The working process of the embodiment is that the corrugated paper box to be packaged enters the automatic packaging machine, moves along with the rotation of the conveying roller rod 35, when the binding end 30 of the corrugated paper box reaches the upper part of the laser positioning device 5, the conveying roller rod 35 stops working through the laser positioning device 5, then four positioning rods extend out of the side surface of the frame to the other side surface, the second side surface 36 of the corrugated paper box is positioned below the first positioning rod 10 and the second positioning rod 9, the manipulator 6 starts working to grasp the binding end 30 of the corrugated paper box, the front-back moving rod 16 is pushed by the front-back moving cylinder 161, the up-down moving cylinder 171 pushes the up-down moving rod 17, the manipulator 6 moves along the arc-shaped track 13 and bypasses the fourth positioning rod 7, the binding end 30 of the corrugated paper box is moved to the front of the third positioning rod 11, the suction nozzle 12 on the third positioning rod 11 starts to suck the binding end 30, the manipulator 6 is loosened, the movable cross bar 14 is pushed by the fixed air cylinder 141 to move the binding machine 3 to the front of the third positioning bar 11, the binding machine 3 binds the first side 21 of the corrugated paper box and the binding end 30 together, after binding is completed, the push air cylinder 20 pushes the push rod 22, the push plate 23 moves along with the push rod 22 to position the bottom 37 of the corrugated paper box, then the positioning bar is retracted on the side of the frame, the conveying roller bar 35 continues to work, when the corrugated paper box moves out of the automatic packaging machine along with the conveying roller bar 35, the carton sealing machine 8 seals the bottom 37 of the corrugated paper box, after sealing, the push plate 23 returns to the side of the frame, the corrugated paper boxes with different lengths are operated identically, the length of the packing machine is controlled between the widths of the packing machine;
when corrugated cartons with different widths are required to be packaged, the third screw motor 241 is adjusted through the control panel 19, and the second screw motor 261 and the second positioning rod fixing rod 91 are moved through moving the sliding block of the third screw 24, so that the distances between the first positioning rod 10 and the second positioning rod 9 and the distances between the third positioning rod 11 and the fourth positioning rod 7 are correspondingly changed, and the distances between the first positioning rod 10 and the second positioning rod 9 are matched with the widths of the corrugated cartons;
when corrugated cartons with different heights are required to be packaged, the first screw motor 251 and the second screw motor 261 are adjusted through the control panel 19, the distance between the first positioning rod 10 and the third positioning rod 11 is changed by moving the sliding block of the first screw 25, so that the distance between the first positioning rod 10 and the third positioning rod 11 is adapted to the height of the corrugated cartons, meanwhile, the distance between the second positioning rod 9 and the fourth positioning rod 7 is changed by moving the sliding block of the second screw 26, and the horizontal position of the fourth positioning rod 7 is the same as the horizontal position of the third positioning rod 11;
the bottom of the frame is provided with a telescopic fixed foot 2 which can adjust the height of the packaging machine; meanwhile, the pulley 32 and the fixer 33 are also arranged, so that the machine can be moved and fixed more easily, and the machine is more convenient and practical.
