本发明涉及一种乳化剂,特别是一种纺织用乳化剂,以质量份计包括:辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚20‑30份,硫酸化蓖麻油10‑20份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂8‑12份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚15‑23份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂5‑14份,助溶剂5‑9份,溶剂120‑160份。本发明的乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂,非离子型乳化剂为一类新型的乳化剂,其特点是在水中不电离。它既可在酸性条件下使用,也可在碱性条件下使用,而且乳化效果很好,广泛用于纺织品的生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳化剂,特别是一种纺织用乳化剂。
背景技术
乳化剂是乳浊液的稳定剂,是一类表面活性剂。乳化剂的作用是:当它分散在分散质的表面时,形成薄膜或双电层,可使分散相带有电荷,这样就能阻止分散相的小液滴互相凝结,使形成的乳浊液比较稳定。例如,在农药的原药(固态)或原油(液态)中加入一定量的乳化剂,再把它们溶解在有机溶剂里,混合均匀后可制成透明液体,叫乳油。常用的乳化剂有肥皂、阿拉伯胶、烷基苯磺酸钠等。
20世纪60年代以来,人们开始重视表面活性剂使用的安全性,加强了对无毒、生物降解性好的非离子乳化剂的研究。在食品、化妆品、医药等行业限制某些乳化剂的使用,开发出山梨酸醇脂肪酸酯类、磷脂类、糖脂类乳化剂等新型乳化剂。
20世纪80年代以来,人们对乳化剂提出多功能、高纯度、低刺激、高效率的更高要求,开发出更多的新型乳化剂。
目前乳浊液的种类已从传统的水包油型和油包水型扩大到多重乳浊液、非水乳浊液、液晶乳浊液、发色乳浊液、凝胶乳浊液、磷脂乳浊液和脂质体乳浊液等多种形式。
乳化剂有助于在洗涤过程中去除衣物上粘着的矿物质油或油脂。如果和适量的碱和洗涤剂混合则可以用来去除汽油。碱和喜油的表面活性剂相结合可以将油和油脂形成的小珠分解成非常细小的颗粒。之后,乳化剂就会将其包围并在其表面形成—层奶状物质。这样在乳化和溶入水之后,油和油脂就会通过稀释作用而被去除了。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种乳化稳定的乳化剂。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明的乳化剂以质量份计包括:辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚20-30份,硫酸化蓖麻油10-20份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂8-12份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚15-23份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂5-14份,助溶剂5-9份,溶剂120-160份。
进一步的,所述溶剂为去离子水。
更进一步的,辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚30份,硫酸化蓖麻油10份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂8份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚23份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂5份,助溶剂9份,去离子水120份。
更进一步的,辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚20份,硫酸化蓖麻油20份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂12份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚15份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂14份,助溶剂5份,去离子水160份。
更进一步的,辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚25份,硫酸化蓖麻油18份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂10份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚21份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂9份,助溶剂7份,去离子水145份。
本发明的乳化剂为一类新型的乳化剂,其特点是在水中不电离。它既可在酸性条件下使用,也可在碱性条件下使用,而且乳化效果很好,广泛用于纺织品的生产。
具体实施方式
辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚是一种用来做乳化剂的表面活性剂,聚醚链上的氧原子可以与水产生氢键缔合,因而可以溶解在水中。它既可在酸性条件下使用,也可在碱性条件下使用,而且乳化效果很好。松香酸聚氧乙烯脂为非离子表面活性剂具有优良的乳化、分散、增溶能力。
实施方式一:
辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚30份,硫酸化蓖麻油10份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂8份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚23份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂5份,助溶剂9份,去离子水120份。
实施方式二:
辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚20份,硫酸化蓖麻油20份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂12份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚15份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂14份,助溶剂5份,去离子水160份。
实施方式三:
辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚25份,硫酸化蓖麻油18份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂10份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚21份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂9份,助溶剂7份,去离子水145份。

1.一种乳化剂,其特征在于以质量份计包括:辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚20-30份,硫酸化蓖麻油10-20份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂8-12份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚15-23份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂5-14份,助溶剂5-9份,溶剂120-160份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的乳化剂,其特征在于:所述溶剂为去离子水。
3.按照权利要求2所述的乳化剂,其特征在于:辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚30份,硫酸化蓖麻油10份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂8份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚23份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂5份,助溶剂9份,去离子水120份。
4.按照权利要求2所述的乳化剂,其特征在于:辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚20份,硫酸化蓖麻油20份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂12份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚15份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂14份,助溶剂5份,去离子水160份。
5.按照权利要求2所述的乳化剂,其特征在于:辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚25份,硫酸化蓖麻油18份,松香酸聚氧乙烯脂10份,双甘油聚丙二醇醚21份,失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂9份,助溶剂7份,去离子水145份。
