本发明公开了一种五谷杂粮养身早餐及其制备方法,由以下质量份成分组成,黑糯米6‑8份、燕麦0.2‑0.4份、糙米1‑2份、麦片0.5‑0.6份、富硒米2‑3份、红薏仁1‑2份、莲子0.3‑0.5份、小米1‑2份、荞麦0.2‑0.4份、芡实0.5‑0.6份。该五谷杂粮养身早餐通过对原料的处理、烘烤、混合、磨粉、包装这几个步骤制得成品,本发明的五谷杂粮养身早餐通过选用多种不同的五谷杂粮作为主要原料,满足了人们对营养的吸收,另外通过采用烘烤、磨粉等处理方式,使得最后的成品为粉体,一方面减少其他方式导致营养的散失,另一方面能起到即食即用的作用,解决了人们因工作繁忙或是其他问题没有时间做早餐的问题。

背景技术
五谷杂粮在现在人们的思维中就是粮食作物的统称,五谷杂类食物每个都具有丰富的营养,所以现在越来越多注重养身的人都愿意将五谷杂粮类食物放在一起加水蒸煮,然后食用,一般五谷杂粮类食物用水蒸煮后会散发掉一些营养成分,无法保证五谷杂粮的营养完全被保留下来,同时随着现代人的工作繁忙、压力大,很多注重养生的人们在早上时都选用五谷杂粮食物作为早上的早餐,但是一些工作繁忙的人们早上有时没有时间去进行蒸煮处理,无法吃到很好的营养早餐,所以很有必要研制出一种即食即用的五谷杂粮类早餐。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对现有技术中缺陷,为此提供一种五谷杂粮养身早餐及其制备方法,该五谷杂粮养身早餐能解决了人们早上没有时间去蒸煮五谷杂粮类食物的作为早餐的问题,而且这种五谷杂粮营养身早餐营养价值高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种五谷杂粮养身早餐,由以下质量份成分组成,黑糯米6-8份、燕麦0.2-0.4份、糙米1-2份、麦片0.5-0.6份、富硒米2-3份、红薏仁1-2份、莲子0.3-0.5份、小米1-2份、荞麦0.2-0.4份、芡实0.5-0.6份。
进一步地,一种五谷杂粮养身早餐的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
1)原料的处理:分别挑选上述食材,然后将放在水中浸泡出并进行冲洗处理,然后将冲洗后的食材进行沥干处理;
2)烘烤:将沥干后的原料分别送入烤箱中进行烘烤处理,烘烤温度为150-160℃,烘烤时间为各原料烤出香味即可停止;
3)混合:将分别烘烤后的原料送入混合机中进行搅拌混合处理;
4)磨粉:将混合后的混合物送入磨粉机中进行打粉处理;
5)包装:将磨粉后得到混合粉体按规格进行包装,然后置于通风阴凉处保存,保存期为12-14月。

1)原料的处理:分别挑选上述食材,然后将放在水中浸泡出并进行冲洗处理,然后将冲洗后的食材进行沥干处理,上述食材中的黑糯米、富硒米、红薏仁、莲子都需要在水中浸泡2min;
2)烘烤:将沥干后的原料分别送入烤箱中进行烘烤处理,烘烤温度为150℃,烘烤时间为各原料烤出香味即可停止;
3)混合:将分别烘烤后的原料送入混合机中进行搅拌混合处理;
4)磨粉:将混合后的混合物送入磨粉机中进行打粉处理;

1)原料的处理:分别挑选上述食材,然后将放在水中浸泡出并进行冲洗处理,然后将冲洗后的食材进行沥干处理,上述食材中的黑糯米、富硒米、红薏仁、莲子都需要在水中浸泡2min;
2)烘烤:将沥干后的原料分别送入烤箱中进行烘烤处理,烘烤温度为155℃,烘烤时间为各原料烤出香味即可停止;
3)混合:将分别烘烤后的原料送入混合机中进行搅拌混合处理;
4)磨粉:将混合后的混合物送入磨粉机中进行打粉处理;
5)包装:将磨粉后得到混合粉体按规格进行包装,然后置于通风阴凉处保存,保存期为12-14月。
