油漆配制品和其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆配制品,其尤其适于单色和多色油漆配制品。本发明进一步涉及制造所述油漆配制品的方法。
背景技术
单色油漆仅含有一种着色剂,而多色油漆含有至少两种不同的着色剂。理想地,在涂覆前,着色剂在油漆中均匀分散并且受到稳定保护。已进行研究以提供使着色剂在其中受到保护并且均匀分散的油漆配制品。所述油漆配制品通常包含粘土以保护着色剂。然而,粘土可能价格昂贵,并且经常带来不稳定性问题且使油漆外观的选择受到限制。基于粘土的油漆配制品仅在使用喷涂法时发挥良好作用。因此,研究已聚焦于研发对于单色和多色油漆配制品都包含较少粘土的新型油漆配制品。
因此,在行业中需要一种具有改良的黏度稳定性和可定制油漆外观的油漆配制品,其尤其适于单色和多色油漆配制品。这些油漆配制品不仅可以通过喷涂,还同样可以通过滚涂和刷涂来涂覆。
发明内容

II.测试方法
1.着色剂保护
在搅拌下(>600rpm),将包含红色着色剂的粘合剂分散液添加到HASE中以制造单色油漆。通过裸眼观察这些油漆的颜色释放。如果红色着色剂在粘合剂分散液中受到保护,那么红色将保持或限制在油漆的特定区域内,并且彩色区域与非彩色区域之间将存在清晰界线。这种现象在结果部分中记录为“受保护”。如果红色着色剂在粘合剂分散液中未受保护,那么红色将不会保持或限制在油漆的特定区域内,并且彩色区域与非彩色区域之间将不存在清晰界线。这种现象在结果部分中记录为“释放”。
2.粘度稳定性
根据美国测试与材料协会(American Society for Testing and Materials,ASTM)D562方法使用斯托默粘度计(Stormer viscometer)测试油漆配制品的粘度。在形成油漆配制品后,在室温下测试油漆配制品的初始中等剪切粘度初始KU。随后将油漆配制品放入烘箱中在50℃下持续10天。测试储存后的油漆配制品粘度,并且记录为最终KU。初始KU与最终KU之间的差值定义为粘度改变ΔKU。总ΔKU值越小,粘度稳定性越好。
III.实验实例
1.制备粘合剂分散液
通过以200-1500rpm搅拌5min将多糖粉末分散于水中,并且随后以500-2000rpm搅拌下在60-90℃下保温10min。当粉末溶解时,将聚合物粒子、任选地粘土、任选地着色剂以及任选地油漆添加剂的水性分散液添加到粉末分散液中,同时以2000rpm搅拌20min。
2.制备疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液(HASE)1到3

Claims (11)

1.一种油漆配制品,其包含:粘合剂分散液和疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液,其中所述粘合剂分散液与所述疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液的湿重比是1:3到1:10;以所述粘合剂分散液的总干重计,所述粘合剂分散液包含:以干重计0.1%到80%的聚合物粒子和0.1%到5%的多糖;并且以所述疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液的总干重计,所述疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液包含:以干重计30%到50%的α,β-烯系不饱和羧酸单体和30%到60%的α,β-烯系不饱和非离子单体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油漆配制品,其中所述多糖选自甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素、瓜尔胶、明胶以及其任何组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油漆配制品,其中所述α,β-烯系不饱和羧酸单体选自丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸以及其任何组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油漆配制品,其中以所述聚合物粒子的总干重计,所述聚合物粒子进一步包含:以干重计0.1%到10%的携有至少一个选自以下的官能团的烯系不饱和单体:羧基、羧酸酐、羟基、酰胺、氨基、脲基、乙酰乙酸酯、磺酸酯、膦酸酯以及其任何组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的油漆配制品,其中以所述粘合剂分散液的总干重计,所述粘合剂分散液进一步包含:以干重计0.1%到5%的粘土。
6.根据权利要求1所述的油漆配制品,其中以所述粘合剂分散液的总干重计,所述粘合剂分散液进一步包含:以干重计0.05%到5%的至少一种着色剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的油漆配制品,其中以所述疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液的总干重计,所述疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液进一步包含:以干重计1%到20%的非离子大分子单体,其具有式H2C=C(R)CO2(CH2CH2O)n(CH(R1)CH2O)mR2,其中R是H或CH3,R1是C1-C2烷基;R2是C8-C30烷基、C8-C16烷基苯基或C13-C36芳烷基苯基;n是整数6到100,并且m是整数0到50,其条件是n≥m并且m+n是6到100。
8.根据权利要求7所述的油漆配制品,其中m=0,并且n是整数10到60。
9.一种用于制备根据权利要求1所述的油漆配制品的方法,其包含:在搅拌下,使所述粘合剂分散液与所述疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液混合,其中所述粘合剂分散液与所述疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液的湿重比是1:3到1:10;以所述粘合剂分散液的总干重计,所述粘合剂分散液包含:以干重计0.1%到80%的聚合物粒子和0.1%到5%的多糖;并且以所述疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液的总干重计,所述疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液包含:以干重计30%到50%的α,β-烯系不饱和羧酸单体和30%到60%的α,β-烯系不饱和非离子单体。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中在搅拌下,将所述粘合剂分散液滴入所述疏水改性的碱可溶胀乳液中。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中以所述粘合剂分散液的总干重计,所述粘合剂分散液进一步包含:以干重计0.05%到5%的至少一种着色剂。
