本发明涉及一种垃圾净化炉,包括燃烧箱(1)及净化炉(2),其特征在于:所述的燃烧箱(1)上设有垃圾口(3),所述的燃烧箱(1)内靠近垃圾口(3)的下方设有两个转轴(4),所述的两个转轴(4)上均套设有粉碎轮(5),所述的燃烧箱(1)内壁上靠近粉碎轮(5)的下方设有两个相对的挡块(6),所述的两个挡块(6)之间设有挡板(7),所述挡板(7)的一端铰接在一挡块(6)上,所述挡板(7)的另一端设有弹簧(8),所述弹簧(8)的顶端设置在另一挡块(6)上,所述的燃烧箱(1)内靠近挡块(6)的下方设有过滤网(9),所述的燃烧箱(1)外壁设有喷火器(10)。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:净化效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾净化炉的技术领域,具体是指一种垃圾净化炉。
背景技术
随着经济的发展、社会的进步、人口的日益增多以及人们生活水平的不断提高,每天产生的生活垃圾量必将增大,垃圾处理问题一直是全世界关注的重大环境问题。目前我国垃圾处理技术与发达国家相比还比较落后,传统的垃圾处理方式主要有填埋和焚烧等方式等。填埋会占用大量宝贵的土地资源,同时污染环境,因而这种简单的处理方式已基本不再采用。与填埋处理相比,垃圾焚烧是一种较好的处理方式,通过焚烧不仅使得垃圾体积大大减小,同时还可以通过焚烧产生的热量发电,但是在焚烧过程中的烟气会对空气造成污染,而且我们知道,医疗垃圾携带大量的病菌,且病菌种类繁多,严重危害了我们生存的环境,因此对其进行无害化处理十分必要,因此需要一中垃圾净化装置正待拯救。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,净化效果好的垃圾净化炉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种垃圾净化炉,包括燃烧箱及净化炉,所述的燃烧箱上设有垃圾口,所述的燃烧箱内靠近垃圾口的下方设有两个转轴,所述的两个转轴上均套设有粉碎轮,所述的燃烧箱内壁上靠近粉碎轮的下方设有两个相对的挡块,所述的两个挡块之间设有挡板,所述挡板的一端铰接在一挡块上,所述挡板的另一端设有弹簧,所述弹簧的顶端设置在另一挡块上,所述的燃烧箱内靠近挡块的下方设有过滤网,所述的燃烧箱外壁设有喷火器,所述喷火器的喷嘴穿进燃烧箱并靠近过滤网的上方,所述的燃烧箱底部设有排渣口,所述的燃烧箱上靠近过滤网的上方设有排烟管,所述的排烟管出口延伸至净化炉内,所述净化炉的底部注有清洁水,所述净化炉的底部设有水泵,所述的净化炉内靠近排烟管的上方设有喷淋管,所述的喷淋管下设有若干个喷头,所述的喷淋管与所述的水泵通过管道连通,所述的净化炉上设有排烟筒,所述的净化炉底部设有排污口。
作为改进,所述的燃烧箱内靠近过滤网的下方设有倾斜的引流板,所述引流板的底端靠近所述的排渣口,这样设计便于将燃烧后的残渣排出。
作为改进,所述的排烟筒内设有活性炭过滤层,这样设计为了进一步吸附燃烧气体中的细小颗粒。
作为改进,所述的排烟筒上设有隔离罩,这样设计为了防止外部环境影响净化炉的净化效果。
作为改进,所述的净化炉内位于排烟筒下设有旋流除尘器,这样设计为了增强除尘效果。
采用以上结构后,本发明具有如下优点:结构简单,使用方便,净化效果好,使用时,将垃圾倒入燃烧箱内,同时通过启动电机带动粉碎轮转动,两个粉碎轮同时转动从而将垃圾粉碎,垃圾粉碎完后掉落在挡板上,随着挡板上的垃圾堆积的越来越多,当重力超过弹簧的拉力,从而挡板打开,垃圾从挡板上掉入到过滤网上,然后启动喷火器喷火对垃圾进行燃烧,燃烧后的残渣通过过滤网掉落到引流板上,然后通过排渣口排出,燃烧的烟气通过排烟管排入到净化炉内,通过启动水泵将清洁水从喷淋管下设置的喷头喷出,从而将烟气中的粉尘进行初级过滤,然后烟气再通过旋流除尘器进行二次过滤除尘,然后烟气通过活性炭过滤层过滤,最后从排烟管排出。

本发明在具体实施时,一种垃圾净化炉,包括燃烧箱1及净化炉2,所述的燃烧箱1上设有垃圾口3,所述的燃烧箱1内靠近垃圾口3的下方设有两个转轴4,所述的两个转轴4上均套设有粉碎轮5,所述的燃烧箱1内壁上靠近粉碎轮5的下方设有两个相对的挡块6,所述的两个挡块6之间设有挡板7,所述挡板7的一端铰接在一挡块6上,所述挡板7的另一端设有弹簧8,所述弹簧8的顶端设置在另一挡块6上,所述的燃烧箱1内靠近挡块6的下方设有过滤网9,所述的燃烧箱1外壁设有喷火器10,所述喷火器10的喷嘴穿进燃烧箱1并靠近过滤网9的上方,所述的燃烧箱1底部设有排渣口11,所述的燃烧箱1上靠近过滤网9的上方设有排烟管12,所述的排烟管12出口延伸至净化炉2内,所述净化炉2的底部注有清洁水13,所述净化炉2的底部设有水泵14,所述的净化炉2内靠近排烟管12的上方设有喷淋管15,所述的喷淋管15下设有若干个喷头16,所述的喷淋管15与所述的水泵14通过管道连通,所述的净化炉2上设有排烟筒17,所述的净化炉2底部设有排污口18。
所述的燃烧箱1内靠近过滤网9的下方设有倾斜的引流板19,所述引流板19的底端靠近所述的排渣口11。
所述的排烟筒17内设有活性炭过滤层20。
所述的排烟筒17内设有活性炭过滤层20。

所述的净化炉2内位于排烟筒17下设有旋流除尘器22。
本发明的工作原理:首先将垃圾倒入燃烧箱内,同时通过启动电机带动粉碎轮转动,两个粉碎轮同时转动从而将垃圾粉碎,垃圾粉碎完后掉落在挡板上,随着挡板上的垃圾堆积的越来越多,当重力超过弹簧的拉力,从而挡板打开,垃圾从挡板上掉入到过滤网上,然后启动喷火器喷火对垃圾进行燃烧,燃烧后的残渣通过过滤网掉落到引流板上,然后通过排渣口排出,燃烧的烟气通过排烟管排入到净化炉内,通过启动水泵将清洁水从喷淋管下设置的喷头喷出,从而将烟气中的粉尘进行初级过滤,然后烟气再通过旋流除尘器进行二次过滤除尘,然后烟气通过活性炭过滤层过滤,最后从排烟管排出。

1.一种垃圾净化炉,包括燃烧箱(1)及净化炉(2),其特征在于:所述的燃烧箱(1)上设有垃圾口(3),所述的燃烧箱(1)内靠近垃圾口(3)的下方设有两个转轴(4),所述的两个转轴(4)上均套设有粉碎轮(5),所述的燃烧箱(1)内壁上靠近粉碎轮(5)的下方设有两个相对的挡块(6),所述的两个挡块(6)之间设有挡板(7),所述挡板(7)的一端铰接在一挡块(6)上,所述挡板(7)的另一端设有弹簧(8),所述弹簧(8)的顶端设置在另一挡块(6)上,所述的燃烧箱(1)内靠近挡块(6)的下方设有过滤网(9),所述的燃烧箱(1)外壁设有喷火器(10),所述喷火器(10)的喷嘴穿进燃烧箱(1)并靠近过滤网(9)的上方,所述的燃烧箱(1)底部设有排渣口(11),所述的燃烧箱(1)上靠近过滤网(9)的上方设有排烟管(12),所述的排烟管(12)出口延伸至净化炉(2)内,所述净化炉(2)的底部注有清洁水(13),所述净化炉(2)的底部设有水泵(14),所述的净化炉(2)内靠近排烟管(12)的上方设有喷淋管(15),所述的喷淋管(15)下设有若干个喷头(16),所述的喷淋管(15)与所述的水泵(14)通过管道连通,所述的净化炉(2)上设有排烟筒(17),所述的净化炉(2)底部设有排污口(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾净化炉,其特征在于:所述的燃烧箱(1)内靠近过滤网(9)的下方设有倾斜的引流板(19),所述引流板(19)的底端靠近所述的排渣口(11)。
