Abstract
本发明涉及一种微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料,其组分包括:板状刚玉、电熔莫来石、SiC颗粒及细粉、红柱石以及红柱石粉,白刚玉粉,α‑Al2O3微粉,SiO2微粉,纯铝酸钙水泥。本发明的浇注料,与现有窑口浇注料相比,其抗折抗压强度高、抗冲刷性、抗侵蚀性及抗热震稳定性能好、抗剥落性能突出、吸水率低、流动性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐火浇注料领域,特别是一种微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料。
背景技术
目前水泥窑窑口衬体的损毁主要是:开裂、剥落和磨蚀,故要求耐火材料必须具有良好的抗热震性、耐磨性、耐碱性和高强度,需要能承受急冷、急热气流冲击,使用条件十分苛刻。因此窑口浇注料剥落、侵蚀、磨损、开裂损坏是降低水泥窑的运转率,制约着企业节能降耗及经济效益的进一步提高的重要因素。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:现有的水泥窑窑口用浇注料存在的抗剥落、抗开裂及抗热震稳定性等方面的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料,按质量百分比计,其组分组成为:
进一步限定,耐热钢纤维为310耐热钢纤维。
进一步限定,按质量百分比计,其组分组成还包括质量含量为上述组分总组成的0.05%~0.15%的六偏磷酸钠、0.05%~0.3%的三聚磷酸钠和0.08%~0.3%的聚丙烯纤维。
进一步限定,所述的板状刚玉和白刚玉粉中Al2O3含量≥99%,Fe2O3≤0.5%;电熔莫来石中Al2O3含量≥68%;SiC和SiC细粉中SiC含量≥97%;红柱石中Al2O3含量≥57%;红柱石粉中Al2O3含量≥67%;α-Al2O3微粉Al2O3含量≥99%;SiO2微粉中SiO2≥96%;纯铝酸钙水泥中Al2O3含量≥70%;耐热钢纤维中Cr:24%~26%,Ni:20%~22%;聚丙烯纤维的熔点低于160℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
在本发明的微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料的配方中,板状刚玉作为骨料,其为浇注料提供了优良的耐高温、耐磨性能;
电熔莫来石骨料可提高浇注料整体热震稳定性,提高了浇注料的抗剥落性能;
白刚玉粉填充于骨料和其它颗粒之间,有效保证了浇注料的整体致密性,并且提高了抗折抗压强度;
红柱石骨料保证了浇注料的体积稳定性和温度在1200℃以上时浇注料体积微膨胀;
SiC的加入不但可保证浇注料的抗热震稳定性,而且其在高温下形成的保护膜可提高浇注料的抗侵蚀性;
SiO2微粉和α-Al2O3微粉可增强浇注料的流动性和中高温强度;红柱石粉可增强浇注料的高温强度和耐磨性;
纯铝酸钙水泥的加入提高了浇注料的结合性能;耐热钢纤维的加入提高了浇注料的抗剥落性能;配方中板状刚玉骨料的气孔率较低,其通过合适的颗粒级配使得浇注料整体的吸水率较低。
利用本发明技术方案制备的水泥窑窑口用低膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料,与现有窑口浇注料相比,其抗折抗压强度高、抗冲刷性、抗侵蚀性及抗热震稳定性能好、抗剥落性能突出、吸水率低、流动性好。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料,利用红柱石在基体内产生微膨胀,弥补基体高温下的体积收缩,提高强度和致密性,达到耐磨和抗侵蚀的目的,同时很好的利用了板状刚玉、电熔莫来石作为骨料,并添加SiC颗粒及细粉、白刚玉粉,α-Al2O3微粉,SiO2微粉等作为基质,以纯铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,制成一种微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料。
按质量百分比计,其组分组成为:
耐热钢纤维优选310耐热钢纤维。
按质量百分比计,其组分组成还包括质量含量为上述组分总组成的0.05%的六偏磷酸钠、0.05%的三聚磷酸钠和0.10%的聚丙烯纤维。
板状刚玉和白刚玉粉中Al2O3含量≥99%,Fe2O3≤0.5%;电熔莫来石中Al2O3含量≥68%;SiC和SiC细粉中SiC含量≥97%;红柱石中Al2O3含量≥57%;红柱石粉中Al2O3含量≥67%;α-Al2O3微粉Al2O3含量≥99%;SiO2微粉中SiO2≥96%;纯铝酸钙水泥中Al2O3含量≥70%;310耐热钢纤维中Cr:24%~26%,Ni:20%~22%;聚丙烯纤维的熔点低于160℃。
该微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料的生产方法为:将配方中除纯铝酸钙水泥、六偏磷酸钠和三聚磷酸钠外的各组分物料准确称量并均匀混合,装入包装袋;纯铝酸钙水泥、六偏磷酸钠和三聚磷酸钠采用强制式搅拌机均匀搅拌,搅拌时间为5~8min,然后装入包装袋。该微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料使用时只需将浇注料粉料运输至施工现场,然后加入物料总量的4.5%~5.5%的水,再搅拌5~8min,使物料混合均匀即可。本发明中,将浇注料预先制成干粉状,主要是防止物料变质,并且粉状料便于运输、包装和保存,施工方便。
在本行业中,耐火骨料一般指大于0.088mm的颗粒料,耐火粉料一般指0.020mm到0.088mm的粉料,微粉一般指小于0.020mm的粉料。

一种微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料,按质量百分比计,其组分组成为:
按质量百分比计,其组分组成还包括质量含量为上述组分总组成的0.05%的六偏磷酸钠、0.05%的三聚磷酸钠和0.10%的聚丙烯纤维。
该实施例2的微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料中各组分的指标含量以及生产方法、使用方法同实施例1。

一种微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料,按质量百分比计,其组分组成为:
按质量百分比计,其组分组成还包括质量含量为上述组分总组成的0.06%的六偏磷酸钠、0.06%的三聚磷酸钠和0.12%的聚丙烯纤维。
该实施例3的微膨胀抗剥落窑口浇注料中各组分的指标含量以及生产方法、使用方法同实施例1。
