本发明公开了一种高附着力环保印刷油墨,包含以重量份计的丙烯酸树脂10‑15份、酚醛树脂9‑16份、脲醛树脂8‑12份、聚氨酯树脂液3‑7份、钕硼磁铁粉0.2‑3份、油酸酯类8‑18份、异丙醇10‑20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6‑10份、6~10碳的脂肪酸酯20‑32份、渗透剂1‑3份、颜料3‑18份。本发明申请配方简约环保,性能上却也不逊色于市面上的高性能颜料,尤其是附着力和持久保色性方面,因此具有很高的推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷油墨领域,尤其涉及一种高附着力环保印刷油墨。
背景技术
油墨是保证印刷质量的非常关键的因素之一。现有的用于印刷的油墨总会有各种的问题:有的油墨含有苯、酮类衍生物,对环境污染较大;有的油墨适应性较差,对于不同的纸张附着力不能保证,或总的附着力不够强;有的油墨综合性能佳,但成分毒性太大,对印刷工人具有慢性的身体危害。
对于以上问题,运用环保性原料和性能之间总存在着某种矛盾,而对于该行业而言,打破这种矛盾显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高附着力环保印刷油墨,有效提高附着力,并且用料环保,易降解,颜料也为环保成分,克服现有技术中存在的问题。
为了实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种高附着力环保印刷油墨,包含以下重量份的组分:
丙烯酸树脂 10-15份
酚醛树脂 9-16份
脲醛树脂 8-12份
聚氨酯树脂液 3-7份
钕硼磁铁粉 0.2-3份
油酸酯类 8-18份
异丙醇 10-20份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 6-10份
6~10碳的脂肪酸酯 20-32份
颜料 3-18份。
作为优选,所述6~10碳的脂肪酸酯为乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和丁醇、戊醇、己醇的酯化反应产物。
进一步,所述丁醇、戊醇、己醇为分子结构含有支链的相应醇。
作为优选,所述油酸酯类为碳原子数10~14的醇酐与油酸的单酯化物。
作为优选,所述颜料为炭黑、钛白粉、鞣酸铁、鞣酸亚铁、钴绿、环烷酸铜、氧化铁红中的一种或者其组合。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明配方环保,印刷综合性能好。醇类、脂肪酸酯、油酸酯类和各类树脂为主体的油墨配方环保,没有苯环、酮类等有毒物质;钕硼磁铁粉对增强吸附力具有特效,大大增强附着和持久保色性能;颜料也均为环保,黑、白、蓝、绿、红的配合已可满足大多数打印颜色的使用要求。本发明申请配方简约环保,性能上却也不逊色于市面上的高性能颜料,尤其是附着力和持久保色性方面,因此具有很高的推广价值。

为了更清楚地说明本申请实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对实施例作简单地介绍。
实施例1
一种高附着力环保印刷油墨,包含以下重量份的组分:
丙烯酸树脂 10份
酚醛树脂 16份
脲醛树脂 12份
聚氨酯树脂液 7份
钕硼磁铁粉 0.2份
油酸酯类 8份
异丙醇 10份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 10份
6~10碳的脂肪酸酯 20份
颜料 3份;
所述6~10碳的脂肪酸酯为乙酸异戊酯;所述油酸酯类为碳原子数12的醇酐与油酸的单酯化物;所述颜料为炭黑、钛白粉、鞣酸铁、鞣酸亚铁、钴绿、环烷酸铜、氧化铁红中的一种或者其组合。
试验:将制备好的油墨放入容器中,用20J/cm2的、波长480~1200nm的光照射120min,然后放入黑暗环境120min。试验结果附着牢度98.6%。
实施例2
一种高附着力环保印刷油墨,包含以下重量份的组分:
丙烯酸树脂 15份
酚醛树脂 11份
脲醛树脂 9份
聚氨酯树脂液 3份
钕硼磁铁粉 3份
油酸酯类 18份
异丙醇 20份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 8份
6~10碳的脂肪酸酯 32份
颜料 18份;
所述6~10碳的脂肪酸酯为丁酸异己酯;所述油酸酯类为碳原子数10的醇酐与油酸的单酯化物;所述颜料为炭黑、钛白粉、鞣酸铁、鞣酸亚铁、钴绿、环烷酸铜、氧化铁红中的一种或者其组合。
试验:将制备好的油墨放入容器中,用20J/cm2的、波长480~1200nm的光照射120min,然后放入黑暗环境120min。试验结果附着牢度97.2%。
实施例3
一种高附着力环保印刷油墨,包含以下重量份的组分:
丙烯酸树脂 12份
酚醛树脂 9份
脲醛树脂 8份
聚氨酯树脂液 5份
钕硼磁铁粉 1.1份
油酸酯类 16份
异丙醇 15份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 6份
6~10碳的脂肪酸酯 29份
颜料 9份;
所述6~10碳的脂肪酸酯为丙酸异丁酯;所述油酸酯类为碳原子数14的醇酐与油酸的单酯化物;所述颜料为炭黑、钛白粉、鞣酸铁、鞣酸亚铁、钴绿、环烷酸铜、氧化铁红中的一种或者其组合。
试验:将制备好的油墨放入容器中,用20J/cm2的、波长480~1200nm的光照射120min,然后放入黑暗环境120min。试验结果附着牢度99.1%。

丙烯酸树脂 10-15份
酚醛树脂 9-16份
脲醛树脂 8-12份
聚氨酯树脂液 3-7份
钕硼磁铁粉 0.2-3份
油酸酯类 8-18份
异丙醇 10-20份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 6-10份
6~10碳的脂肪酸酯 20-32份
渗透剂 1-3份
颜料 3-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高附着力环保印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述6~10碳的脂肪酸酯为乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和丁醇、戊醇、己醇的酯化反应产物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高附着力环保印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述丁醇、戊醇、己醇为分子结构含有支链的相应醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高附着力环保印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述油酸酯类为碳原子数10~14的醇酐与油酸的单酯化物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高附着力环保印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述颜料为炭黑、钛白粉、鞣酸铁、鞣酸亚铁、钴绿、环烷酸铜、氧化铁红中的一种或者其组合。
