一种具有荧光效果的胶带的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于一种胶带的制备方法,尤其涉及一种具有荧光效果的胶带的制备方法,属于胶带技术领域。
背景技术
早在1928年,美国人理查·德鲁就在明尼苏达圣保罗发明了透明胶带。胶带按其功效分类可以分为:高温胶带、双面胶带、绝缘胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带等,不同的功效的胶带适合不同的行业需求。
胶带的用途广泛,当其运用在防水布料上时,如雨衣、帐篷上已经缝纫的缝口,其主要作用是防止水滴从针口部位渗透,提高雨具的密封性能。人们为了提高雨天出行的安全性,往往会在雨衣上添置一些荧光标志,起到警示的作用。这种作法从人们雨天出行的安全性方面考虑显得非常合理和必要,但是,从雨衣的制备成本和制备工艺方面考虑显得并不经济。如果胶带在起到密封作用的同时又能起到警示的作用,那胶带的实用价值则会得到极大的提升。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种具有荧光效果的胶带的制备方法,该制备方法工序安排合理,成本适中,制得的胶带表层具有荧光效果,可在白天和夜间释放耀眼光线,使得胶带在起到粘合作用的同时又可以起到良好的警示作用,提高了人们雨天出行的安全性,提升了胶带的实用价值。
本发明是一种具有荧光效果的胶带的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备基层,b)表层的选材和制备,c)表层与基层的粘合,d)粘胶层的涂覆,e)胶带后处理。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤b)中,表层原料的主要成分及其百分含量配比为:荧光粉55%-60%、水基粘合剂20%-30%、助剂10%-15%;其中,荧光粉为无机稀土荧光材料,粉料颗粒度约为250-300目;水基粘合剂选用聚乙酸乙烯酯或聚丙烯酸酯乳液;助剂包括活性剂、流平剂以及相关溶剂。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤b)中,表层的制备过程如下:首先,将荧光粉和水基粘合剂添加至反应釜内,均匀搅30-40分钟,温度控制在60℃-70℃;然后,添加助剂,充分搅拌2-3小时,温度控制在70℃-80℃;接着,将原料送入烘干机,烘干温度控制在100℃左右,时间为40-50分钟,制得感光凝胶坯料;最后,采用成膜设备,将感光凝胶坯料压制成厚度约为0.2-0.25mm的荧光薄膜。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤c)中,粘合过程如下:首先,将表层薄膜铺在基层面料上,并使其紧密贴合;然后,采用蒸汽加压的方式使两层物质产生粘合,该蒸汽的喷射方向是从基层向表层,蒸气温度控制在120℃-130℃,喷射压力为3-4MPa,时间为10-12分钟;最后,将粘合后的面料布在室温中冷却,备用。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤d)中,粘胶层选用丙烯酸脂类压敏胶,采用涂覆工艺成型于基层另一侧;涂覆温度控制在60℃-70℃,刮刀的移动速度为2m/s,冷却成型后的粘胶层厚度约为0.15-0.2mm。
本发明揭示了一种具有荧光效果的胶带的制备方法,该制备方法工序安排合理,实施简便,成本适中,胶带表层中添加的荧光材料,使得胶带能够在白天和夜间释放耀眼光线,使胶带在起到粘合作用的同时又可以起到良好的警示作用,提高了人们雨天出行的安全性,提升了胶带的实用价值。

具体实施方式

实施例1
具体制备过程如下:
a)制备基层,基层为涤纶与氨纶的高密度经纬机织布,经、纬纱均为混纺纱线条,其单丝直径均为0.06-0.08mm,机织过程中,经、纬纱线条的股数比为4:5,机织密度为196*228,基层的厚度约为0.3-0.4mm;
b)表层的选材和制备,表层原料的主要成分及其百分含量配比为:荧光粉58%、水基粘合剂30%、助剂12%;其中,荧光粉为无机稀土荧光材料,选用SrAl2O4作为发光基质,稀土元素铕作为激活剂,通过筛选、混料、熔烧、后处理、清洗等工艺制得,其粉料颗粒度约为300目;水基粘合剂选用聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液;助剂包括活性剂、流平剂以及相关溶剂,其中,活性剂选用浓度为15%的碳酸氢铵溶液,流平剂选用聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,溶剂选用丙酮溶液;
表层的制备过程如下:首先,将荧光粉和水基粘合剂添加至反应釜内,均匀搅30分钟,温度控制在70℃;然后,依次加入活性剂、溶剂以及流平剂,充分搅拌2小时,温度控制在80℃;接着,将原料送入烘干机,烘干温度控制在100℃左右,时间为40分钟,制得感光凝胶坯料;最后,采用成膜设备,将感光凝胶坯料压制成厚度约为0.2mm的荧光薄膜;
c)表层与基层的粘合,粘合过程如下:首先,将表层薄膜铺在基层面料上,并使其紧密贴合;然后,采用蒸汽加压的方式使两层物质产生粘合,该蒸汽的喷射方向是从基层向表层,蒸气温度控制在120℃,喷射压力为4MPa,时间为10分钟,该处理方式可使表层与基层的接触面产生融化,继而产生粘合连接的效果;最后,将粘合后的面料布在室温中冷却,备用;
d)粘胶层的涂覆,粘胶层选用丙烯酸脂类压敏胶,采用涂覆工艺成型于基层另一侧;涂覆温度控制在60℃,刮刀的移动速度为2m/s,冷却成型后的粘胶层厚度约为0.15mm;
e)胶带后处理,后处理工序包括分切、检验、收卷、包装等步骤。
实施例2
具体制备过程如下:
a)制备基层,基层为涤纶与氨纶的高密度经纬机织布,经、纬纱均为混纺纱线条,其单丝直径均为0.06-0.08mm,机织过程中,经、纬纱线条的股数比为4:5,机织密度为196*228,基层的厚度约为0.3-0.4mm;
b)表层的选材和制备,表层原料的主要成分及其百分含量配比为:荧光粉55%、水基粘合剂35%、助剂10%;其中,荧光粉为无机稀土荧光材料,选用CaAl2O4作为发光基质,稀土元素钕作为激活剂,通过筛选、混料、熔烧、后处理、清洗等工艺制得,其粉料颗粒度约为250目;水基粘合剂选用聚丙烯酸酯乳液;助剂包括活性剂、流平剂以及相关溶剂,其中,活性剂选用浓度为15%的碳酸氢铵溶液,流平剂选用聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,溶剂选用乙醇溶液;
表层的制备过程如下:首先,将荧光粉和水基粘合剂添加至反应釜内,均匀搅40分钟,温度控制在60℃;然后,依次加入活性剂、溶剂以及流平剂,充分搅拌3小时,温度控制在70℃;接着,将原料送入烘干机,烘干温度控制在100℃左右,时间为50分钟,制得感光凝胶坯料;最后,采用成膜设备,将感光凝胶坯料压制成厚度约为0.25mm的荧光薄膜;
c)表层与基层的粘合,粘合过程如下:首先,将表层薄膜铺在基层面料上,并使其紧密贴合;然后,采用蒸汽加压的方式使两层物质产生粘合,该蒸汽的喷射方向是从基层向表层,蒸气温度控制在130℃,喷射压力为3MPa,时间为12分钟,该处理方式可使表层与基层的接触面产生融化,继而产生粘合连接的效果;最后,将粘合后的面料布在室温中冷却,备用;
d)粘胶层的涂覆,粘胶层选用丙烯酸脂类压敏胶,采用涂覆工艺成型于基层另一侧;涂覆温度控制在70℃,刮刀的移动速度为2m/s,冷却成型后的粘胶层厚度约为0.2mm;
e)胶带后处理,后处理工序包括分切、检验、收卷、包装等步骤。
本发明揭示了一种具有荧光效果的胶带的制备方法,其特点是:该制备方法工序安排合理,实施简便,成本适中,胶带表层中添加的荧光材料,使得胶带能够在白天和夜间释放耀眼光线,使胶带在起到粘合作用的同时又可以起到良好的警示作用,提高了人们雨天出行的安全性,提升了胶带的实用价值。

2.根据权利要求1所述的具有荧光效果的胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤a)中,基层为涤纶与氨纶的高密度经纬机织布,经、纬纱均为混纺纱线条,其单丝直径均为0.06-0.08mm;机织过程中,经、纬纱线条的股数比为4:5,机织密度为196*228,基层的厚度约为0.3-0.4mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有荧光效果的胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤b)中,表层原料的主要成分及其百分含量配比为:荧光粉55%-60%、水基粘合剂20%-30%、助剂10%-15%;其中,荧光粉为无机稀土荧光材料,粉料颗粒度约为250-300目;水基粘合剂选用聚乙酸乙烯酯或聚丙烯酸酯乳液;助剂包括活性剂、流平剂以及相关溶剂。
