技术领域
本发明属于日用品领域,特别涉及一种柔软耐折的运动鞋底材料。
背景技术
鞋底材料的种类很多,一般分为天然类鞋底材料和合成类鞋底材料两种。天然类鞋底材料包括天然底革、竹、木材等,合成类鞋底材料包括橡胶、PU材料、PVC合成树脂等。鞋底材料共通的特性具备耐磨、耐水、弹性好、容易适合脚型、定型后不易变形等等条件。目前合成类鞋底材料是应用最广泛的一类鞋材。
运动鞋也大大提高人们的锻炼质量,合适的运动鞋不仅需要柔软,而且需要耐折。
发明内容
技术问题:为了解决现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种柔软耐折的运动鞋底材料。
技术方案:本发明提供的一种柔软耐折的运动鞋底材料,包括质量比(2-4):1的组份A和组份B;其中,所述组份A由以下重量比的组份制成:PVC树脂 40-60份、环氧化天然橡胶 40-60份、氯丁橡胶 30-40份、PVC 30-40份、成核剂4-6份、发泡剂4-6份、交联剂11-15份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、环氧大豆油13-18份、ACR 1-3份、PP弹性体 1-3份;所述组份B由以下重量份的组份制成:增塑剂3-5份、金属盐类稳定剂1-3份、二氧化硅10-20份、偶联剂13-17份、聚乙烯醇22-29份、热稳定剂4-7份、润滑剂1-3份、氧化锌1-4份、硬脂酸1-3份、耐磨剂1-2份、纳米碳酸钙6-9份。
作为改进,所述柔软耐折的运动鞋底材料包括质量比3:1的组份A和组份B;其中,所述组份A由以下重量比的组份制成:PVC树脂 40-60份、环氧化天然橡胶 50份、氯丁橡胶36份、PVC 35份、成核剂5份、发泡剂5份、交联剂13份、硬脂酸锌2份、环氧大豆油17份、ACR 2份、PP弹性体 2份;所述组份B由以下重量份的组份制成:增塑剂4份、金属盐类稳定剂2份、二氧化硅17份、偶联剂14份、聚乙烯醇26份、热稳定剂5份、润滑剂2份、氧化锌3份、硬脂酸2份、耐磨剂1份、纳米碳酸钙7份。
本发明还提供了一种柔软耐折的运动鞋底材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将组份A的各组分按比例称量、混匀;将组份B的各组分按比例称量、混匀;
(2)将组分A中各组分加入高压釜中,在60-70℃下,反应2-3h,冷却至室温,得到预聚体;
(3)将预聚体和2/3的组分B混合均匀;加入鞋底浇注机料罐中,升温至60-70℃,恒温5-10min;降温至55-60℃,继续加入剩余的1/3的组份B,恒温10-20min;
(4)将步骤(3)产品在鞋底模具上涂脱模剂、吹干、浇注,保温10-12min,脱模,即得。
有益效果:本发明提供的鞋底材料制备工艺简单、成本低廉、透气性好、弹性佳、重量轻、柔软性好,可适用于运动鞋鞋底。

下面对本发明柔软耐折的运动鞋底材料作出进一步说明。
柔软耐折的运动鞋底材料,包括质量比3:1的组份A和组份B;其中,所述组份A由以下重量比的组份制成:PVC树脂 40-60份、环氧化天然橡胶 50份、氯丁橡胶36份、PVC 35份、成核剂5份、发泡剂5份、交联剂13份、硬脂酸锌2份、环氧大豆油17份、ACR 2份、PP弹性体 2份;所述组份B由以下重量份的组份制成:增塑剂4份、金属盐类稳定剂2份、二氧化硅17份、偶联剂14份、聚乙烯醇26份、热稳定剂5份、润滑剂2份、氧化锌3份、硬脂酸2份、耐磨剂1份、纳米碳酸钙7份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将组份A的各组分按比例称量、混匀;将组份B的各组分按比例称量、混匀;
(2)将组分A中各组分加入高压釜中,在60-70℃下,反应2-3h,冷却至室温,得到预聚体;
(3)将预聚体和2/3的组分B混合均匀;加入鞋底浇注机料罐中,升温至60-70℃,恒温5-10min;降温至55-60℃,继续加入剩余的1/3的组份B,恒温10-20min;
(4)将步骤(3)产品在鞋底模具上涂脱模剂、吹干、浇注,保温10-12min,脱模,即得。

1.一种柔软耐折的运动鞋底材料,其特征在于:包括质量比(2-4):1的组份A和组份B;其中,所述组份A由以下重量比的组份制成:PVC树脂 40-60份、环氧化天然橡胶 40-60份、氯丁橡胶 30-40份、PVC 30-40份、成核剂4-6份、发泡剂4-6份、交联剂11-15份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、环氧大豆油13-18份、ACR 1-3份、PP弹性体 1-3份;所述组份B由以下重量份的组份制成:增塑剂3-5份、金属盐类稳定剂1-3份、二氧化硅10-20份、偶联剂13-17份、聚乙烯醇22-29份、热稳定剂4-7份、润滑剂1-3份、氧化锌1-4份、硬脂酸1-3份、耐磨剂1-2份、纳米碳酸钙6-9份。
