本发明属于食品调味品领域,尤其涉及一种能增强消化机能的保健食用盐及其制备方法。
背景技术
脾胃虚弱为中医名词术语,脾胃虚弱的含义比较笼统,包含了脾气虚、脾阳虚、脾不统血、中气下陷、胃阳虚、胃气虚、胃阴虚及脾胃虚寒等中医证候,其中脾气虚是脾胃虚弱的基本类型,脾气虚证是指脾气不足,失其健运所表现的证候。多因饮食不节,劳累过度,久病耗伤脾气所致。“脾气虚”一词出于《内经》,如《灵枢·天年》篇中有“七十岁,脾气虚,皮肤枯”的论述。其后历代医家对脾气虚证进行深入研究及发挥,指出脾主运化,是气血生化之源,为后天之本。若先天禀赋不足,或素体脾胃虚弱;或后天失于调养,或饮食不节,饥饱失常,或劳倦过度,忧思日久,损伤脾胃或年老体衰,或大病,久病之后,元气未复,失于调养,均可使脾气亏虚,运化功能失常,导致气血生化乏源,形成脾气虚证。
近年来,人们的饮食习惯在发生改变,生活节奏愈来愈快,其中所产生的社会压力、急躁情绪、不合理饮食,致使很多人脾胃虚弱,花钱吃药看病,却总不见好或根治。其实,脾胃虚弱的发生与人们的不良生活、饮食习惯密切相关,可以说,“吃”出来的,还得靠“吃”来调养,真所谓“三分治,七分养”。因此,将调理脾胃的药物渗透入日常的饮食当中,让人不知不觉间进行了脾胃的调理,是保健食品发展的趋势。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能增强消化机能的保健食用盐,在不改变盐的口感的情况下,长期对脾胃进行调理,具有一定的保健功能。
本发明的能增强消化机能的保健食用盐的配方及比例如下:食用盐1-10重量份,莲子粉10-20重量份,山药粉20-30重量份,茯苓粉10-20重量份,木瓜粉10-20重量份。
作为优选,本发明的能增强消化机能的保健食用盐的配方及比例如下:食用盐2-8重量份,莲子粉10-15重量份,山药粉25-30重量份,茯苓粉15-20重量份,木瓜粉15-20重量份。
作为优选,本发明的能增强消化机能的保健食用盐的配方及比例如下:食用盐5重量份,莲子粉10重量份,山药粉30重量份,茯苓粉15重量份,木瓜粉15重量份。
本发明还提供一种能增强消化机能的保健食用盐的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将莲子(去芯)、茯苓、山药、木瓜干燥后打粉,然后与食盐混合。
具体实施方式
实施例1
莲子15g,山药25g,茯苓15g,木瓜15g干燥后打粉,加入食用盐2g,混合均匀。
实施例2
莲子10g,山药25g,茯苓15g,木瓜15g干燥后打粉,加入食用盐3g,混合均匀。
实施例3
莲子20g,山药30g,茯苓10g,木瓜10g干燥后打粉,加入食用盐5g,混合均匀。
实施例4
莲子10g,山药30g,茯苓15g,木瓜15g干燥后打粉,加入食用盐5g,混合均匀。
药理实验
将76只健康Wistar大鼠在喂养7日,先按体重随机分为空白对照组(雌雄各6只),脾胃虚弱型胃炎模型组(雌雄各32只),然后进行造模,步骤如下:空白对照组大鼠每日给以饲料和饮用水,采用自由进食和饮水的方式进行饲养;脾胃虚弱型胃炎模型制备组每日以蒸馏水配制成20mmol/L的脱氧胆酸钠以自由饮用,连续造模1个月,期间10天灌胃一次60%的乙醇,剂量为2ml/只,一月后改为10mmol/L的脱氧胆酸钠及30%的乙醇,以一周为周期交替自由饮用,造模中加以饥饱失常喂养,足量喂食2天,然后禁食1天,交替进行,造模100天时(模型制备组共死亡20只),随机取空白对照组(雌雄各1只),以及模型制备组(雌雄各2只)处死,进行病理学检查,造模组与空白对照组比较,造模成功。
造模成功后,分为三组,每组10只大鼠,分别为空白组(没有造模),模型组(造模,但不给药),对照组(造模,给药)。开始以体重灌胃给药,空白组和模型组给以生理盐水10ml/Kg灌胃,对照组给以实施例4的保健盐5g/Kg灌胃,药物干预一个月。
处死大鼠,将胃黏膜组织剪碎,用组织重9倍生理盐水匀浆,3500r/min离心10min,取其上清液,放在4℃冰箱里保存,以测定胃蛋白酶的活性。

1.一种增强消化机能的保健食用盐,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的配方:食用盐1-10重量份,莲子粉10-20重量份,山药粉20-30重量份,茯苓粉10-20重量份,木瓜粉10-20重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述保健食用盐,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的配方:食用盐2-8重量份,莲子粉10-15重量份,山药粉25-30重量份,茯苓粉15-20重量份,木瓜粉15-20重量份。
3.如权利要求1所述保健食用盐,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的配方:食用盐5重量份,莲子粉10重量份,山药粉30重量份,茯苓粉15重量份,木瓜粉15重量份。
4.如权利要求1所述一种能增强消化机能的保健食用盐的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将莲子、茯苓、山药、木瓜干燥后打粉,然后与食盐混合。
