一种防粘渣喷涂料,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成为:粒度为0~1mm铝矾土颗粒料10%‑13%,粒度为325目~800目铝矾土粉料20%‑24%,粒度为280目~325目硅粉13%‑18%,粒度为600目~1000目硅粉35%‑45%,粒度为180目~260目金属硅粉1.5%‑2.5%,粒度为325目~400目氧化锆0.5%‑3%,粒度为180目~280目碳化硅2%‑5%,硅微粉1.5%‑3%,三聚磷酸钠0.2%‑0.5%,六偏磷酸钠0.3%‑0.5%,外加占上述原料总重35%‑40%的水。该防粘渣喷涂料防粘渣效果好,渣盆、渣罐零挂渣,而且大大提高了渣盆、渣罐的使用寿命。

Description

一种防粘渣喷涂料
技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,具体涉及一种钢铁厂转炉炼钢渣盆、渣罐防粘渣喷涂料。
背景技术
钢铁厂转炉炼钢所使用的渣盆或渣罐很容易粘渣,粘渣后需用航车吊起渣罐或渣盆相互碰撞,由于碰撞,渣罐或渣盆极易发生破裂或变形,一旦渣罐或渣盆破裂或变形,不但需要人工处理,而且很容易发生事故,还会造成航车损坏几率高。修理航车成本高,影响生产,此外,钢厂每年要新购渣盆、渣罐,导致其生产成本增加。现有的防粘渣涂料效果不理想,渣罐、渣盆倒不干净,存在30%-50%粘渣,非常不安全。因此,急需研究一种适用于渣罐、渣盆的防粘渣涂料。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种防粘渣喷涂料。该防粘渣喷涂料防粘渣效果好,渣盆、渣罐零挂渣,而且提高了渣盆、渣罐的使用寿命,还大大提高了炼钢厂渣场的安全运行。
为实现发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种防粘渣喷涂料,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成为:粒度为0~1mm的铝矾土颗粒料10%-13%,粒度为325目~800目的铝矾土粉料20%-24%,粒度为280目~325目的硅粉13%-18%,粒度为600目~1000目的硅粉35%-45%,粒度为180目~260目的金属硅粉1.5%-2.5%,粒度为325目~400目的氧化锆0.5%-3%,粒度为180目~280目的碳化硅2%-5%,硅微粉1.5%-3%,三聚磷酸钠0.2%-0.5%,六偏磷酸钠0.3%-0.5%,外加占上述原料总重35%-40%的水。
根据上述的防粘渣喷涂料,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成优选为:粒度为0~1mm的铝矾土颗粒料12%,粒度为325目~800目的铝矾土粉料22%,粒度为280目~325目的硅粉13%,粒度为600目~1000目的硅粉45%,粒度为180目~260目的金属硅粉1.5%,粒度为325目~400目的氧化锆1.5%,粒度为180目~280目的碳化硅3%,硅微粉1.5%,三聚磷酸钠0.2%,六偏磷酸钠0.3%,外加占上述原料总重35%的水。
根据上述的防粘渣喷涂料,所述铝矾土中Al2O3的含量为75%-85%。
根据上述的防粘渣喷涂料,所述硅微粉中SiO2的含量≥96%。
上述的防粘渣喷涂料的制备方法为:(1)按上述的防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成称取各原料,备用;(2)将除水以外的原料加入搅拌机中混合搅拌均匀得到混合料,然后向混合料中加入占混合料总重35%-40%水,继续搅拌,直至混合料成为均一的糊状,即得到防粘渣喷涂料。
本发明取得的积极有益效果:
(1)本发明以铝矾土、硅粉、金属硅粉、氧化锆、碳化硅、硅微粉、水,同时加三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠制备得到一种适用于炼钢厂渣盆、渣罐的防粘渣喷涂料,该防粘渣喷涂料具有优良的耐高温防粘渣性能,喷涂本发明防粘渣喷涂料后,渣与渣盆、渣罐易分离,能够实现渣盆、渣罐零挂渣,而且在渣系比较好的情况下,喷涂一次1-3mm的防粘渣喷涂料,渣盆可连续使用2-3次都不会粘渣,大大提高了渣盆、渣罐的使用寿命,能够完全满足炼钢厂渣盆、渣罐的使用要求,保证炼钢厂渣场的安全运行。本发明防粘渣喷涂料的产品性能,检测参数指标见表1。
(2)本发明的防粘渣喷涂料中添加的氧化锆和碳化硅,不但在高温条件下有良好的抗渣性能,还能保证渣盆、渣罐的耐用性能。
(3)本发明的防粘渣喷涂料,配方简单,原材料价格低,生产成本低,具有显著的经济效益和安全效益。

实施例1:
一种防粘渣喷涂料,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成为:粒度为0~1mm的铝矾土颗粒料12%,粒度为325目~800目的铝矾土粉料22%,粒度为280目~325目的硅粉13%,粒度为600目~1000目的硅粉45%,粒度为180目~260目的金属硅粉1.5%,粒度为325目~400目的氧化锆1.5%,粒度为180目~280目的碳化硅3%,硅微粉1.5%,三聚磷酸钠0.2%,六偏磷酸钠0.3%,外加占上述原料总重35%的水。
实施例2:
一种防粘渣喷涂料,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成为:粒度为0~1mm的铝矾土颗粒料10%,粒度为325目~800目的铝矾土粉料24%,粒度为280目~325目的硅粉16%,粒度为600目~1000目的硅粉40%,粒度为180目~260目的金属硅粉1.8%,粒度为325目~400目的氧化锆0.5%,粒度为180目~280目的碳化硅5%,硅微粉2%,三聚磷酸钠0.4%,六偏磷酸钠0.3%,外加占上述原料总重40%的水。
实施例3:
一种防粘渣喷涂料,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成为:粒度为0~1mm的铝矾土颗粒料10%,粒度为325目~800目的铝矾土粉料20%,粒度为280目~325目的硅粉15%,粒度为600目~1000目的硅粉45%,粒度为180目~260目的金属硅粉2%,粒度为325目~400目的氧化锆3%,粒度为180目~280目的碳化硅2%,硅微粉2%,三聚磷酸钠0.5%,六偏磷酸钠0.5%,外加占上述原料总重38%的水。
实施例4:
一种防粘渣喷涂料,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成为:粒度为0~1mm的铝矾土颗粒料12%,粒度为325目~800目的铝矾土粉料20%,粒度为280目~325目的硅粉18%,粒度为600目~1000目的硅粉42%,粒度为180目~260目的金属硅粉2.5%,粒度为325目~400目的氧化锆1.5%,粒度为180目~280目的碳化硅2%,硅微粉1.5%,三聚磷酸钠0.2%%,六偏磷酸钠0.3%,外加占上述原料总重40%的水。
实施例5:
一种防粘渣喷涂料,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成为:粒度为0~1mm的铝矾土颗粒料13%,粒度为325目~800目的铝矾土粉料22%,粒度为280目~325目的硅粉18%,粒度为600目~1000目的硅粉38%,粒度为180目~260目的金属硅粉2%,粒度为325目~400目的氧化锆2%,粒度为180目~280目的碳化硅3%,硅微粉1.5%,三聚磷酸钠0.2%,六偏磷酸钠0.3%,外加占上述原料总重35%的水。

一种防粘渣喷涂料,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成为:粒度为0~1mm的铝矾土颗粒料12%,粒度为325目~800目的铝矾土粉料24%,粒度为280目~325目的硅粉13%,粒度为600目~1000目的硅粉40%,粒度为180目~260目的金属硅粉2%,粒度为325目~400目的氧化锆2%,粒度为180目~280目的碳化硅4%,硅微粉2.4%,三聚磷酸钠0.2%,六偏磷酸钠0.4%,外加占上述原料总重40%的水。

1.一种防粘渣喷涂料,其特征在于,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成为:粒度为0~1mm的铝矾土颗粒料10%-13%,粒度为325目~800目的铝矾土粉料20%-24%,粒度为280目~325目的硅粉13%-18%,粒度为600目~1000目的硅粉35%-45%,粒度为180目~260目的金属硅粉1.5%-2.5%,粒度为325目~400目的氧化锆0.5%-3%,粒度为180目~280目的碳化硅2%-5%,硅微粉1.5%-3%,三聚磷酸钠0.2%-0.5%,六偏磷酸钠0.3%-0.5%,外加占上述原料总重35%-40%的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防粘渣喷涂料,其特征在于,以重量百分含量表示,所述防粘渣喷涂料的原料组成为:粒度为0~1mm的铝矾土颗粒料12%,粒度为325目~800目的铝矾土粉料22%,粒度为280目~325目的硅粉13%,粒度为600目~1000目的硅粉45%,粒度为180目~260目的金属硅粉1.5%,粒度为325目~400目的氧化锆1.5%,粒度为180目~280目的碳化硅3%,硅微粉1.5%,三聚磷酸钠0.2%,六偏磷酸钠0.3%,外加占上述原料总重35%的水。
