本发明涉及鞋类材料技术领域,具体的说,涉及了一种高性能的塑料鞋底及其制备方法。
背景技术
鞋子有着悠久的发展史。大约在5000多年前的仰韶文化时期,就出现了兽皮缝制的最原始的鞋。鞋子是人们保护脚不受伤的一种工具。最早人们为了克服特殊情况,不让脚难受或者受伤,就发明了毛皮鞋子。鞋子发展到现在,就形成了现在这个样子。各种样式功能的鞋子随处可见。
鞋底的构造相当复杂,就广义而言,可包括外底、中底与鞋跟等所有构成底部的材料。依狭义来说,则仅指外底而言,一般鞋底材料共通的特性应具备耐磨、耐水,耐油、耐热、耐压、耐冲击、弹性好、容易适合脚型、定型后不易变型、保温、易吸收湿气等,同时更要配合中底,在走路换脚时有刹车作用不致于滑倒及易于停步等各项条件。鞋底用料的种类很多,可分为天然类底料和合成类底料两种。天然类底料包括天然底革、竹、木材等,合成类底料包括橡胶、塑料、橡塑合用材料、再生革、弹性硬纸板等。
塑料鞋底被广大消费者所喜爱,其主要特点是便宜、舒适、耐穿,经济而又实惠。但在消费者使用过程中,消费者在穿着时与油类接触,其发生溶胀、开胶、断底等现象,造成穿着使用寿命显著降低,性价比不高的特点尤其明显。在地面湿滑条件下穿着时更容易导致打滑摔跤,安全性不高。
在公开号CN106519514A的专利文件中,公开了一种复合鞋底材料,由以下质量分数配方成分组:PVC40-60份、热熔胶6-10份、热塑性聚氨酯6-8份、极性橡胶13-15 份、发泡剂2-4份、氧化锌1-3份、无机阻燃剂3-5份、改性白炭黑2-4份、钙锌复合稳定剂5-7份,该发明具有良好的阻燃性能,穿着轻便舒适;此外,本发明还具有配方简单,生产成本低的特点;但该发明所制造的鞋底性能仍不足,磨损较严重。

本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种高性能的塑料鞋底及其制备方法,使用寿命久,耐磨,不易发生溶胀、断裂的现象。
本发明提供的一种高性能的塑料鞋底,包括以下重量份的原料:
PVC 60-80份、碳酸钙12-15份、环氧大豆油1-2份、柠檬酸酯0.5-1份、三碱式硫酸铅1-3份、二盐基性亚磷酸铅1-2份、硬脂酸钡1.2-1.5份、石蜡0.3-0.5份、发泡剂 2-4份、珠光浆1.2-1.5份、氯丁橡胶13-15份、滑石粉1-2份、紫外线吸收剂0.4-0.8份、阻燃剂3-4份、相容剂5-10份。
作为优选,还包括适量的色料,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。

作为优选,阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三(2- 乙基己基)酯、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯、磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯、磷酸三(2,3- 二溴丙基)酯的一种或多种的组合。
本发明还提供了一种高性能的塑料鞋底的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按上述重量份分别称取各种原料;
(2)、将步骤(1)中的原料加入到高速混合机中混合,控制温度为90-110℃,混合完成后冷却并出料;
(3)、用挤出机造粒,然后用注塑机注塑成型,注塑机温度自加料段至机头部位温度为130-145℃,180-185℃,160-170℃。
其中,
步骤(3)中挤出机自加料段温度为120℃,150℃,160℃,145℃。
步骤(2)中混合完成后冷却到40-45℃出料。
本发明一种高性能的塑料鞋底及其制备方法,使用寿命久,耐磨,不易发生溶胀、断裂的现象,具体的有益效果如下:
(1)、环氧大豆油和柠檬酸酯能作为增塑剂,十分环保,能增加塑料鞋底的柔韧性;
(2)、三碱式硫酸铅和二盐基性亚磷酸铅可作为稳定剂,可以减慢反应,保持化学平衡,降低表面张力,防止光、热分解或氧化分解等作用,提高塑料鞋底的耐磨性;
(3)、硬脂酸钡和石蜡可作为润滑剂,可以增加塑料的流动性和脱模性;
(4)、珠光浆能使塑料鞋底表面呈现珍珠彩虹光泽,增加制品美观;其它助剂的添加均能提高塑料鞋底的性能;
(5)、制造方法简单,成本低,时间短,制造过程稳定有效。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对发明作进一步详细的描述。
实施例1
本实施例的一种高性能的塑料鞋底,包括以下重量份的原料:
PVC 60份、碳酸钙12份、环氧大豆油1份、柠檬酸酯0.5份、三碱式硫酸铅1份、二盐基性亚磷酸铅1份、硬脂酸钡1.2份、石蜡0.3份、发泡剂2份、珠光浆1.2份、氯丁橡胶13份、滑石粉1份、紫外线吸收剂0.4份、阻燃剂3份、相容剂5份。
本实施例中,还包括适量的色料,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
本实施例中,珠光浆为P35型合成烛光浆,是碱式碳酸铅颗粒,用硝化棉-醋酸丁酯和DBP作分散剂制成的浆状体。
本实施例中,紫外线吸收剂的成份为2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮。
本实施例中,相容剂为硅烷偶联剂、钦酸醋偶联剂、TPU和聚乙烯的混合物。
本实施例中,阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯、磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯、磷酸三(2,3- 二溴丙基)酯的一种或多种的组合。
本实施例的一种高性能的塑料鞋底的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按上述重量份分别称取各种原料;
(2)、将步骤(1)中的原料加入到高速混合机中混合,控制温度为90-110℃,混合完成后冷却并出料;
(3)、用挤出机造粒,然后用注塑机注塑成型,注塑机温度自加料段至机头部位温度为130℃,180℃,160℃。
其中,
步骤(3)中挤出机自加料段温度为120℃,150℃,160℃,145℃。
步骤(2)中混合完成后冷却到40℃出料。
实施例2
本实施例的一种高性能的塑料鞋底,包括以下重量份的原料:
PVC 70份、碳酸钙14份、环氧大豆油1.5份、柠檬酸酯0.8份、三碱式硫酸铅2 份、二盐基性亚磷酸铅1.5份、硬脂酸钡1.3份、石蜡0.4份、发泡剂3份、珠光浆1.4 份、氯丁橡胶14份、滑石粉1.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.6份、阻燃剂3.5份、相容剂8份。
本实施例中,还包括适量的色料,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
本实施例中,珠光浆为P35型合成烛光浆,是碱式碳酸铅颗粒,用硝化棉-醋酸丁酯和DBP作分散剂制成的浆状体。
本实施例中,紫外线吸收剂的成份为2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮。

实施例3
本实施例的一种高性能的塑料鞋底,包括以下重量份的原料:
PVC 80份、碳酸钙15份、环氧大豆油2份、柠檬酸酯1份、三碱式硫酸铅3份、二盐基性亚磷酸铅2份、硬脂酸钡1.5份、石蜡0.5份、发泡剂4份、珠光浆1.5份、氯丁橡胶15份、滑石粉2份、紫外线吸收剂0.8份、阻燃剂4份、相容剂10份。
本实施例中,还包括适量的色料,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。

其中,
步骤(3)中挤出机自加料段温度为120℃,150℃,160℃,145℃。
步骤(2)中混合完成后冷却到45℃出料。
根据QB 1124-1991对塑料鞋底的检测标准,实施例1-3的检测结果如下:

从上表可以看出,实施例1-3的检测结果均优于QB 1124-1991的检测标准,具有较佳的物理机械性能。

Claims (9)
1.一种高性能的塑料鞋底,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
PVC 60-80份、碳酸钙12-15份、环氧大豆油1-2份、柠檬酸酯0.5-1份、三碱式硫酸铅1-3份、二盐基性亚磷酸铅1-2份、硬脂酸钡1.2-1.5份、石蜡0.3-0.5份、发泡剂2-4份、珠光浆1.2-1.5份、氯丁橡胶13-15份、滑石粉1-2份、紫外线吸收剂0.4-0.8份、阻燃剂3-4份、相容剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能的塑料鞋底,其特征在于:还包括适量的色料,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能的塑料鞋底,其特征在于:珠光浆为P35型合成烛光浆,是碱式碳酸铅颗粒,用硝化棉-醋酸丁酯和DBP作分散剂制成的浆状体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能的塑料鞋底,其特征在于:紫外线吸收剂的成份为2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高性能的塑料鞋底,其特征在于:相容剂为硅烷偶联剂、钦酸醋偶联剂、TPU和聚乙烯的混合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的高性能的塑料鞋底,其特征在于:阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯、磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯、磷酸三(2, 3-二溴丙基)酯的一种或多种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种高性能的塑料鞋底的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)、按上述重量份分别称取各种原料;
(2)、将步骤(1)中的原料加入到高速混合机中混合,控制温度为90-110℃,混合完成后冷却并出料;
(3)、用挤出机造粒,然后用注塑机注塑成型,注塑机温度自加料段至机头部位温度为130-145℃,180-185℃,160-170℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高性能的塑料鞋底的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中挤出机自加料段温度为120℃,150℃,160℃,145℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的高性能的塑料鞋底的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中混合完成后冷却到40-45℃出料。
