Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保水性印刷油墨,包括以重量份计的去离子水20‑30份、多元醇10‑16份、聚乙烯醇8‑12份、水性松香乳液3‑8份、水性醇酸树脂10‑15份、水性丙烯酸树脂10‑15份、水性氨基树脂8‑12份、水性聚酰胺树脂2‑10份、纳米二氧化硅0.1‑2份、亚纳米硅微粉0.1‑2份、消泡剂1‑2份、分散剂2‑4份、颜料3‑18份。本发明申请水性程度高,且由于纳米和亚纳米材料的强化,比较适用于大多数的使用状况,水性油墨印刷快干,着色性好,保存持久,且比一般的水性油墨更为绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷油墨领域,尤其涉及一种环保水性印刷油墨。
背景技术
油墨是保证印刷质量的非常关键的因素之一。现有的用于印刷的油墨总会有各种的问题:有的油墨含有苯、酮类衍生物,对环境污染较大;有的油墨适应性较差,对于不同的纸张附着力不能保证,或总的附着力不够强;有的油墨综合性能佳,但成分毒性太大,对印刷工人具有慢性的身体危害。
对于以上问题,水性油墨本身具有环保的特点,而为了保持性能目前的水性油墨环保属性会有所下降,为了继续强化水性油墨的环保属性,不断地开发新原料配方,弥足重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保水性印刷油墨,有在保持基本性能的基础上,用料全部采用环保原料,易降解,颜料也为环保成分,克服现有技术中存在的问题。
为了实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种环保水性印刷油墨,包含以下重量份的组分:
去离子水 20-30份
多元醇 10-16份
聚乙烯醇 8-12份
水性松香乳液 3-8份
水性醇酸树脂 10-15份
水性丙烯酸树脂 10-15份
水性氨基树脂 8-12份
水性聚酰胺树脂 2-10份
纳米二氧化硅 0.1-2份
亚纳米硅微粉 0.1-2份
消泡剂 1-2份
分散剂 2-4份
颜料 3-18份。
作为优选,所述多元醇为乙二醇和丙三醇的组合物,且其比例为2~3∶1。
作为优选,所述亚纳米硅微粉粒径在区间100~400nm范围内的比例超过95%。
作为优选,所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径在60~200nm。
作为优选,所述聚乙烯醇的分子量在20000-80000。
作为优选,所述颜料为炭黑、钛白粉、鞣酸铁、鞣酸亚铁、钴绿、环烷酸铜、氧化铁红中的一种或者其组合。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明环保、高性能。配方所有组分均为水性,没有苯环、酮类等有毒物质;纳米二氧化硅和亚纳米硅微粉具有特殊的效应,使油墨着色更细腻,不易散开,克服水性油墨的弱点;颜料也均为环保,黑、白、蓝、绿、红的配合已可满足大多数打印颜色的使用要求。本发明申请水性程度高,且由于纳米和亚纳米材料的强化,比较适用于大多数的使用状况,水性油墨印刷快干,着色性好,保存持久,且比一般的水性油墨更为绿色环保。

实施例1
一种环保水性印刷油墨,包含以下重量份的组分:
去离子水 25份
多元醇 10份
聚乙烯醇 8份
水性松香乳液 3份
水性醇酸树脂 12份
水性丙烯酸树脂 11份
水性氨基树脂 10份
水性聚酰胺树脂 2份
纳米二氧化硅 2份
亚纳米硅微粉 0.9份
消泡剂 1.5份
分散剂 2份
颜料 3份;
所述多元醇为乙二醇和丙三醇的组合物,且其比例为2∶1;所述亚纳米硅微粉粒径在区间100~400nm范围内的比例超过95%;所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径在60~200nm;所述聚乙烯醇的分子量在20000-80000;所述颜料为炭黑、钛白粉、鞣酸铁、鞣酸亚铁、钴绿、环烷酸铜、氧化铁红中的一种或者其组合。
试验表明,该水性油墨快干、着色性好,附着牢度高且历久不褪色。
