优选地,本发明的豌豆蛋白固体饮料其主要成份可以由以下重量份物质组成:22份的浓缩豌豆蛋白粉、5.6×10-1份的菊粉、1份的抗性糊精、2.88份的调味剂、4.8×10-3份的维生素A醋酸酯、6.3 ×10-2份的维生素C、1.5×10-2份的维生素E醋酸酯、7×10-4份的盐酸硫胺素、6×10-4份的核黄素、7×10-4盐酸吡哆醇、1.86×10-4份的维生素B12、1.68×10-3份的叶酸、2.4×10-3份的泛酸钙、1.8 ×10-2粉的富马酸亚铁、1.2×10-2份的硫酸锌、9.6×10-1份的麦芽糊精、1.4×10-1份的天然草莓香精、2.8×10-1份的二氧化硅、5.6× 10-2份的甜菊糖甙。
优选地,所述调味剂为草莓果粉、可可粉、香草粉以及蔓越莓果粉的任意一种。

3.根据权利要求1—2中任意一项所述的豌豆蛋白固体饮料,其特征在于,所述调味剂为草莓果粉、可可粉、香草粉以及蔓越莓果粉中的任意一种。
