the clamping and conveying mechanism comprises two sets of clamping mechanisms which are respectively arranged corresponding to the front side and the rear side of the clamped chopping board, and each set of clamping mechanism comprises a clamping assembly and a clamping cylinder; the clamping components of the two sets of clamping mechanisms are respectively arranged below a clamping component mounting plate in a longitudinally slidable manner; the clamping component mounting plate can be longitudinally arranged in a front-back sliding manner relative to the rack through a longitudinal linear slide rail mechanism; a longitudinal screw rod and nut mechanism for driving the clamping assembly mounting plate to longitudinally slide relative to the rack is arranged between the clamping assembly mounting plate and the rack; the centre gripping subassembly include clamping jaw, clamping jaw lift cylinder, the clamping jaw sets up the piston rod lower end at clamping jaw lift cylinder, clamping jaw lift cylinder body sets up for the slidable of centre gripping subassembly mounting panel, centre gripping cylinder body is connected with the centre gripping subassembly mounting panel, the piston rod is connected with clamping jaw lift cylinder body.
