Abstract
本发明公开了一种益生菌红茶及其制备方法,该益生菌红茶由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:纯净水85%、蜂蜜1%、日照红茶12%、益生菌2%。其中,所述益生菌由两歧双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌按质量比为1∶1∶2混合所得。本发明不仅不含任何添加剂,两种物质结合,从而形成具有很高的微量营养的饮料,补充人体不易从食物里摄取需要的营养物质,使益生菌和日照红茶的功效同时发挥作用,既能调理肠道菌群平衡,又能补充各种微量元素的双重效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及于功能型益生菌发酵红茶领域,具体涉及一种益生菌红茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
日照市自1966年实施“南茶北引”工程以来,茶叶生产已发展成为我市重要农业产业。近年来市委、市政府强化措施,大力实施“品种、品质、品牌、品位”四品战略,着力推动茶产业扩规模、上水平、增效益。截止2016年,全市茶园面积发展到25万亩,茶叶总产量1.5万余吨,总产值24.5亿元,全市茶园面积和产量分别占全省的60%和75%以上。日照已发展成为全省茶叶主产区和我国秦岭-淮河以北最大的绿茶生产基地,“日照绿茶”已成为市场知名度较高的地方名茶。“日照绿茶”品牌荣获中国驰名商标,品牌价值达10.29亿元,跻身全国茶叶品牌50强。
世界上三大海岸绿茶城市分别是:韩国宝城、日本静冈、中国日照。其共同特点,就是:临近大海,地处北纬35度左右,独特的海岸环境孕育了日照绿茶的“叶片厚、滋味浓、香气高、耐冲泡”的独特品质,被誉为“中国绿茶新贵”。
日照红茶是用绿茶叶经过红茶发酵工艺获得,但是其营养成分和口味与绿茶有比较大的区别。
为了延长日照红茶产业链,同时开发出适合大众口味的保健饮料,我们把日照红茶与我们的益生菌发酵,经过试验获得成功,口感等各项指标均达到理想效果。
微生态是指人体内的微观生态。微生态平衡主要依靠人体内的有益菌群来维持。在健康的人体中,五脏六腑及各个系统都有益生菌存在。这些有益菌群主要分布在胃肠、口腔、鼻腔、皮肤等与外界接触的器官和部位,总数量达100万亿个,总重量为1.27公斤;一个健康的成年人,自身的体细胞约有10万亿个,才是益生菌的十分之一;它是在婴儿出生一个小时之后形成的,与人体相辅相成,密不可分。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种益生菌红茶及其制备方法,所得饮品是益生菌和日照红茶发酵后的功能型保健高级饮料;既能调理肠道菌群平衡,又能补充各种微量元素的双重效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
益生菌红茶,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
纯净水85%、蜂蜜1%、日照红茶12%、益生菌2%。
其中,所述益生菌由两歧双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌按质量比为1∶1∶2混合所得。
本发明提供了上述益生菌红茶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按上述的配方称取各原料:
S2、将所称取的纯净水采用美国反渗透(RO)过滤技术进行过滤后,置于发酵罐内,加入称取的蜂蜜、日照红茶、两歧双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌混合搅拌均匀后,加入所述发酵罐内,加入所称取的两歧双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌,37℃,发酵3天;
S3、按495毫升每瓶的规格进行灌装,包装,即得。
本发明中各药材的功效如下:
双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌的功效:
1、降低胆固醇和血脂
能降低抑制胆固醇的合成,阻止人体对胆固醇的吸收、利用等。
2、合成维生素
我们从膳食中摄入的维生素量远远不能满足人体所需,因此,双歧杆菌,乳酸杆菌等能合成多种人体生长发育必须的维生素,如B族维生素(包括维生素B1、B2、B6、B12),维生素K,烟酸、泛酸等,还能利用蛋白质残渣合成必需氨基酸,如天冬门氨酸、苯丙氨酸、缬氨酸和苏氨酸等,并参与糖类和蛋白质的代谢。尤其是维生素K,在食物中含量非常少,肠道益生菌群的减少,将会导致维生素K缺乏症,产生腹泻和凝血障碍性疾病等。
3、促进钙、铁、维生素D的吸收
乳酸杆菌在代谢过程中会产生大量的酸,酸会提高钙的可溶性,并直接刺激胃肠道最大限度地吸收钙、铁、镁、锌等。实验结果显示,在普通情况下,我们仅能吸收消化钙的1/3,通过摄入益生菌,钙的吸收能提高到摄入量的2/3。因此,益生菌的摄入能促进婴儿发育,有利于减缓老年人骨质疏松的过程。
4、提高免疫力
肠道里面存在益生菌和有害菌,如果益生菌占据了肠道的表面,有害菌就没有了生存的位置,这叫“占位性保护”。位置就那么多,益生菌占得多了,有害菌在营养竞争上就处于失败状态,生长发育受到抑制。因此,当两歧双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌等益生菌在肠道内生长、繁殖,将阻止外面的病原体入侵肠道,构筑成一个生物屏障。而且肠道是人体最大的一个免疫器官,益生菌可以分泌一些抗原物质,激活并强化肠道的免疫系统。
5、防止癌变
益生菌能降解亚硝胺,消除亚硝胺的致癌性,而且促进肠道蠕动,像经常便秘的人,粪便里一些有毒、有害物质就滞留在肠道并威胁肠道表面,诱发肠道肿瘤,引起癌变。摄入益生菌后,肠道蠕动加快,这些有害菌就会及时的随着粪便排出人体。
6、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌各有特点:双歧杆菌主要定殖在人体大肠内;嗜酸乳杆菌主要定殖在人体小肠内;植物乳杆菌与其他乳酸杆菌的区别在于其生命力强,活菌数比较高,能大量的产酸,而且产出的酸性物质能降解重金属,由于此菌是厌氧细菌(兼性好氧),在繁殖过程中能产出特有的乳酸杆菌素,乳酸杆菌素是一种生物型的防腐剂,能对本产品的生产和保存起到天然的防腐作用。这3种益生菌相互搭配,各有所长,使本“正气液”的保健功效发挥到最大。
日照红茶有显著的提神及营养补充功效,从而被广大消费者普遍喜爱。用日照茶叶鲜叶原料采用独特的日照红茶发酵工艺制成的日照红茶是南方红茶不可比拟的健康饮品。含有较高的氨基酸、茶多酚、生物碱,维生素、微量元素及矿物质等多种营养和药效成分,具有清心明目,杀菌消炎降脂和消血脂、降低胆固醇,减少心血管疾病等功效。茶中富含的茶多酚和脂多糖等成分,可以吸附和捕捉放射性物质并与其结合一起排出体外。常饮日照红茶,降低血液中的坏胆固醇、降低血脂、达到预防脑心血管疾病、提神健胃、降压利尿、消食醒酒、防癌抗辐射、减肥美容、清除体内自由基、暖胃、抗氧化、延年益寿等功效,深受国内外消费者的好评和赞誉。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
不仅不含任何添加剂,两种物质结合,从而形成具有很高的微量营养的饮料,补充人体不易从食物里摄取需要的营养物质,使益生菌和日照红茶的功效同时发挥作用,既能调理肠道菌群平衡,又能补充各种微量元素的双重效果。

为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下实施例中,以下两歧双歧杆菌Bifidobacterium bifidum、嗜酸乳杆菌Lactobacillusacidophilus植物乳杆菌Lactobacillus plantarun均购自中国科学院微生物研究所下属的中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心CGMCC;所使用的日照红茶每100克可食部的主要成分营养含量见下表:

实施例
一种益生菌红茶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按质量百分比的称取以下原料:纯净水85%、蜂蜜1%、日照红茶12%、益生菌2%;其中,所述益生菌由两歧双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌按质量比为1∶1∶2混合所得;
S2、将所称取的纯净水采用美国反渗透(RO)过滤技术进行过滤,能有效的去除水中的细菌、水垢、重金属离子、各种污染物以及溶解性的盐类等有害物质,然后过滤完成后置于发酵罐内,加入称取的蜂蜜、日照红茶、两歧双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌混合搅拌均匀后,加入所述发酵罐内,加入所称取的两歧双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌,37℃,发酵3天
S3、按495毫升每瓶的规格进行灌装,包装,即得。
本具体实施以菌治菌、以菌养肠、以菌补正气,维持了人体内的微生态平衡,“以菌治菌”就是让有益菌在肠道定植,抑制有害菌的繁殖、增生,使人体达到健康状态。益生菌中的微生态调节剂不仅可以预防疾病,调整人体微生态失调,保持肠道微生态平衡,提高人体健康水平,还可以利用生物拮抗原理,达到“以菌治菌”的治疗目的。尤其是益生菌见效快、作用持久,具有药物不可代替的治疗保健作用,在很大程度上改变了人类使用抗生素的方法和标准。随着微生态理论的崛起,医学从抑菌时代开始走向促菌时代,大量研究和医疗实践发现,应用两歧双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌等益生菌制成的微生态制剂,能有效补充人体肠道益生菌,调节肠道微生态平衡,达到“以菌养肠”,令肠道更年轻,肠道年轻了人就年轻。

1.益生菌红茶,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
纯净水85%、蜂蜜1%、日照红茶12%、益生菌2%。
2.如权利要求1所述的益生菌红茶,其特征在于,所述益生菌由两歧双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌按质量比为1∶1∶2混合所得。
3.益生菌红茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、按权利要求1-2任一项所述的配方称取各原料:
S2、将所称取的纯净水采用美国反渗透(RO)过滤技术进行过滤后,置于发酵罐内,加入称取的蜂蜜、日照红茶、两歧双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌混合搅拌均匀后,加入所述发酵罐内,加入所称取的两歧双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌,37℃,发酵3天;
S3、按495毫升每瓶的规格进行灌装,包装,即得。
