Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于燃料电池的单管宽范围升压直流变换器,包括:电感L与功率开关Q组成电感储能单元;功率开关Q关断时,电感储能单元对两个开关电容支路并联充电,两个开关电容支路分别与电感储能单元组成Boost直流变换器拓扑;功率开关Q开通时,电容C1的能量转移至电容C3,电容C3上的电压被电容C1箝位,二者电压相同;将电容C2和C3串联作为输出侧,得到单功率开关宽增益Boost直流变换器拓扑;电源输入端与燃料电池相连;输出端与高压直流母线相连接;本发明实现了2/(1‑d)的电压增益,功率开关Q、二极管D1、D2的电压应力为输出电压的一半。克服了传统的升压直流变换器不能同时具备较低的功率器件电压应力和较高的电压增益的问题。

Description

一种用于燃料电池的单管宽范围升压直流变换器
技术领域
本发明涉及燃料电池单向升压直流变换器应用领域,尤其涉及一种用于燃料电池的单管宽范围升压直流变换器,属于电力电子功率变换技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,石油、煤炭等高碳能源的大量开采和使用,对全球造成了环境污染和温室效应等一系列负面影响。随着经济社会对能源需求的持续增长和低碳社会的到来,新能源在能源结构中的比重逐渐增大。新能源电动汽车是新能源在交通领域中的一种重要应用,其包括纯电动汽车、混合动力电动汽车和燃料电池电动汽车。燃料电池电动汽车是新能源电动汽车的一种重要组成形式,能够实现零排放,具有很高的能量转化率。燃料电池电动汽车要求其内部高压直流母线具有较高的电压等级(如400V),但燃料电池是一种电流源,其输出电压低,输出电流大,不能与高压直流母线电压等级相匹配,因此需要使用升压直流变换器提高燃料电池电压,实现与燃料电池电动汽车高压直流母线电压等级相匹配。由于燃料电池输出特性软,因此需要使用直流变换器实现较宽的电压增益。
传统的升压直流变换器结构简单,但其电压增益较低,功率器件的电压应力较大,造成增加开关损耗的问题。为了提高电压增益,提高效率,需要一种具有宽电压增益、低电压应力的升压直流变换器,使其适用于燃料电池电动汽车的电压变换场合。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于燃料电池的单管宽范围升压直流变换器,本发明克服了传统的升压直流变换器不能同时具备较低的功率器件电压应力和较高的电压增益的问题,详见下文描述:
一种用于燃料电池的单管宽范围升压直流变换器,所述升压直流变换器包括:电感L、功率开关Q、由二极管D2-C1、以及D1-C2组成两个开关电容支路;电感L与功率开关Q组成电感储能单元;
功率开关Q关断时,电感储能单元对两个开关电容支路并联充电,两个开关电容支路分别与电感储能单元组成Boost直流变换器拓扑;
功率开关Q开通时,电容C1的能量转移至电容C3,电容C3上的电压被电容C1箝位,二者电压相同;
将电容C2和C3串联作为输出侧,即可得到单功率开关宽增益Boost直流变换器拓扑;电源输入端与燃料电池相连;输出端与高压直流母线相连接;
所述升压直流变换器实现了2/(1-d)的电压增益,功率开关Q、二极管D1、D2的电压应力为输出电压的一半。
进一步地,所述升压直流变换器输出地和输入地之间的电位差为一个恒定的电容电压。
进一步地,所述升压直流变换器适用于燃料电池电动汽车。
本发明提供的技术方案的有益效果是:
1、该变换器实现了2/(1-d)的电压增益,其所有功率器件电压应力为输出电压的一半;
2、该变换器输出地和输入地之间的电位差为一个恒定的电容电压,而不是高频脉冲电压;
3、该升压直流变换器适用于燃料电池电动汽车。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1
一种用于燃料电池的单管宽范围升压直流变换器,参见图1,该升压直流变换器如下所示:
一、拓扑结构
参见图1,电感L与功率开关Q组成电感储能单元,功率开关Q关断时,电感储能单元对开关电容D2-C1和D1-C2并联充电,两个开关电容支路分别与电感储能单元组成Boost直流变换器拓扑。
功率开关Q开通时,电容C1的能量转移至电容C3,电容C3上的电压被电容C1箝位,二者电压相同。将电容C2和C3串联作为输出侧,即可得到单功率开关宽增益Boost直流变换器拓扑。该直流变换器电源输入端与燃料电池(用Uin表示)相连;输出端与高压直流母线(用负载R表示)相连接。
二、宽电压增益
根据功率开关Q的通断情况,提出的拓扑有2种运行模态,功率开关Q开通时,拓扑运行在模态1,功率开关Q关断时,拓扑运行在模态2。两种模态下该拓扑的流通路径如图2,3所示,该变换器的主要工作波形如图4所示。
由图2可知,当功率开关Q开通时,二极管D3开通,使得电容C1与电容C3并联而电压相等,由图3可知,当功率开关Q关断时,二极管D1和D2开通,使得电容C1与电容C2并联而电压相等。忽略电感电流纹波和电容电压纹波,由电感L的伏秒平衡可得如下稳态关系:
其中,Uo为输出端电压;UC1、UC2、UC3分别为电容C1、C2以及C3上的电压;d为功率开关Q驱动信号的占空比。
由式(1)可得各个电容电压和变换器的电压增益为:
三、低电压应力
忽略功率开关和二极管的导通压降,由图3可得,当功率开关Q关断时,二极管D1导通,功率开关Q的电压被箝位至电容C2电压。同理分析可得其它功率器件的电压应力,根据式(2)可得功率器件的电压应力如下
其中,UQ、UD1、UD2分别为功率开关Q、二极管D1、以及二极管D2上的电压。从式(3)可知,各个功率器件的电压应力都相同,并且为输出电压的一半。
本发明实施例对各器件的型号除做特殊说明的以外,其他器件的型号不做限制,只要能完成上述功能的器件均可。
综上所述,本发明实施例通过上述拓扑结构克服了传统的升压直流变换器不能同时具备较低的功率器件电压应力和较高的电压增益的问题。
实施例2
下面以图1所示的新型单管宽增益升压直流变换器拓扑,图2、3所示的拓扑的能量流通路径图以及图4所示的新拓扑的重要工作波形,对本发明的原理进行说明。
运行模态1(t0~t1):功率开关Q导通,二极管D1和D2关断,D3导通,此时电流流通路径如图2所示。电感电流iL线性上升,电容C1和电容C2放电,电容C1对电容C3充电,负载能量由电容C2提供。
运行模态2(t1~t2):功率开关Q关断,二极管D1和D2导通,D3关断,此时电流流通路径如图3所示。电感电流iL线性减小,电感电流iL对电容C1和电容C2充电,电容C3放电,负载能量由电源Uin,电感L和C3提供。
因此,通过燃料电池、电感、电容的能量按上述方式传递到输出侧高压直流母线,可以实现电压水平的极大提高,以及器件电压应力的减小。该新型拓扑拓宽了升压变换器的电压增益,降低了功率器件的电压应力,非常适用于燃料电池电动汽车的单向升压场合。
本发明实施例对各器件的型号除做特殊说明的以外,其他器件的型号不做限制,只要能完成上述功能的器件均可。
综上所述,本发明实施例通过上述拓扑结构克服了传统的升压直流变换器不能同时具备较低的功率器件电压应力和较高的电压增益的问题。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于燃料电池的单管宽范围升压直流变换器,其特征在于,所述升压直流变换器包括:电感L、功率开关Q、由二极管D2-C1、以及D1-C2组成两个开关电容支路;电感L与功率开关Q组成电感储能单元;
功率开关Q关断时,电感储能单元对两个开关电容支路并联充电,两个开关电容支路分别与电感储能单元组成Boost直流变换器拓扑;
功率开关Q开通时,电容C1的能量转移至电容C3,电容C3上的电压被电容C1箝位,二者电压相同;
将电容C2和C3串联作为输出侧,即可得到单功率开关宽增益Boost直流变换器拓扑;电源输入端与燃料电池相连;输出端与高压直流母线相连接;
所述升压直流变换器实现了2/(1-d)的电压增益,功率开关Q、二极管D1、D2的电压应力为输出电压的一半。
