本发明涉及一种秸秆密度板制造方法,①精选植物秸秆;②切断;③蒸煮;④粉碎;⑤烘干;⑥加入粘合剂;⑦充分搅拌;⑧烘压,成型。本发明由于利用了农业秸秆类废弃物作为原材料,解决了秸秆焚烧和堆放造成的环境污染问题,并且制成品致密,强度高,制造工艺简单;制成品四角为圆弧形可以方便板材的使用和运输。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物纤维板及其制造方法,特别是一种秸秆密度板制造方法。
背景技术
目前,采用植物纤维制造密度板的方法多为采用向日葵杆、黄豆杆、茄杆、 麻杆、蒿杆等细的木本植物杆制造,并且制造时需要添加防潮剂、固化剂等添 加剂,制造工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种秸秆密度板制造方法,以回收的玉米杆、 稻杆、麦秸其中的一种或几种为原料,产品致密,强度高,制造工艺简单。
本发明是这样实现的:一种秸秆密度板的制造方法,①精选植物秸秆;② 切断;③将秸秆在150℃下蒸煮1小时以上;④将秸秆加水粉碎成为粒径小于3mm 的颗粒;⑤烘干;⑥在秸秆纤维颗粒中加入重量为秸秆纤维颗粒重量25%-35 %的胶;⑦充分搅拌;⑧在烘压机上加压200公斤以上,烘压,成型。
所述的胶的重量为秸秆纤维颗粒重量20%。
所述的胶的制造方法为:甲醛加温至30℃后,加入重量为甲醛重量40%的 尿素后,加温至60℃加入烧碱使pH值调整为7.5-8.0范围,再加入氯化胺使 pH值调整为5.1-4.8范围,最后加入重量为甲醛重量11%的尿素即可。
一种用上述方法制成的秸秆密度板,板的四角为圆弧形。
本发明由于利用了农业秸秆类废弃物作为原材料,解决了秸秆焚烧和堆放 造成的环境污染问题,并且制成品致密,强度高,制造工艺简单;制成品四角 为圆弧形可以方便板材的使用和运输。
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1.①精选玉米秆100公斤;②切断;③将秸秆在150℃下蒸煮1 小时以上;④将秸秆加水粉碎成为粒径小于3mm的颗粒;⑤烘干;⑥在秸秆纤 维颗粒中加入重量为30公斤的胶;⑦充分搅拌;⑧在烘压机上加压200公斤以 上,烘压,成型。所述的胶的制造方法为:50公斤甲醛加温至30℃后,加入重 量20公斤尿素后,加温至60℃加入烧碱使pH值调整为7.5-8.0范围,再加 入氯化胺使pH值调整为5.1-4.8范围,最后加入重量5.5公斤的尿素即可。
实施例2.根据实施例1的方法,选择稻杆,用胶35公斤。
实施例3.根据实施例1的方法,选择麦秸和稻杆共100公斤,用胶25 公斤。

1.一种秸秆密度板的制造方法,①精选植物秸秆;②切断;③将秸秆在150℃ 下蒸煮1小时以上;④将秸秆加水粉碎成为粒径小于3mm的颗粒;⑤烘干; ⑥在秸秆纤维颗粒中加入重量为秸秆纤维颗粒重量25%-35%的胶;⑦充 分搅拌;⑧在烘压机上加压200公斤以上,成型。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的秸秆密度板的制造方法,所述的植物秸秆为玉米杆、 稻杆、麦秸其中的一种或几种。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的秸秆密度板的制造方法,所述的胶的重量为秸秆 纤维颗粒重量20%。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的秸秆密度板的制造方法,所述的胶的制造方法 为:甲醛加温至30℃后,加入重量为甲醛重量40%的尿素后,加温至60℃ 加入烧碱使pH值调整为7.5-8.0范围,再加入氯化胺使pH值调整为 5.1-4.8范围,最后加入重量为甲醛重量11%的尿素即可。
5.一种用权利要求1所述的方法制成的秸秆密度板,其特征在于:板的四角为圆弧形。
