂:0.5%,无机物:5%,偶联剂:0.5%。
所述的PET为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,PBT为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,无卤阻燃剂为二乙基次磷酸锌,润滑剂为硅酮粉,抗滴落剂为包覆型聚四氟乙烯,无机物为硫酸钡,偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
制备方法:
(1)按重量比称取各组分,加入高速混合机后混合均匀后出料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在220℃~260℃下经塑化混合挤出造粒,然后进行干燥、包装,即得成品。
实施例3
一种仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:

其中所述的PET为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,特性粘度为0.8dl/g,PBT为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,特性粘度为1.0dl/g,无卤阻燃剂为二乙基次磷酸锌、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐,润滑剂为滑石粉,抗滴落剂为包覆型聚四氟乙烯,无机物为二氧化硅,偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。

其中所述的PET为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,特性粘度为0.8dl/g,PBT为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,特性粘度为1.0dl/g,无卤阻燃剂为聚对二苯砜苯基磷酸酯,润滑剂为滑石粉、硅酮粉,抗滴落剂为包覆型聚四氟乙烯,无机物为蒙脱土、二氧化硅,偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
制备方法:(1)按重量比称取各组分,加入高速混合机后混合均匀后出料;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在220℃~260℃下经塑化混合挤出造粒,然后进行干燥、包装,即得成品。
实施例5实施例1~实施例4所得成品的性能检测:
依据本发明中的配方制得的无卤阻燃聚酯仿真发丝专用母粒,通过小型纺丝试验机进行纺丝实验,所得阻燃仿真发丝具有优异的可纺性以及易梳理性,手感及定型性好。
阻燃性能的测定按《GB5454-85纺织织物燃烧性能测定氧指数法》在HC-2型氧指数测定仪上测定极限氧指数﹙LOI﹚。依据本发明中的配方制得的无卤阻燃聚酯仿真发丝专用母粒,可使仿真发丝的极限氧指数达到32%,阻燃性能优异。
综上所述,本发明提供的仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒及其制备方法,制备方法简单,易于操作,与现有技术相比,制得的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒用于仿真发丝尤其是高温发丝,具有优异的可纺性以及易梳理性,手感及定型性好,具有阻燃效能高、低烟、无毒、成炭性好(抗滴落性好)及阻燃持久等优点。

所述无机物选自二氧化硅、蒙脱土、碳酸钙和硫酸钡中的一种或多种;
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒,其特征在于:所述PET树脂的特性粘度为0.8~1.0dl/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒,其特征在于:所述PBT树脂的特性粘度为1.0~1.2dl/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒,其特征在于:所述无卤阻燃剂选自聚磷酸酯、聚苯基膦酸二苯砜酯齐聚物、聚对二苯砜苯基磷酸酯、二乙基次磷酸铝、二乙基次磷酸锌、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒,其特征在于:所述润滑剂选自滑石粉和硅酮粉中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒,其特征在于:所述抗滴落剂为包覆型聚四氟乙烯。
7.一种如权利要求1至6任意一项所述的仿真发丝专用的无卤阻燃聚酯母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按重量份数称取PET树脂、PBT树脂、无卤阻燃剂、润滑剂、抗滴落剂、无机物和偶联剂,分别加入料筒温度在60℃~120℃的高速混合器中,混合均匀;
步骤2、将混合好的物料在双螺杆挤出机上挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的各区温度均为200℃~280℃,主机转速为200~600rpm。
