本发明属于保健功能服装技术领域,尤其涉及一种促进睡眠的纤维面料睡服的制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展和生活节奏的加快,人们的压力越来越大,长期的情绪紧张、心理负荷过重造成睡眠质量下降,睡眠问题也引发一系列心理及生理疾病的发生。因此具有睡眠保健功能家纺制品受到越来越多的人群青睐。现有技术中的纤维面料睡眠保健功能效果不好。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种促进睡眠的纤维面料睡服的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种促进睡眠的纤维面料睡服的制备方法,包括以下方法步骤:
(1)促进睡眠香精微胶囊制备:采用阿拉伯胶和明胶为壁材,以具促进睡眠的天然植物精油为芯材,芯材:壁材质量比为3:1-1:3,在温度50-70℃条件下,保温2-4h,采用原位聚合法制备香精微胶囊,所得到的香精微胶囊为芯壁结构,且具有良好缓释作用;
(2)整理液的配制:包括以下重量份的组分:步骤(1)所制备的香精微胶囊20-50份;粘合剂30-60份;柔软剂3-5份;渗透剂1-2份;水85-95份,配制成促进睡眠整理液;
(3)促进睡眠睡服整理:将纤维面料睡服浸泡入步骤(2)所配制的整理液,采用二浸二轧,轧余率80-100%,得到能促进睡眠的睡服,其中,二浸二轧工艺条件如下:预烘后气蒸烘干,预烘温度为60-80℃,预烘时间3-5min;气蒸烘干温度120-150℃,烘干时间5-15min;焙烘温度120-150℃,焙烘时间1-3min。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中壁材中阿拉伯胶和明胶质量比为1:1。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中的具促进睡眠的天然植物为薰衣草、迷迭香、茉莉、檀木、洋甘菊、佛手柑、蓝花马鞭草、红花颉草、百里香、香艾草、香橙、鼠尾草中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中的粘合剂为低温固着型水性聚丙烯酸酯。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中的柔软剂为非离子柔软剂。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中的渗透剂为非离子型渗透剂JFC。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中的纤维面料为纯棉纤维面料或者棉和聚酯纤维混纺面料,其中棉的含量为35-60wt%或者再生纤维素纤维和聚酯纤维混纺面料,其中再生纤维素纤维含量为50-95wt%或者再生纤维素纤维、聚酯纤维和棉混纺面料,其中棉的含量为30-45wt%。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的促进睡眠的纤维面料睡服的制备方法,本发明整理液采用阿拉伯胶和明胶作为壁材,具有促进睡眠的天然植物精油为芯材,通过原位聚合法制备香精微胶囊,达到缓释持久抗菌效果,耐洗性提高,整理后的睡服爽洁舒适,采用二浸二轧整理工艺,工艺简单,安全环保,无有毒害物质产生,经整理的睡服能有效促进睡眠,抑菌效果好,服用性能佳。

一种促进睡眠的纤维面料睡服的制备方法,包括以下方法步骤:
(1)促进睡眠香精微胶囊制备:采用阿拉伯胶和明胶为壁材,以具促进睡眠的天然植物精油为芯材,芯材:壁材质量比为3:1,在温度50℃条件下,保温4h,采用原位聚合法制备香精微胶囊,所得到的香精微胶囊为芯壁结构,且具有良好缓释作用;
(2)整理液的配制:包括以下重量份的组分:步骤(1)所制备的香精微胶囊20份;低温固着型水性聚丙烯酸酯30份;非离子柔软剂3份;非离子型渗透剂JFC1份;水85份,配制成促进睡眠整理液;
(3)促进睡眠睡服整理:将纤维面料睡服浸泡入步骤(2)所配制的整理液,采用二浸二轧,轧余率80%,得到能促进睡眠的睡服,其中,二浸二轧工艺条件如下:预烘后气蒸烘干,预烘温度为60℃,预烘时间5min;气蒸烘干温度120℃,烘干时间15min;焙烘温度120℃,焙烘时间3min。
所述步骤(1)中壁材中阿拉伯胶和明胶质量比为1:1。
所述步骤(1)中的具促进睡眠的天然植物为薰衣草、迷迭香、茉莉、檀木、洋甘菊、佛手柑、蓝花马鞭草、红花颉草、百里香、香艾草、香橙、鼠尾草中的一种或多种。

一种促进睡眠的纤维面料睡服的制备方法,包括以下方法步骤:
(1)促进睡眠香精微胶囊制备:采用阿拉伯胶和明胶为壁材,以具促进睡眠的天然植物精油为芯材,芯材:壁材质量比为1:3,在温度70℃条件下,保温2h,采用原位聚合法制备香精微胶囊,所得到的香精微胶囊为芯壁结构,且具有良好缓释作用;
(2)整理液的配制:包括以下重量份的组分:步骤(1)所制备的香精微胶囊50份;低温固着型水性聚丙烯酸酯60份;非离子柔软剂5份;非离子型渗透剂JFC2份;水95份,配制成促进睡眠整理液;
(3)促进睡眠睡服整理:将纤维面料睡服浸泡入步骤(2)所配制的整理液,采用二浸二轧,轧余率100%,得到能促进睡眠的睡服,其中,二浸二轧工艺条件如下:预烘后气蒸烘干,预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间3min;气蒸烘干温度150℃,烘干时间5min;焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间1min。

(1)促进睡眠香精微胶囊制备:采用阿拉伯胶和明胶为壁材,以具促进睡眠的天然植物精油为芯材,芯材:壁材质量比为2:2,在温度60℃条件下,保温3h,采用原位聚合法制备香精微胶囊,所得到的香精微胶囊为芯壁结构,且具有良好缓释作用;
(2)整理液的配制:包括以下重量份的组分:步骤(1)所制备的香精微胶囊35份;低温固着型水性聚丙烯酸酯45份;非离子柔软剂4份;非离子型渗透剂JFC1.5份;水90份,配制成促进睡眠整理液;
(3)促进睡眠睡服整理:将纤维面料睡服浸泡入步骤(2)所配制的整理液,采用二浸二轧,轧余率90%,得到能促进睡眠的睡服,其中,二浸二轧工艺条件如下:预烘后气蒸烘干,预烘温度为70℃,预烘时间4min;气蒸烘干温度135℃,烘干时间10min;焙烘温度135℃,焙烘时间2min。
所述步骤(1)中壁材中阿拉伯胶和明胶质量比为1:1。
所述步骤(1)中的具促进睡眠的天然植物为薰衣草、迷迭香、茉莉、檀木、洋甘菊、佛手柑、蓝花马鞭草、红花颉草、百里香、香艾草、香橙、鼠尾草中的一种或多种。
所述步骤(3)中的的纤维面料为再生纤维素纤维和聚酯纤维混纺面料,其中再生纤维素纤维含量为50-95wt%。

(3)促进睡眠睡服整理:将纤维面料睡服浸泡入步骤(2)所配制的整理液,采用二浸二轧,轧余率90%,得到能促进睡眠的睡服,其中,二浸二轧工艺条件如下:预烘后气蒸烘干,预烘温度为70℃,预烘时间4min;气蒸烘干温度135℃,烘干时间10min;焙烘温度135℃,焙烘时间2min。

所述步骤(3)中的的纤维面料为再生纤维素纤维、聚酯纤维和棉混纺面料,其中棉的含量为30-45wt%。
将实施例1-4所述的促进睡眠的纤维面料睡服用于25-65岁不用年龄段的健康人群试穿一周,查看其夜间睡眠感觉,结果均表明具有一定的促进睡眠作用。

(3)促进睡眠睡服整理:将纤维面料睡服浸泡入步骤(2)所配制的整理液,采用二浸二轧,轧余率80-100%,得到能促进睡眠的睡服,其中,二浸二轧工艺条件如下:预烘后气蒸烘干,预烘温度为60-80℃,预烘时间3-5min;气蒸烘干温度120-150℃,烘干时间5-15min;焙烘温度120-150℃,焙烘时间1-3min。
