[0009] 本发明的有益效果:本发明具有结构合理简单、生产成本低、安装方便,功能齐全, 垃圾投入到进料箱中,第一传送带传送到碾压室中,碾压辊和破碎轴对垃圾进行破碎处理, 永磁铁吸附垃圾中的金属杂质,垃圾到第二传送带上时,气压杠上的压块对破碎后蓬松的 垃圾进行压实,防止无法通过进料通道,进入到焚烧室后,传递刀盘进行进一步破碎,焚烧 网进行焚烧,焚烧过程中,搅拌杆进行搅拌,防止焚烧不均匀,焚烧产生的烟气,经过过滤水 室和灰尘过滤器进行过滤,焚烧后,喷嘴向焚烧室内部喷水,防止内部灰尘飞扬,通过上述 技术方案,破碎、搅拌,可以保证快速实现燃烧充分,避免焚烧网长时间工作,实现节能,对 产生烟气进行过滤,实现减排。

[0016] 如图1、图4和图5所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:一种节能减排的生活 垃圾焚烧炉,包括进料箱1、第一传送带2、碾压室3、入料口 4、碾压辊5、破碎轴6、第一电机7、 永磁铁8、第二传送带9、固定架10、气压杠11、压块12、焚烧室13、进料通道14、焚烧网15、第 二电机16、传递刀盘17、转轴18、搅拌杆19和第三电机29;所述第一传送带2的一端设置在进 料箱1的腔室中;所述第一传送带2的另一端下端设有一个碾压室3;所述碾压室3的顶端固 定连通有一个入料口 4;所述碾压室3的腔室内部上端设有两个碾压辊5;所述碾压室3的腔 室内部下端设有一个破碎轴6;所述碾压室3的侧面上固定连接有一个第一电机7,所述第一 电机7的输出轴与破碎轴6轴连接在一起;所述碾压室3外表面的下端包覆有一个永磁铁8; 所述碾压室3的下端设有一个第二传送带9;所述第二传送带9上表面右侧设有一个固定架 10;所述固定架10中固定连接有两个气压杠11;所述气压杠11的输出轴上均轴连接有一个 压块12;所述第二传送带9的右端设有一个焚烧室13;所述焚烧室13的腔室壁上固定连接有 一个进料通道14;所述进料通道14的下方设有一个第二电机16;所述第二电机16的输出轴 上轴连接有一个传递刀盘17;所述焚烧室13的腔室下端设有一个焚烧网15;所述焚烧室13 中活动连接有一个转轴18;所述转轴18上固定连接有数个搅拌杆19;所述焚烧室13的顶端 固定连接有一个第三电机29;所述第三电机29的输出轴与转轴18轴连接在一起。
[0017] 如图1、图4和图5所示,还包括喷嘴20、水管21、水栗22和水室23;所述水室23通过 水管21依次连通有水杲22和数个喷嘴20;所述喷嘴20均设置在焚烧室13中;还包括风管24、 过滤水室25、风机26、灰尘过滤器27和烟函28;所述焚烧室13中的顶端还通过风管24依次连 通有过滤水室25、风机26、灰尘过滤器27和烟囱28。

1.一种节能减排的生活垃圾焚烧炉,其特征在于:包括进料箱(1)、第一传送带(2)、碾 压室(3)、入料口(4)、碾压辊(5)、破碎轴(6)、第一电机(7)、永磁铁(S)、第二传送带(9)、固 定架(10)、气压杠(11)、压块(12)、焚烧室(I3)、进料通道(14)、焚烧网(15)、第二电机(16)、 传递刀盘(17)、转轴(18)、搅拌杆(19)和第三电机(29); 所述第一传送带(2)的一端设置在进料箱(1)的腔室中; 所述第一传送带(2)的另一端下端设有一个碾压室(3); 所述碾压室(3)的顶端固定连通有一个入料口(4); 所述碾压室(3)的腔室内部上端设有两个碾压辊(5); 所述碾压室(3)的腔室内部下端设有一个破碎轴(6); 所述碾压室(3)的侧面上固定连接有一个第一电机(7),所述第一电机(7)的输出轴与 破碎轴(6)轴连接在一起; 所述碾压室(3)外表面的下端包覆有一个永磁铁(8); 所述碾压室(3)的下端设有一个第二传送带(9); 所述第二传送带(9)上表面右侧设有一个固定架(10); 所述固定架(10)中固定连接有两个气压杠(11); 所述气压杠(11)的输出轴上均轴连接有一个压块(12); 所述第二传送带(9)的右端设有一个焚烧室(13); 所述焚烧室(13)的腔室壁上固定连接有一个进料通道(14); 所述进料通道(14)的下方设有一个第二电机(16); 所述第二电机(16)的输出轴上轴连接有一个传递刀盘(17); 所述焚烧室(13)的腔室下端设有一个焚烧网(15); 所述焚烧室(13)中活动连接有一个转轴(18); 所述转轴(18)上固定连接有数个搅拌杆(19); 所述焚烧室(13)的顶端固定连接有一个第三电机(29); 所述第三电机(29)的输出轴与转轴(18)轴连接在一起。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能减排的生活垃圾焚烧炉,其特征在于:还包括喷嘴 (20)、水管(21)、水泵(22)和水室(23); 所述水室(23)通过水管(21)依次连通有水泵(22)和数个喷嘴(20); 所述喷嘴(20)均设置在焚烧室(13)中。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能减排的生活垃圾焚烧炉,其特征在于:还包括风管 (24)、过滤水室(25)、风机(26)、灰尘过滤器(27)和烟囱(28); 所述焚烧室(13)中的顶端还通过风管(24)依次连通有过滤水室(25)、风机(26)、灰尘 过滤器(27)和烟囱(28)。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种节能减排的生活垃圾焚烧炉,其特征在于:所述灰尘过滤 器(27)的具体结构为:包括金属网(271)、无纺布(272)、脱硫层(273)和活性炭过滤网 (274); 所述金属网(271)的右端固定连接有无纺布(272); 所述无纺布(272)的右端固定连接有脱硫层(273); 所述脱硫层(273)的右端固定连接有活性炭过滤网(274)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种节能减排的生活垃圾焚烧炉,其特征在于:所述传递刀盘 (I7)的固定结构为:包括转盘(171)、销轴(I72)和刀片(173);所述转盘(171)的四周上通过 销轴(172)活动连接有数个刀片(173)。
