本发明公开一种速食坚果谷物婴幼儿米糊,包括外包装袋和多个内包装袋,或外包装盒装的多个内包装罐及量勺,外包装袋内或内包装罐装有米糊粉及坚果或谷物的精磨细粉,每个内包装袋或内包装罐装一种坚果或谷物的精磨细粉,每个内包装袋有多个大小一样的小纸皮袋,盛装同样分量的坚果或谷物的精磨细粉,米糊粉制备为:挑选优质大米、胡萝卜和苹果用纯净水清洗,将胡萝卜和苹果切丁;将大米、胡萝卜丁和苹果丁用矿泉水浸泡8‑10h送入榨汁机中榨汁;再倒入锅中用文火煮熟;继续用大火进行收汁;然后转入真空蒸发器浓缩2‑4小时后喷雾干燥并杀菌;通过将坚果或谷物的精磨细粉和米糊粉独立包装设置,以方便根据婴幼儿的成长和体制需要自行调配。

背景技术
婴幼儿在断奶期和断奶后需要食用一些软质的食物,来为其提供营养,以前传统的方式是自己熬制粥之类的软质食物,但是这些食物大多是通过家长的自己去定量,没有科学的标准,不能形成科学的喂食,因此,市场上逐渐出现添加了一些营养成分的速食婴幼儿米糊,即时冲泡后就可食用,因其食用的便利性而被更多的人喜欢。
但是,现有市面上的婴幼儿米糊中的营养成分都是按一定量配制的,其中的营养成分有可能不足,不能满足大龄幼儿生长发育的需要或者不能满足一些对营养成分有特殊要求的婴幼儿的需要。如果使其具有更高的营养价值,会添加一些核桃粉、坚果、玉米、芝麻粉等,但是针对年龄稍微小一点的婴儿来说,如果米糊中含有太多核桃粉、坚果粉、玉米粉、芝麻粉等,这些物质不适合年龄较小的婴儿的肠胃环境,容易导致婴儿出现消化不良、腹泻等现象,但是如果没有这些营养成分,则营养不足,或者同样大的婴幼儿,但是因其体质的不同,对营养成分的需求也不同,现有的米糊都不能区别供给。
因此,有必要设计一种新的速食坚果谷物婴幼儿米糊。,以解决上述技术问题。

针对背景技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种速食坚果谷物婴幼儿米糊,方便根据婴幼儿不同年龄成长和不同体质对营养成分的不同需求,自行调配。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种速食坚果谷物婴幼儿米糊,包括外包装袋和多个内包装袋,所述外包装袋和每个内包装袋分别设有自封拉链,且所述外包装袋上设有用于装设多个内包装袋的小袋,所述外包装袋内装设有米糊粉,所述每个内包装袋内装设一种坚果或谷物的精磨细粉,而每个内包装袋含有多个小的纸皮袋,每个小的纸皮袋大小一样,盛装同样分量的坚果或谷物的精磨细粉,其中,所述米糊粉的制备方法为:(1)挑选优质的大米、胡萝卜和苹果用纯净水清洗干净,并将胡萝卜和苹果切丁备用;(2)将大米、胡萝卜丁和苹果丁用矿泉水浸泡8-10h送入榨汁机中进行榨汁;(3)将榨好的混合汁倒入锅中采用文火煮熟;(4)将上述煮熟的混合汁水继续采用大火进行收汁;(5)再将所述混合汁转入真空蒸发器进行浓缩2-4小时成混合液;(6)将浓缩后的混合液进行喷雾干燥并杀菌,得到米糊粉。

在上述技术方案中,所述核桃粉的制备方法为:(1)取用新鲜的核桃进行清洗后研磨至糊状料;(2)将所述糊状料送至烘干机中,烘烤至含水率为10-15%,然后取出冷却至室温;(3)将所述冷却后的糊状料,再次放入零下10-20℃的冷库中冷冻10-15min后,取出研磨后得到核桃粉。
在上述技术方案中,所述玉米粉、小米粉、荞麦粉、芝麻粉和花生粉的制备方法与核桃粉的制备方法相同。

本发明所述的一种速食坚果谷物婴幼儿米糊,通过将米糊粉和坚果或谷物的精磨细粉独立包装,可以根据实际情况,进行添加合适量的营养成分,以满足不同年龄和不同体质的婴幼儿对营养成分的不同需求,具体的实施例如下详细说明:
本发明第一实施例为:如图1所示,包括外包装袋1和多个内包装袋2,所述外包装袋1上设有自封拉链10和用于装设多个内包装袋2的小袋11,每个内包装袋2上也设有自封拉链20。所述外包装袋1内装设有米糊粉,所述每个内包装袋2内装设一种坚果或谷物的精磨细粉,而每个内包装袋2含有多个小的纸皮袋21,每个小的纸皮袋21大小一样,盛装同样分量的坚果或谷物的精磨细粉。在本实施例中,所述每个纸袋装有5-10g坚果或谷物的精磨细粉。如此,在食用时,可以根据婴幼儿成长和不同体质对营养成分的不同需求,自行调配,选择一个纸皮袋或者多个纸皮袋的坚果或谷物的精磨细粉添加至米糊粉中进行冲泡后食用。
本发明第二实施例为:如图2所示,包括外包装盒3和装设于外包装盒3内的多个内包装罐4及量勺5,所述每个内包装罐4的顶部设有罐盖40。所述外包装盒内的内包装罐4独立装设米糊粉、坚果或谷物的精磨细粉。如此,在食用时,可以根据婴幼儿成长和不同体质对营养成分的不同需求,自行调配,使用量勺5选择一勺或者多勺的坚果或谷物的精磨细粉添加至米糊粉中进行冲泡后食用。
其中,在上述两种不同的实施例中,所述坚果或谷物的精磨细粉为核桃粉、玉米粉、小米粉、荞麦粉、芝麻粉、花生粉。所述米糊粉的制备方法如图3所示:(1)挑选优质的大米、胡萝卜和苹果用纯净水清洗干净,并将胡萝卜和苹果切丁备用;(2)将大米、胡萝卜丁和苹果丁用矿泉水浸泡8-10h送入榨汁机中进行榨汁;(3)将榨好的混合汁倒入锅中采用文火煮熟;(4)将上述煮熟的混合汁水继续采用大火进行收汁;(5)再将所述混合汁转入真空蒸发器进行浓缩2-4小时成混合液;(6)将浓缩后的混合液进行喷雾干燥并杀菌,得到米糊粉。
而核桃粉的制备方法如图4所示为:(1)取用新鲜的核桃进行清洗后研磨至糊状料;(2)将所述糊状料送至烘干机中,烘烤至含水率为10-15%,然后取出冷却至室温;(3)将所述冷却后的糊状料,再次放入零下10-20℃的冷库中冷冻10-15min后,取出研磨后得到核桃粉。所述玉米粉、小米粉、荞麦粉、芝麻粉和花生粉的制备方法与核桃粉的制备方法相同,或者参照核桃粉的制备方法来实现,在此不再累述。

5.根据权利要求4所述的速食坚果谷物婴幼儿米糊,其特征在于:所述核桃粉的制备方法为:(1)取用新鲜的核桃进行清洗后研磨至糊状料;(2)将所述糊状料送至烘干机中,烘烤至含水率为10-15%,然后取出冷却至室温;(3)将所述冷却后的糊状料,再次放入零下10-20℃的冷库中冷冻10-15min后,取出研磨后得到核桃粉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的速食坚果谷物婴幼儿米糊,其特征在于:所述玉米粉、小米粉、荞麦粉、芝麻粉和花生粉的制备方法与核桃粉的制备方法相同。
