本发明公开了一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置,包括主流道、支流道和注塑嘴,主流道设置两组,主流道顶端连通注料口,支流道垂直连通两组主流道,支流道下端设置多组注塑嘴流道,注塑嘴设置在注塑嘴流道上,且注塑嘴连接设置在一侧的吹风装置,还包括冷却水管,冷却水管呈螺旋形设置在主流道外壁,本发明结构原理简单,能够实现对模具的快速注塑成型,能够降低生产成本,提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源汽车内饰加工技术领域,具体为一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置。
背景技术
新能源汽车是指除汽油、柴油发动机之外所有其它能源汽车.包括燃料电池汽车、混合动力汽车、氢能源动力汽车和太阳能汽车等。其废气排放量比较低。据不完全统计,全世界现有超过400万辆液化石油气汽车,100多万辆天然气汽车。目前中国市场上在售的新能源汽车多是混合动力汽车和纯电动汽车。按照中华人民共和国国家发展与改革委员会公告定义,新能源汽车是指采用非常规的车用燃料作为动力来源(或使用常规的车用燃料、采用新型车载动力装置),综合车辆的动力控制和驱动方面的先进技术,形成的技术原理先进、具有新技术、新结构的汽车。
塑料模具,是塑料加工工业中和塑料成型机配套,赋予塑料制品以完整构型和精确尺寸的工具。由于塑料品种和加工方法繁多,塑料成型机和塑料制品的结构又繁简不一,所以,塑料模具的种类和结构也是多种多样的。模具的结构虽然由于塑料品种和性能、塑料制品的形状和结构以及注射机的类型等不同而可能千变万化,但是基本结构是一致的。模具主要由浇注系统、调温系统、成型零件和结构零件组成。其中浇注系统和成型零件是与塑料直接接触部分,并随塑料和制品而变化,是塑模中最复杂,变化最大,要求加工光洁度和精度最高的部分。现有的汽车内饰用模具一般采用料杆流道,生产材料的成本高,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置,包括主流道、支流道和注塑嘴,所述主流道设置两组,所述主流道顶端连通注料口,所述支流道垂直连通两组主流道,所述支流道下端设置多组注塑嘴流道,所述注塑嘴设置在注塑嘴流道上,且所述注塑嘴连接设置在一侧的吹风装置,还包括冷却水管,所述冷却水管呈螺旋形设置在主流道外壁。
优选的,所述注塑嘴包括外框和内芯,所述外框的内部为空腔,所述内芯设置在空腔内,所述内芯的外壁与外框的内壁之间留有出料口,所述内芯中央设有主吹风口,所述主吹风口周向设有6-8个次吹风口。
优选的,所述外框与内芯之间还设置耐高温层,所述耐高温层包括组合板、环氧树脂玻璃纤维板和粘结层,所述粘结层设置在组合板的下方,所述环氧树脂玻璃纤维板固定在所述组合板上方,所述组合板包括有机纤维层、碳纤维层和耐火粘土层,所述碳纤维层设置在有机纤维层和耐火粘土层之间。
优选的,所述注塑嘴流道与支流道之间设置斜坡,且所述斜坡与水平面夹角为30°-45°。
优选的,所述注塑嘴流道设置3-6组,所述注塑嘴数量与注塑嘴流道数量一致。
优选的,其使用方法包括以下步骤:
A、物料从注料口加入进入主流道;
B、通入冷却水,冷却水进入冷却水管中,对主流道内物料进行降温处理;
C、随后物料从主流道流入至支流道,支流道内物料进入多个注塑嘴流道;
D、打开吹风装置,吹向物料的侧壁,主吹风口让风向呈散发状往两侧吹,次吹风口的朝向为斜向下;
E、物料从注塑嘴流出进行注塑工艺。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构原理简单,能够实现对模具的快速注塑成型,能够降低生产成本,提高工作效率。
(2)本发明中采用的注塑嘴结构简单,能够稳定的流出注塑物料;在注塑嘴的外框与内芯之间设置耐高温层耐高温性能好,且具有耐磨的特点,具有保温隔热和防火的优点,能够长期在高温的环境下使用,使用寿命长。
(3)本发明中,注塑嘴流道与支流道之间设置斜坡,且斜坡与水平面夹角为30°-45°,采用此结构,便于物料流入至注塑嘴流道中。
(4)本发明中,冷却水管呈螺旋形设置在主流道外壁,采用此结构,能够提高物料冷却的均匀性,进一步提高后序注塑质量。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置,包括主流道1、支流道2和注塑嘴3,所述主流道1设置两组,所述主流道1顶端连通注料口4,所述支流道2垂直连通两组主流道1,所述支流道2下端设置多组注塑嘴流道5,所述注塑嘴3设置在注塑嘴流道5上,且所述注塑嘴3连接设置在一侧的吹风装置6,还包括冷却水管7,所述冷却水管7呈螺旋形设置在主流道1外壁,采用此结构,能够提高物料冷却的均匀性,进一步提高后序注塑质量;注塑嘴流道5与支流道2之间设置斜坡19,且所述斜坡19与水平面夹角为30°-45°,采用此结构,便于物料流入至注塑嘴流道中;此外,注塑嘴流道5设置3-6组,所述注塑嘴3数量与注塑嘴流道5数量一致。
本发明中,注塑嘴3包括外框8和内芯9,所述外框8的内部为空腔,所述内芯9设置在空腔内,所述内芯9的外壁与外框8的内壁之间留有出料口10,所述内芯9中央设有主吹风口11,所述主吹风口11周向设有6-8个次吹风口12。主吹风口口径较大,次吹风口口径相对较小,主要吹向原料的侧壁,主吹风口能让风向呈散发状往两侧吹,次吹风口的朝向为斜向下,斜向下既引导了原料往下降的趋势,同时也起到用气流隔开原料的效果,防止粘结;外框8与内芯9之间还设置耐高温层,所述耐高温层包括组合板13、环氧树脂玻璃纤维板14和粘结层15,所述粘结层15设置在组合板13的下方,所述环氧树脂玻璃纤维板14固定在所述组合板13上方,所述组合板13包括有机纤维层16、碳纤维层17和耐火粘土层18,所述碳纤维层17设置在有机纤维层16和耐火粘土层18之间。本发明中采用的注塑嘴结构简单,能够稳定的流出注塑物料;在注塑嘴的外框与内芯之间设置耐高温层耐高温性能好,且具有耐磨的特点,具有保温隔热和防火的优点,能够长期在高温的环境下使用,使用寿命长。
工作原理:物料从注料口加入进入主流道;通入冷却水,冷却水进入冷却水管中,对主流道内物料进行降温处理;随后物料从主流道流入至支流道,支流道内物料进入多个注塑嘴流道;打开吹风装置,吹向物料的侧壁,主吹风口让风向呈散发状往两侧吹,次吹风口的朝向为斜向下;物料从注塑嘴流出进行注塑工艺。
本发明结构原理简单,能够实现对模具的快速注塑成型,能够降低生产成本,提高工作效率。

1.一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置,包括主流道(1)、支流道(2)和注塑嘴(3),其特征在于:所述主流道(1)设置两组,所述主流道(1)顶端连通注料口(4),所述支流道(2)垂直连通两组主流道(1),所述支流道(2)下端设置多组注塑嘴流道(5),所述注塑嘴(3)设置在注塑嘴流道(5)上,且所述注塑嘴(3)连接设置在一侧的吹风装置(6),还包括冷却水管(7),所述冷却水管(7)呈螺旋形设置在主流道(1)外壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置,其特征在于:所述注塑嘴(3)包括外框(8)和内芯(9),所述外框(8)的内部为空腔,所述内芯(9)设置在空腔内,所述内芯(9)的外壁与外框(8)的内壁之间留有出料口(10),所述内芯(9)中央设有主吹风口(11),所述主吹风口(11)周向设有6-8个次吹风口(12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置,其特征在于:所述外框(8)与内芯(9)之间还设置耐高温层,所述耐高温层包括组合板(13)、环氧树脂玻璃纤维板(14)和粘结层(15),所述粘结层(15)设置在组合板(13)的下方,所述环氧树脂玻璃纤维板(14)固定在所述组合板(13)上方,所述组合板(13)包括有机纤维层(16)、碳纤维层(17)和耐火粘土层(18),所述碳纤维层(17)设置在有机纤维层(16)和耐火粘土层(18)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置,其特征在于:所述注塑嘴流道(5)与支流道(2)之间设置斜坡(19),且所述斜坡(19)与水平面夹角为30°-45°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置,其特征在于:所述注塑嘴流道(5)设置3-6组,所述注塑嘴(3)数量与注塑嘴流道(5)数量一致。
6.实现权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车内饰专用模具注塑装置的使用方法,其特征在于:其使用方法包括以下步骤:
A、物料从注料口加入进入主流道;
B、通入冷却水,冷却水进入冷却水管中,对主流道内物料进行降温处理;
C、随后物料从主流道流入至支流道,支流道内物料进入多个注塑嘴流道;
D、打开吹风装置,吹向物料的侧壁,主吹风口让风向呈散发状往两侧吹,次吹风口的朝向为斜向下;
E、物料从注塑嘴流出进行注塑工艺。
