Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于生产织物胶带,尤其是生产线缆缠绕胶带的方法。由胶带母卷通过在母卷的牵引方向上从母卷上切割,由具有单面涂覆的胶层(12)的纺织材料制备分别具有两个边缘侧的切割边(12a)的多个条带形的胶带(11)。所述切割借助于超声波来实施,其中使用超声波激励的切割工具(1)和其中在冷却下、尤其是在使用被冷却的切割工具(1)下实施超声波切割。此外,本发明涉及一种尤其是按照本发明的方法来制造的胶带(11),包括条带形的纺织衬底材料(13)和单面涂覆的胶层(12)和两个边缘侧的切割边(12a)。切割边(12a)通过超声波切割产生,其中,纺织衬底材料(13)在其切割边(12a)处被熔化在一起,并且在切割边(12a)处不存在胶层(12)以及切割边(12a)是无绒毛和无纱线头的。

Description

用于生产织物胶带的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产(Konfektionieren)织物胶带的方法,其中,由具有至少单面涂覆的胶层的胶带母卷通过在母卷的牵引方向(Abzugsrichtung)上切割由该母卷产生分别具有两个边缘侧的切割边的多个条带形的胶带。
此外,本发明涉及一种胶带,包括条带形的纺织衬底和单面的胶层和两个边缘侧的切割边。
背景技术
对于这种类型的方法而言已知以下的生产方法。
1、从母卷中分割卷,即所谓的分割生产,
2、采用刀片切割的卷切割,其中,使用固定的刀,
3、采用挤压刀(圆刀)和为此存在的配对轴的卷切割,
4、采用精细和粗糙的锯齿形切割的卷切割,
5、采用具有不同的穿孔的圆刀的卷切割,和
6、采用所谓的剪切割的卷切割。
所有上述生产方法具有的缺点是,在具有纱线加固的织物或无纺布的情况下,在相应的带边缘上会形成散边、纱线头和绒毛。通常这会导致客户投诉,因为用这种胶带卷绕的电缆组在外观上不美观,并且在生产电缆组时干扰加工过程。
发明内容
本发明基于的任务是,避免上述缺点并且提供一种方法,借助此方法可以制造具有光滑切割边而没有散边、纱线头和绒毛的胶带。
此外,本发明基于的任务是,提供一种胶带,其具有光滑的切割边,从而在边缘上不会有纱线头和绒毛。
按照本发明由此实现,从这种类型的方法出发,借助于超声波实施切割,其中,使用超声波激励的切割工具,并且在冷却切割区下和/或在使用被冷却的切割工具下实施超声波切割。
按照本发明的冷却,尤其是使设有胶层的带材料的切割边冷却。
纺织材料的超声波切割本身是已知的。在此,纺织织物借助于超声波振动被精确地分割。由于通过切割工具的振动减小所要求的力的原因,超声波切割比用常规的刀具更轻。在此情况下,不会出现由于对衬底材料的压缩或挤压而发生变形。通过超声波切割,纺织材料在其边缘处被封闭,由此,在切割边上不会形成散边和绒毛。
本发明基于的认识在于,通过冷却切割区和/或切割工具防止胶层熔化及形成胶膜,由此阻扰超声波切割并且弄脏使用的刀具。这种液态的分离膜会妨碍材料的清洁分离。
按照本发明,为了实施按照本发明的方法,此外有利的是,为了超声波切割,使用超声波焊头(Sonotrode)和与该超声波焊头相对置的切割轮作为切割工具,其中,胶带在它们之间延伸,并且超声波焊头和/或切割轮在切割过程期间被冷却,从而防止因胶层熔化形成液态的分离膜。尤其用于超声波焊头和/或切割轮的冷却温度,例如为10℃。与其偏差±20%也是可以的。
在按照本发明的方法中,材料边被焊接在一起,并且同时防止胶层的胶粘剂扩散到切割边上,这是因为按照本发明的冷却尤其是在边区域中避免胶层的熔化。
此外按照本发明有利的是,在90°至145°的切割角下实施超声波切割。这个按照本发明的切割角范围有利于防止分离膜的形成并且有利于在衬底材料的边上清洁焊接。
在生产胶带、尤其是用于缠绕电缆组的胶带,也就是说所谓的线缆缠绕胶带时,超声波切割具有以下优点:
·快速和可变化的切割,
·具有封闭的切割边的清洁的材料分离,其中,切割和边的封闭在一个工序中完成,
·高的切割速度,例如25米/分钟,
·减少用于清洁的停机时间,
·无绒毛的、牢固的、封闭的边,
·环保的工艺,
·少的能量需求并且因此快的周期时间,
·在使用旋转超声波焊头的情况下连续的切割工艺。
原则上,按照本发明的方法可以应用于所有普遍的纺织衬底材料。但是按照本发明,该方法尤其被用于切割PA-织物,PET-织物,PET-缝制无纺布或PET-针刺无纺布。此外按照本发明,为了制造和生产胶带,作为胶层,尤其使用丙烯酸酯胶粘剂,尤其是聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂或合成橡胶胶粘剂。
此外本发明涉及一种胶带,尤其是线缆缠绕胶带,其尤其按照本发明的方法来制造,其中,这种胶带,尤其是工程胶带,包括条带形的纺织衬底和单面的胶层以及两个边缘侧的切割边。在此情况下,按照本发明通过超声波切割产生切割边,其中,纺织衬底材料在切割边上被熔化在一起,并且在切割边上没有胶层以及是无绒毛的和无纱线头的。
本发明的其它的有利的实施方案包含在从属权利要求中。

具体实施方式
针对接下来的描述提出要求,即本发明不局限于实施例,并且在此情况下不局限于描述的特征组合的全部或多个特征。相反,实施例的每个单独的特征也与其它的与此相关地描述的单独的特征相独立,且单独地以及与实施例的一个或多个特征组合都是本发明的主题。
在按照本发明的用于生产织物胶带11,参见图3,尤其是线缆缠绕胶带的方法中,由具有单面涂覆的胶层12的胶带母卷通过在母卷的牵引方向Z上切割由母卷产生分别具有两个边缘侧的切割边12a的多个条带形的胶带,其中,该切割借助于超声波实施。在此使用超声波激励的切割工具,并且在同时冷却切割区和/或切割工具下实施超声波切割。在此情况下,用于牵拉母卷的进给速度为25米/分钟。
在图1中示出了按照本发明使用的超声波切割工具的实施例。在这个实施例中,切割工具1包括超声波焊头2和与其相对置地布置的切割装置3,其中,所述切割装置3具有切割轮4。在此情况下,超声波焊头2使声波通过待切割的基底,在本例情况中是胶带母卷的设有胶层12的纺织衬底材料13,传递到对置的切割轮4上。在此,切割轮4具有分离材料和分别熔化或封闭切割边12a的功能,其中,被涂层的带在切割轮4和超声波焊头2之间延伸,如在图1中示出的那样。切割轮4在其几何形状上与希望的切割结果相应地相匹配。此外,切割工具1的超声波系统具有超声波发生器,在此未示出,所述超声波发生器经由相应的线路与超声波转换器6连接,超声波焊头2在末端侧被连接到所述超声波转换器上。通过超声波转换器6,以电子方式产生的发生器的振动被转换为机械的振动。这种机械的振动经由转换件7和为此应用目的所制造的切割超声波焊头2被输送到待切割的被涂层的材料上。在几分之一秒内,超声波振动引起通过待切割的被涂层的材料的切割。按照本发明使用的超声波焊头2的常用频率范围位于20000Hz至90000Hz(包含90000Hz)之间。在此情况下,例如,在振动频率为30KHz的情况下可以产生15μ至30μ振幅大小的振动。按照本发明,可以切割0.05mm至180mm厚度的材料。各自的切割宽度取决于超声波焊头2的结构形式。最小宽度为5mm,而至于最大切割宽度,它可以可改变地限定。
按照本发明,在此有利的是,使用的切割轮4的切割角α为90°至145°,参见图2。以切割轮4的切割刃4a相交的轮侧面4b之间围成的角度被视为切割角α,参见图2。在此,该切割角α通过相应地磨削切割轮4产生。作为纺织衬底材料,考虑到常用的化学纤维,其中,衬底材料例如可以构成为织物、无纺布、缝制无纺布或针刺无纺布。有利地,使用的衬底材料具有在30g/m2和300g/m2之间的单位面积重量。作为用于胶层12的胶粘材料,尤其是使用合成橡胶或丙烯酸酯、尤其是聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂。在此,胶粘剂涂层重量有利地在40g/m2和200g/m2之间。它们的熔点达到70℃至250℃。合成橡胶胶粘剂的熔点为80℃至160℃。作为纺织纱线和/或纤维材料,例如使用的聚酰胺或聚酰胺6.6具有熔点>200℃或>250℃或例如使用的聚酯具有熔点>210℃。相应的合成材料在给出的熔点之上变成液态。
此外如从图1中可以看到的那样,按照本发明有利的是,超声波焊头2借助于冷却装置,尤其是通过空气冷却在内部被冷却,为此例如在转换器6上设置用于输入冷却空气的相应的连接单元8。此外按照本发明同样有利的是,附加地或备选地,切割装置3,也就是切割轮4,也借助于冷却单元10被冷却,其中,尤其是将冷却空气通过出口喷嘴14输送到切割区中通过空气冷却。通过冷却超声波焊头2和/或切割轮4防止衬底材料的胶层12在切割区中液化和产生分离膜。由此,按照本发明防止胶层12还可在切割边区域中延展,从而按照本发明,所述切割边区域,也就是胶带的纵向边12a,是没有胶层12的胶粘剂材料的。此外以这种方式,尤其也与按照本发明的切割角范围相关联地,使衬底材料在纵向边区域中,也就是说在切割边12a处,实现可靠地封闭,也就是说熔合在一起。由此形成无绒毛和无纱线头的切割边,该切割边同样是无胶粘剂的。
在以下的方法示例1至4中含有示例性的实施例。

对应于衬底织物的一定的单位面积重量得出,按照本发明,有利的是,最小的切割角为90°和最大的切割角为145°,并且是在冷却超声波焊头2和冷却切割轮4的情况下。因此,根据本发明,在方法示例1至4中的实施例具有大于/等于90°的切割角。
在方法示例5至7中示出,或者在停止冷却超声波焊头2和切割轮4的情况下,或者在交替地冷却超声波焊头2或切割轮4的情况下,以及在不同的切割角的情况下,存在切割边的差的焊接,并且此外没有防止形成纱线头和绒毛。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于生产织物胶带(11)、尤其是生产线缆缠绕胶带的方法,其中,从由具有单面涂覆的胶层(12)的纺织材料制成的胶带母卷上通过在母卷的牵引方向上切割由该母卷产生分别具有两个边缘侧的切割边(12a)的多个条带形的胶带(11),
其特征在于,所述切割借助于超声波来实施,其中,使用超声波激励的切割工具(1),并且其中同时在切割区中冷却下和/或在冷却切割工具(1)下实施超声波切割从而防止胶层(12)的熔化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,
其特征在于,使用包括超声波焊头(2)和与其相对置的切割轮(4)的切割工具(1),其中,所述胶带(11)在它们之间延伸,并且在切割过程期间,冷却超声波焊头(2)和/或切割轮(4),以防止通过胶层的熔化形成液态的分离膜。
