Description

Traditional Chinese medicine ointment and plaster for treating lumbar disc herniation and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine ointment and a plaster for treating lumbar disc herniation and preparation methods thereof.
Background
The prolapse of intervertebral disc is a frequently encountered disease, which is mainly caused by degeneration of intervertebral disc strain, rupture of fiber ring or prolapse of nucleus pulposus, etc., and a series of symptoms caused by stimulation or compression of spinal nerves, spinal cord, etc. The cause of the lumbar disc herniation is mainly the degeneration of the lumbar disc itself, and the rupture of the nucleus pulposus of the lumbar disc fiber ring and the rupture of the nucleus pulposus of the lumbar disc are caused by certain external factors such as trauma, chronic strain, invasion of wind-cold-dampness evil and the like, so as to press or stimulate nerve roots and cauda equina, and produce symptoms of lumbocrural pain. The adult intervertebral disc is degenerated, the fiber in the annulus fibrosus becomes thick and brittle, so that the fiber finally breaks, the intervertebral disc loses the original elasticity, and the original born pressure port cannot bear the stress, and the annulus fibrosus can bulge outwards under the conditions of excessive strain, sudden change of body position, violent action or violent impact, so that the nucleus pulposus can also bulge outwards through the crack of the broken annulus fibrosus.
At present, the treatment method for the disease is complicated and complicated, and the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, traction therapy, medicinal therapy, acupuncture therapy, manual therapy, surgical therapy and the like can be adopted generally. The drug therapy mainly comprises western drug therapy and traditional Chinese medicine therapy. At present, the western medicines mostly adopt dehydrating agents (such as mannitol), hormones (such as dexamethasone), anti-inflammatory analgesics (such as aspirin) and the like. Mannitol is an effective dehydrating agent and can remove free radicals increased due to the lack of oxygen of nerve roots; dexamethasone has good effect of eliminating aseptic inflammation, and the two medicines can generate good effects of diminishing inflammation and relieving swelling; in addition to its analgesic effect, anti-inflammatory analgesics can also reduce the irritation of inflammation to nerve roots, thereby alleviating the symptoms of the patient. However, most western medicines can only relieve symptoms and cannot eliminate focus, so that the aim of curing is fulfilled. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment mainly comprises two methods of oral administration and external application. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment is mainly based on the mild or moderate condition of the disease, and adopts the traditional Chinese medicine with the functions of warming channel and dispelling cold, dispelling wind and removing obstruction in channels, and promoting blood circulation and relieving pain to achieve the purpose of treatment. However, the existing traditional Chinese medicine therapy has the defects of low efficiency, slow effect, long treatment course, poor effect, easy relapse and the like.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
