Abstract
本发明公开了一种齿条用高性能润滑脂,包括以重量份计的5‑12份己二醇磷酸酯,2‑7份三乙醇胺硼酸酯,2‑8份季戊四醇,5‑15份聚烯烃,15‑25份己二酸双酯,1‑6份脂肪胺10‑15份复合锂稠化剂,5‑8份膨润土,1‑4份氧化石蜡,1‑3份二壬基萘磺酸盐,3‑5.5份纳米氢氧化铝,2‑8份抗氧剂。本发明的润滑脂稠度合适、较高温度下热安定性好,调配灵活度高,适用于各种金属材质的齿条润滑,具有防锈、防腐、使用周期长等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及齿轮、齿条领域,尤其涉及一种齿条用高性能润滑脂。
背景技术
齿条为具有一系列等距离分布齿的平板或直杆,齿条也分直齿齿条和斜齿齿条,分别与直齿圆柱齿轮和斜齿圆柱齿轮配对使用。经齿轮传动与齿条传动相结合,尤其涉及直线传输时,常采用齿条齿轮的传动方式,具有运输平稳、步距较准、兼具载重的优点。为了防止齿条和齿轮的磨损、点蚀、胶合可提高其使用寿命,对于齿条和齿轮的润滑尤为重要。
现有技术中,为了提高齿轮和齿条的配合传动性能,常直接注入以润滑油或涂覆以润滑脂的方式,效果较好,然而显而易见的缺点是必须在润滑油或润滑脂用完前再次注入或涂覆,以持续润滑性能。润滑脂在机械部件中使用时间比润滑油更长,不需要经常加注,因此其防腐防锈性能显得特别重要。针对齿条的特点,对于其开发一种黏度合适、润滑耐久的润滑脂显得极其必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种齿条用高性能润滑脂,有效形成持久润滑且能持久保黏、防锈防腐,以克服现有技术中存在的问题。
为了实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种齿条用高性能润滑脂,包含以下重量份的组分:
己二醇磷酸酯 5-12份
三乙醇胺硼酸酯 2-7份
季戊四醇 2-8份
聚烯烃 5-15份
己二酸双酯 15-25份
脂肪胺 1-6份
复合锂稠化剂 10-15份
膨润土 5-8份
氧化石蜡 1-4份
二壬基萘磺酸盐 1-3份
纳米氢氧化铝 3~5.5份
抗氧剂 2-8份。
作为优选,所述己二酸双酯为己二酸二异丙醇酯、己二酸二异丁醇酯、己二酸二异戊醇酯中的一种或其组合。
作为优选,所述聚烯烃为碳原子数大于等于4的具有至少一个支链碳的烯烃聚合物。
作为优选,所述纳米氢氧化铝的粒径为20~50nm。
作为优选,所述脂肪胺为碳原子数大于等于8个碳的饱和脂肪伯胺。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明配方简约,润滑高效、持久耐用。采用酯类油为主体油成分能够起到很好的较高温度下的热安定性;氧化石蜡、季戊四醇调节润滑脂的溶质浓度同时兼具配合稠化剂的作用;复合锂和膨润土共同稠化达到精细调配的效果;二壬基萘磺酸盐和氧化石蜡具有防锈防腐的功效;纳米氢氧化铝具有显著的纳米效应又充当精细填料便于体系调配。本发明的润滑脂稠度合适、较高温度下热安定性好,调配灵活度高,适用于各种金属材质的齿条润滑,具有防锈、防腐、使用周期长等优点。

实施例1
一种齿条用高性能润滑脂,包含以下重量份的组分:
己二醇磷酸酯 5份
三乙醇胺硼酸酯 2份
季戊四醇 3份
聚烯烃 15份
己二酸双酯 19份
脂肪胺 3.6份
复合锂稠化剂 15份
膨润土 6份
氧化石蜡 2份
二壬基萘磺酸盐 2份
纳米氢氧化铝 3份
抗氧剂 5份;
所述己二酸双酯为己二酸二异戊醇酯,所述聚烯烃为聚异戊烯,所述纳米氢氧化铝的粒径为20~50nm,所述脂肪胺为正辛胺。
实践证明,本发明的润滑脂黏度、稠度调节性极好,跨度大,适用于钢、合金钢、铜及其合金、铝及其合金材质的齿条,防锈、防腐作用效果好,热安定性佳。
