Abstract

本发明公开了一种打码裁切机,包括打码组、打孔组和裁切组,在打孔组和裁切组之间设有一定位器,定位器检测条码位置。打码组将打印有条码的纸张传送至打孔组,定位器检测到上一张纸张的条码,前方打孔组将后方纸张的固定位置上打上孔,后方裁切组将纸张固定位置呈虚线裁切,并由压辊进行传送,由于每个条码之间的位置是固定的,因此可以通过检测其中一张条码的位置,判断其前后条码是否在打孔位和裁切位,方便快捷。

本发明涉及一种打码裁切机。
背景技术
为了方便布料的整理收发,同时将布料的质量直接与相关人员关联,现在用二维码货条码技术,将分类好的面料用不同的二维码或条码标识,这些标识在打印过程中是从统一卷纸上连续打印的,因此需要将带有不同标识的纸分切开来,但由于打码设备和裁切设备之间运动存在偏差,如果不进行调整的话,裁切出来的会将条码切断,导致无法使用。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种打码裁切机,能够使每一张条码纸都能准确裁切。
为实现这一目的,本发明所采用的结构是:一种打码裁切机,包括打码组、打孔组和裁切组,所述裁切组和打孔组之间设有定位器,定位器检测条码位置,所述定位器的两侧均设有一限位条和压辊,压辊连接电机,所述限位条上设有两个活动的限位块,所述打孔组和打码组之间设有一压环,纸张从压环底部穿过传送至打孔组,压环通过转轴连接电机。
其有益效果是:打码组将打印有条码的纸张传送至打孔组,定位器检测到上一张纸张的条码,前方打孔组将后方纸张的固定位置上打上孔,后方裁切组将纸张固定位置呈虚线裁切,并由压辊进行传送,由于每个条码之间的位置是固定的,因此可以通过检测其中一张条码的位置,判断其前后条码是否在打孔位和裁切位,方便快捷。

如图1所示的一种打码裁切机,包括打码组1、打孔组2和裁切组6,打码组1在纸张8上打印条码或二维码,然后将纸张传送至打孔组2,所述裁切组6和打孔组2之间设有定位器4,定位器4检测条码位置,当带有条码的纸张经过定位器4并被其检测到的时候,由于条码之间的距离是固定的,因此可以判定被检测到的纸张其前后条码已经分别到达打孔组2和裁切组6,此时打孔组2和裁切组6分别进行打孔和裁切,裁切是将纸张上切上虚线状切痕。所述定位器4的两侧均设有一限位条7和压辊5,压辊5连接电机,压辊5将纸张压平并传送。所述限位条7上设有两个活动的限位块,限位块的位置根据纸张的宽度进行调整,使纸张恰好经过两个限位块之间,避免在传送过程中,纸张发生偏移。所述打孔组2和打码组1之间设有一压环3,纸张8从压环3底部穿过传送至打孔组2,压环3通过转轴连接电机,当有条码打印的时候,压环3下压使纸张8延长,后部的打孔组2和裁切组6有足够的距离进行裁切,当没有条码打印的时候,压环3抬起,纸张8保持张紧,打孔组2和裁切组6不再运作。

1.一种打码裁切机,其特征在于,包括打码组(1)、打孔组(2)和裁切组(6),所述裁切组(6)和打孔组(2)之间设有定位器(4),定位器(4)检测条码位置,所述定位器(4)的两侧均设有一限位条(7)和压辊(5),压辊(5)连接电机,所述限位条(7)上设有两个活动的限位块,所述打孔组(2)和打码组(1)之间设有一压环(3),纸张(8)从压环(3)底部穿过传送至打孔组(2),压环(3)通过转轴连接电机。
