本发明公开了一种抗起球羊绒衫的生产方法,其步骤如下:(1)选取优质纯羊绒纤维,其羊绒细度为14~16um,羊绒平均长度在40mm以上;(2)对选取后的纯羊绒进行染色,并在染色过程中添加抗起球助剂,在130度的高温以及2.5帕的气压下使抗起球助剂附着在纯羊绒表面;(3)对纯羊绒进行和毛,在添加和毛油的同时添加抗起球助剂;(4)将纯羊绒纺成纯羊绒纱线,在加捻时,纯羊绒纱线单纱捻度:500~600捻/m,捻向为Z捻;在倍捻时,纯羊绒纱线合股捻度:350~380捻/m,捻向为S捻;其合股与单纱捻度比为0.58。采用上述结构后,本发明能解决羊绒衫起球的问题,使抗起球等级达到4级以上。

一种抗起球羊纟戎衫的生产方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明公开了一种抗起球羊绒衫的生产方法,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 织物在加工、穿着和洗涤的过程中,不断经受摩擦、揉搓和弯曲等作用,当织物内 部纤维间的摩擦力小于纤维受到的外界阻力时,其表面的纤维端露出于织物,在织物表面 呈现许多令人讨厌的绒毛,这种绒毛就称为“起毛”;若这些绒毛在继续穿着和洗涤中不能 及时脱落,就互相纠缠在一起,被揉成许多球形小粒,即为“起球”。羊绒衫,是以山羊绒为原 料针织而成的服装,根据纱线类别分为粗纺针织和精纺针织两种,根据原料比例可以分为 纯羊绒及羊绒混纺两种。羊绒衫手感细软、柔滑,有光泽,保暖性好,穿着舒适,但强度较差。 由于羊绒纤维表面具有鳞片并且纤维短细,纤维间抱合力差,在穿着和洗涤中存在严重的 起球现象,影响羊绒衫的外观质量和使用寿命。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于提供一种抗起球羊绒衫的生产方法,其能解决羊绒衫起球的问 题,使抗起球等级达到4级以上。
[0004] 为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种抗起球羊绒衫的生产方法,其步骤 如下:
[0005] (1)选取优质纯羊绒纤维,其羊绒细度为14〜16um,羊绒平均长度在40mm以上,羊 绒纤维较长,纤维间抱合力高,可以提高抗起球等级。
[0006] (2)对选取后的纯羊绒进行染色,并在染色过程中添加抗起球助剂,在130度的高 温以及2.5帕的气压下使抗起球助剂附着在纯羊绒表面,可以进一步提高抗起球等级;
[0007] (3)对纯羊绒进行和毛,在添加和毛油的同时添加抗起球助剂,添加抗起球助剂后 可以进一步提闻抗起球等级;
[0008] ⑷将纯羊绒纺成纯羊绒纱线,在加捻时,纯羊绒纱线单纱捻度:500〜600捻/m,捻 向为Z捻;在倍捻时,纯羊绒纱线合股捻度:350〜380捻/m,捻向为S捻;其合股与单纱捻度比 为0.58。采用上述步骤,织出的羊绒衫紧致,垂感好,牢度好,不易起球。
[0009] ⑸通过羊绒纱线编织成衣时,通过横织机织出高密度的织物,再通过套口机将织 物缝合成羊绒衫;
[0010] (6)对羊绒衫进行浸泡、缩绒时添加抗起球助剂,可以提高抗起球等级,再进行脱 水、烘千、蒸烫定型。
[0011] 所述抗起球助剂为纳米氧化锌整理剂。
[0012] 采用上述方法后,本发明能解决羊绒衫起球的问题,使抗起球等级至少达到4级以 上。

[0023] (3)对纯羊绒进行和毛,在添加和毛油的同时纳米氧化锌整理剂,添加纳米氧化梓 整理剂后可以进一步提高抗起球等级; /
[0024] ⑷将纯羊绒纺成纯羊绒纱线,在加捻时,纯羊绒纱线单纱捻度:55(^/m,捻向为2 捻;在倍捻时,纯羊绒纱线合股捻度:365捻/m,捻向为S捻;其合股与单纱捻度比为〇. 58。采 用上述步骤,织出的羊绒衫紧致,垂感好,牢度好,不易起球。 。

[0029] (2)对选取后的纯羊绒进行染色,并在染色过程中添加纳米氧化锌整理剂,在13〇 度的高温以及2 •5帕的气压下使纳米氧化锌整理剂附着在纯羊绒表面,可以进一步提高抗 起球等级;
[0030] (3)对纯羊绒进行和毛,在添加和毛油的同时纳米氧化锌整理剂,添加纳米氧化锌 整理剂后可以进一步提高抗起球等级;
[0031] (4)将纯羊绒纺成纯羊绒纱线,在加捻时,纯羊绒纱线单纱捻度:600捻/m,捻向为z 埝;在倍捻时,纯羊绒纱线合股捻度:38〇捻/m,捻向为S捻;其合股与单纱捻度比为0.58。采 用上述步骤,织出的羊绒衫紧致,垂感好,牢度好,不易起球。

1. 一种抗起球羊绒衫的生产方法,其特征在于其步骤如下: ⑴选取优质纯羊绒纤维,其羊绒细度为14〜16um,羊绒平均长度在40mm以上; (2)对选取后的纯羊绒进行染色,并在染色过程中添加抗起球助剂,在130度的高温以 及2.5帕的气压下使抗起球助剂附着在纯羊绒表面; ⑶对纯羊绒进行和毛,在添加和毛油的同时添加抗起球助剂; ⑷将纯羊绒纺成纯羊绒纱线,在加捻时,纯羊绒纱线单纱捻度:500〜600捻/m,捻向为 Z捻;在倍捻时,纯羊绒纱线合股捻度:350〜380捻/m,捻向为S捻;其合股与单纱捻度比为 0.58。 (5)通过羊绒纱线编织成衣时,通过横织机织出高密度的织物,再通过套口机将织物缝 合成羊绒衫; ⑹对羊绒衫进行浸泡、缩绒时添加抗起球助剂,再进行脱水、烘干、蒸烫定型。
