In another working state, the glass curtain wall of the floor with the minimum height difference with the refuge layer 19 with the personnel evacuation requirement of the fired and rescued super high-rise building can be demolished by the window breaking tip 6 at the end part of the telescopic pedestrian pedal 5 at one side of the rescuing super high-rise building 1, so as to form an evacuation channel with the height close to the height of the refuge layer 19 of the fired and rescued super high-rise building. After the personnel safely evacuate to the rescue super high-rise building 1 through the telescopic pedestrian pedals 5 and the window cleaning machine hanging basket 4, the personnel should evacuate safely through the vertical evacuation channel of the rescue super high-rise building 1 as soon as possible.
Because the trapped people are generally at a relatively high position of a fire point, high-temperature toxic smoke below rises upwards at a high speed in the rescue process of the window cleaning machine hanging basket 4. A smoke guide plate 8 is hung below the window cleaning machine hanging basket 4 to guide and avoid smoke, and an evacuation channel formed by the telescopic pedestrian pedal 5 and the window cleaning machine hanging basket 4 is guaranteed not to be invaded by smoke. Except for the function of avoiding flue gas water conservancy diversion, flue gas guide plate 8 has the function of taking precautions against personnel and falling and high altitude rescue air cushion from telescopic pedestrian's footboard concurrently. The safety height is determined by the protection capability of the non-combustible double-air-chamber rubber air cushion 21 and the non-combustible buffer heat-insulating layer 20 and the bearing capability of the window-cleaning machine hanging basket 4 according to the prior art.
Above the window wiper basket 4 there are electrically controlled water spray nozzles 18 and fire water supply connections 26 which are supplied by basket fire water supply hoses 25 which are lowered with the slings. The electric control water spray nozzle 18 is interlocked with the temperature sensor 11 and the radiation sensor 10 below the smoke guide plate 8, when the temperature sensor 11 and the radiation sensor 10 detect that the temperature or the radiation intensity under the plate exceeds the standard and possibly threatens the safety of the window cleaning machine hanging basket 4, the electric control water spray nozzle 18 is started to spray water for cooling in an interlocking manner, namely, an alarm signal is sent out to remind fire fighters of noticing the development condition of the fire behavior below, and the evacuation of work is completed as soon as possible. The fire-fighting water supply interface above the window cleaning machine hanging basket 4 can be connected with a standard fire-fighting water hose and a water gun, and provides water for fire-fighting and self-protection for fire fighters on the hanging basket. The monitoring and control of the electric valves 32, the temperature sensor 11, the radiation sensor 10, the electrically controlled water spray head 18, the mobile fire monitor 15, the fire water supply interface 26, the fire pressurization device 17 and the pressurized water supply device 14 are performed according to the prior art.
The middle of the smoke guide plate is provided with a central drain hole 9, water which is sprayed by a water gun connected with the movable fire water monitor 15, the electric control water spray nozzle 18 and the fire water supply interface 26 and falls or flows onto the smoke guide plate 8 can be discharged to a water distributor 24 under the plate, and the water distributor 24 diffuses the water and then falls down to play roles of cooling and reducing smoke under the plate.
However, since the fire extinguishing flow rate of the plurality of mobile fire monitor guns 15 is large, the roof fire water tank 16 and the underground fire pool 13 are supplied with water jointly through the fire monitor water supply pipe 27. to sum up, by means of the technical scheme, the trapped people in the super high-rise building can be effectively rescued, and the people are safely evacuated to the safe building which is not on fire, and then the people are safely evacuated through the vertical evacuation channel of the safe building; the system is provided with a mobile fire water monitor, an electric control water spray nozzle, a fire control water supply interface, a temperature and radiation sensor, a water distributor and other fire control and safety protection measures, and has the functions of facade fire control and fire extinguishing on the basis of ensuring the safety of an evacuation channel; be equipped with the flue gas guide plate and can effectively carry out the water conservancy diversion to high temperature flue gas and avoid, guarantee by the sparse passageway that telescopic pedestrian's footboard and hanging flower basket are not invaded by the flue gas to, be equipped with abundant buffer facility on the flue gas guide plate, have concurrently and take precautions against the function that personnel fall from telescopic pedestrian's footboard, and can regard as high altitude rescue air cushion to use.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, and any other products in various forms can be obtained by anyone in the light of the present invention, but any changes in the shape or structure thereof, which have the same or similar technical solutions as those of the present application, fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

A fire-fighting rescue and fire-extinguishing system for super high-rise buildings is characterized in that a window cleaning machine (2) is arranged on the roof of a rescue super high-rise building (1) closest to the super high-rise building on fire, the window cleaning machine (2) is connected with a window cleaning machine hanging basket (4) through a sleeve telescopic lengthened suspension arm (3), both sides of the window cleaning machine hanging basket (4) are movably connected with telescopic pedestrian pedals (5) with window breaking tips (6), one side of the window cleaning machine hanging basket (4) is symmetrically and movably connected with a telescopic stabilizer bar (7) with a vacuum suction cup (31), a smoke guide plate (8) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the window cleaning machine hanging basket (4), the bottom of the flue gas guide plate (8) is provided with a central drain hole (9), a water distributor (24) connected with the central drain hole (9), a radiation sensor (10) and a temperature sensor (11); the super high-rise building (1) basement of suing and labouring is equipped with secret fire water pond (13), secret fire water pond (13) are equipped with moisturizing pipe (12) that are connected with motorised valve (32), secret fire water pond (13) are connected with a plurality of portable fire water monitor (15) and roof fire water tank (16) through pressurization water supply equipment (14) and fire water monitor delivery pipe (27), roof fire water tank (16) are connected with portable fire water monitor (15) and set up automatically controlled water spray nozzle (18) in window-cleaning machine hanging flower basket (4) top through fire control supercharging equipment (17), automatically controlled water spray nozzle (18) electricity is connected with radiation sensor (10) and temperature sensor (11).

4. Super high-rise building fire rescue and extinguishing system according to claim 3, characterized in that the bottom of the flue gas deflector (8) is provided with a number of floor stands (29).

The super high-rise building fire rescue and extinguishing system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the flue gas deflector (8) is boat-shaped as a whole, and the upper part thereof is provided with the non-combustible buffer heat-insulating layer (20) and the non-combustible double-air-chamber rubber air cushion (21) in sequence.

7. Super high-rise building fire rescue and extinguishing system according to claim 6, characterized in that the upper part of the central drain hole (9) is provided with a smoke check valve (23) and the lower part of the central drain hole (9) is connected with the water distributor (24).
8. Super high-rise building fire protection rescue and extinguishing system according to claim 7, characterized in that the fire-fighting pressurizing equipment (17) is connected to the electrically controlled water spray head (18) through a basket fire-fighting water supply hose (25).
9. Super high-rise building fire rescue and extinguishing system according to claim 8, characterized in that the basket fire water supply hose (25) is further connected with a fire water supply interface (26).
10. Super high-rise building fire rescue and extinguishing system according to claim 9, characterized in that a check valve (28) is provided at the junction of the fire monitor water supply pipe (27) and the roof fire water tank (16).
