Claims (6)

1. The air suction type stalk vegetable leaf removing device is characterized by comprising a feeding device (1), a frame (2), an automatic opening and closing clamp (3), a conveying device (4), an automatic leaf removing device (5), a collecting device (6) and a suction device (7), wherein the automatic opening and closing clamp (3), the conveying device (4), the automatic leaf removing device (5), the collecting device (6) and the suction device (7) are all fixed on the frame;
the feeding device (1) is used for conveying the stalk vegetables to the feeding opening (21) of the frame;
the automatic opening and closing clamp (3) is fixed on the conveying device (4), the automatic opening and closing clamp (3) is used for clamping the stalk vegetables at the feeding opening (21) of the rack, and loosening the stalk vegetables at the discharging opening (22) of the rack;
the automatic opening and closing clamp (3) comprises a fixed clamp (31) and a movable clamp (32), the fixed clamp (31) comprises a clamping head (311) and a fixed plate (312), the rear end of the clamping head (311) is fixedly connected with the fixed plate (312), the rear end of the fixed plate (312) is hinged with the rear end of the movable clamp (32), a first spring (33) is arranged between the fixed clamp (31) and the movable clamp (32), an opening clamp pin (35) and a closing clamp pin (36) are arranged on the movable clamp (32), and the automatic opening and closing clamp (3) is fixed with the conveying device (4) through the fixed plate (312);
the feeding hole (21) of the machine frame is provided with a clamping collision pin (26) which can be matched with the clamping pin (36), and the discharging hole (22) of the machine frame is provided with an opening collision pin (25) which can be matched with the opening pin (35);
when the conveying device (4) drives the automatic opening and closing clamp (3) to rotate to the position of the feeding hole (21) of the machine frame, the clamping pin (36) is contacted with the clamping collision pin (26), the automatic opening and closing clamp (3) is closed, and when the conveying device (4) drives the automatic opening and closing clamp (3) to rotate to the position of the discharging hole (22) of the machine frame, the clamping pin (35) is contacted with the clamping collision pin (25), and the automatic opening and closing clamp (3) is opened;
the conveying device (4) is used for driving the automatic opening and closing clamp (3) to sequentially pass through the automatic leaf removing device (5) and the collecting device (6) and driving the automatic opening and closing clamp (3) to circularly move between the rack feeding opening (21) and the rack discharging opening (22);
the suction device (7) is arranged below the automatic leaf removing device (5), and the suction device (7) can generate downward suction force for sucking the stalk vegetable leaves clamped by the automatic opening and closing clamp downward;
the automatic leaf removing device (5) is arranged below the conveying device (4) and is used for clamping leaves of the stalk vegetables;
the collecting device (6) is arranged at the blanking opening (22) of the frame and is used for collecting the stalk vegetables after defoliation;
the opening clamp striker pin (25) and the closing clamp striker pin (26) are positioned on different sides of the machine frame, the closing clamp striker pin (26) and the closing clamp pin (36) are positioned on the same side of the machine frame (2), and the opening clamp striker pin (25) and the opening clamp pin (35) are positioned on the same side of the machine frame (2).
2. The air-aspiration type stalk vegetable defoliating device according to claim 1, wherein the opening and closing striker pin (25), the closing and closing striker pin (26), the opening and closing pin (35) and the closing and closing pin (36) are L-shaped.

The air-aspiration type stalk vegetable defoliating device according to claim 1, wherein a positioning pin (34) for limiting the included angle between the fixed clamp (31) and the movable clamp (32) is further arranged between the fixed clamp (31) and the movable clamp (32), and the positioning pin (34) is used for limiting the rotation angle of the movable clamp (32).
