Abstract
本发明公开了一种护栏静电喷塑生产工艺,包含以下步骤:1)除油:将工件置于盛有除油液的除油槽中;2)除锈:将工件从除油槽中取出,置于浓度为30~35%的工业盐酸中;3)磷化:将磷化后的工件用清水清洗3~4次,然后置于锌系磷化液中进行磷化;4)打磨:人工对磷化后的工件进行表面打磨处理,打磨完毕后,在工件表面涂上一层腻子粉,然后置于170~190℃的烘箱中进行烘烤;5)二次打磨:取出工件,并取出遗留的杂质;6)喷涂:人工对工件喷粉工艺,在工件的表面均匀地喷上一层粉末涂料;7)高温固化:将喷涂后的工件置于180~190℃的固化炉中,恒温固化20~30分钟,开炉冷却后即得成品。使用本方法对护栏进行再加工,成本低,效率高效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种护栏静电喷塑生产工艺,应用于护栏加工技术领域。
背景技术
护栏主要用于住宅、公路、商业区、公共场所等场合中对人身安全及设备设施的保护与防护,为延长护栏的使用寿命,常常在对护栏表面镀一层锌层,以提高护栏的防腐能力,但此方法成本较高,不适合一些小型的加工厂,推广性不高。
发明内容
为解决上述的问题,本发明公开了一种护栏静电喷塑生产工艺,由下列步骤组成:
1)除油:将工件置于盛有除油液的除油槽中,除油液的浓度为5~10%,浸泡10~15分钟;
2)除锈:将工件从除油槽中取出,置于浓度为30~35%的工业盐酸中,浸泡5~10分钟;
3)磷化:将磷化后的工件用清水清洗3~4次,然后置于锌系磷化液中进行磷化;
4)打磨:人工对磷化后的工件进行表面打磨处理,打磨完毕后,在工件表面涂上一层腻子粉,然后置于170~190℃的烘箱中进行烘烤,时间为30~40分钟;
5)二次打磨:取出工件,并取出遗留的杂质;
6)喷涂:人工对工件喷粉工艺,在工件的表面均匀地喷上一层粉末涂料;
7)高温固化:将喷涂后的工件置于180~190℃的固化炉中,恒温固化20~30分钟,开炉冷却后即得成品。
采用本技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:采用粉末涂料对护栏表面进行静电喷塑处理,大大降低了生产成本,同时施工对环境无污染,施工时间短,间接提高了企业的经济效益。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明公开了一种护栏静电喷塑生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
1)除油:将工件置于盛有除油液的除油槽中,除油液的浓度为5~10%,浸泡10~15分钟;
2)除锈:将工件从除油槽中取出,置于浓度为30~35%的工业盐酸中,浸泡5~10分钟;
3)磷化:将磷化后的工件用清水清洗3~4次,然后置于锌系磷化液中进行磷化;
4)打磨:人工对磷化后的工件进行表面打磨处理,打磨完毕后,在工件表面涂上一层腻子粉,然后置于170~190℃的烘箱中进行烘烤,时间为30~40分钟;
5)二次打磨:取出工件,并取出遗留的杂质;
6)喷涂:人工对工件喷粉工艺,在工件的表面均匀地喷上一层粉末涂料;
7)高温固化:将喷涂后的工件置于180~190℃的固化炉中,恒温固化20~30分钟,开炉冷却后即得成品。

1.一种护栏静电喷塑生产工艺,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
1)除油:将工件置于盛有除油液的除油槽中,除油液的浓度为5~10%,浸泡10~15分钟;
2)除锈:将工件从除油槽中取出,置于浓度为30~35%的工业盐酸中,浸泡5~10分钟;
3)磷化:将磷化后的工件用清水清洗3~4次,然后置于锌系磷化液中进行磷化;
4)打磨:人工对磷化后的工件进行表面打磨处理,打磨完毕后,在工件表面涂上一层腻子粉,然后置于170~190℃的烘箱中进行烘烤,时间为30~40分钟;
5)二次打磨:取出工件,并取出遗留的杂质;
6)喷涂:人工对工件喷粉工艺,在工件的表面均匀地喷上一层粉末涂料;
