本发明公开了一种聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料,包括含有橡胶胶乳、沥青乳液、聚氨酯树脂、聚氧乙烯醚、陶瓷微粉、重钙、硅酸盐、消泡剂、分散剂和催化剂的液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分以及含有氯化钙和复合铝铁聚合物的凝结剂组分;本发明通过以沥青乳液、聚氨酯树脂、聚氧乙烯醚;重钙粉和硅酸盐粉为原料,使其弹性涂膜伸长率800%,恢复率达90%以上,粘结强度大,耐高温性能好,优异的低温柔性,并具有更好的速凝效果,速凝时间为4‑5秒,另外该聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料具有成本低,工艺投入设备成本低,可大规模投产的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于基于沥青材料的涂料组合物,例如焦油沥青、焦油或天然沥青的的技术领域,具体是涉及一种聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对居室的建筑质量、对建筑工程的防水防漏提出了更高的要求。国内防水涂料的施工方法主要是涂刷施工,在施工过程中存在不同程度的缺陷,特别是在通风不良或者不见阳光的建筑物内施工,一是延长施工作业的周期,二是对作业人员造成健康影响,三是施工过程污染了大气环境。目前工程防水出现渗漏的主要原因有混凝土开裂,振捣不密实形成的毛细空隙、防水层与基面之间不能实现满粘,目前市场采用的其它各种防水涂料,延伸率小,施工慢,粘接强度低,综合性能指标差,已不能满足人们对现代工程质量的要求。
中国专利申请号为201210301863.3公开了一种喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料,它是采用,将超细、悬浮、微乳型的改性乳化沥青和高分子聚合物橡胶胶乳配制而成液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分,再与凝结剂组分混合,按比例配制的水基喷涂料,该防水涂料虽然具有较好的弹性涂膜伸长率,恢复率,粘结强度大,耐高温性能好,优异的低温柔性,并具有更好的速凝效果,但是其中配制用的超细、悬浮、微乳型的改性乳化沥青和高分子聚合物橡胶胶乳大多数都是采用大规模进口原料,在原料来源上受到制约,导致市场产品贵,不能平民化推广应用!
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料及其制备方法,该一种聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料通过以沥青乳液、聚氨酯树脂、聚氧乙烯醚和重钙粉和硅酸盐粉为原料,配以催化剂、陶瓷微粉、消泡剂等组分,经混合等工序加工制成聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料,该聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料弹性涂膜伸长率800%,恢复率达90%以上,粘结强度大,耐高温性能好,优异的低温柔性,并具有更好的速凝效果,速凝时间为4-5秒,另外该聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料具有成本低,工艺投入设备成本低,可大规模投产的优点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料,包括固含量为 56-68%的液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分和浓度3~12%凝结剂组分,其中凝结剂组分与液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分的喷涂容量比为1/12~1/6;所述橡胶沥青胶乳液组分的配方比例为:固含量 55~70%的橡胶胶乳53~59%、固含量45~50%的沥青乳液19~23%、聚氨酯树脂10~15%、聚氧乙烯醚5~7%、陶瓷微粉4~5%、重钙6~12%、硅酸盐5~10%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2.5~4%、消泡剂0.1~0.5%、分散剂0.05~0.2%和催化剂0.05~0.2%
所述的凝结剂组分的配方比例为:氯化钙95~99.6%、氯化钠0.2~2%、复合铝铁聚合物 0.2~3%或配方比例为:氯化钙92~99.9%、复合铝铁聚合物0.1~8%。
进一步,所述的橡胶胶乳为天然橡胶胶乳或合成橡胶胶乳,合成橡胶胶乳为丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、乙丙橡胶、异戊橡胶、氯丁橡胶、氯丁二烯橡胶、丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物橡胶、丁二烯丙烯腈共聚物橡胶、异丁烯聚合物橡胶、异戊二烯聚合物橡胶或聚丁二烯橡胶的2~4种制成的胶乳。
进一步,所述的沥青为70-90#的石油沥青、煤焦沥青、天然沥青、页岩沥青或改制沥青。
本发明还公开了一种聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料的制备方法,其步骤在于:
1)按氯化钙、氯化钠、复合铝铁聚合物或氯化钙、复合铝铁聚合物按比例将溶于水中,分别拌合均匀,配制为浓度3~12%的凝结剂组分;
2)在液体橡胶沥青胶乳液搅拌罐中先加入橡胶胶乳、沥青乳液、聚氨酯树脂、重钙和桐油在70-80℃温度下、不少于2000r/min高速搅拌不少于30分钟后,然后静置等温度下降至 30-35℃后加入陶瓷微粉、硅酸盐、消泡剂、聚氧乙烯醚、分散剂和催化剂,搅拌速度为1500r/min,进行搅拌时间不少于30分钟;
3)在防水涂料搅拌罐中,按照比例加入液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分、凝结剂组分和水,进行高速搅拌,
进一步,所述液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分其含固量低于50~55%时,可通过低温提取法,温度控制在7~-4℃时,提取固含量达45~50%时,再将胶乳装入反应釜中升温到30~50℃时备用。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明一种聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料通过以沥青乳液、聚氨酯树脂、聚氧乙烯醚和重钙粉和硅酸盐粉为原料,配以催化剂、陶瓷微粉、消泡剂等组分,经混合等工序加工制成聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料,该聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料弹性涂膜伸长率达800%,恢复率达90%以上,粘结强度大,耐高温性能好,优异的低温柔性,并具有更好的速凝效果,速凝时间为4-5秒,另外该聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料具有成本低,工艺投入设备成本低,可大规模投产的优点;
2、本发明一种聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料色彩鲜艳、稳定、无毒、无味、不污染环境,可在常温下进行冷施工,同时具有良好的耐热性、断裂伸长率、高弹性回复率、高粘结强度、优异的耐低温性能、优异的耐老化性能、耐酸碱性能、粘结性和抗剪切性。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例通过将按氯化钙92%和复合铝铁聚合物8%按比例将溶于水中,分别拌合均匀,配制为浓度3%的凝结剂组分;然后在液体橡胶沥青胶乳液搅拌罐中先加入固含量55%的橡胶胶乳53%、固含量45%的沥青乳液19%、聚氨酯树脂10%、聚氧乙烯醚5%和重钙6%在70℃温度下、不少于2000r/min高速搅拌不少于30分钟后,然后静置等温度下降至30-35℃后加入陶瓷微粉4%、硅酸盐5%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2.5%、消泡剂0.1%、分散剂0.05%和催化剂0.05%,搅拌速度为1500r/min,进行搅拌时间不少于30分钟;在防水涂料搅拌罐中,按照比例加入液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分、凝结剂组分和水,进行高速搅拌,得到本实施例磨耐高温防氧化涂料。
实施例二
本实施例通过将按氯化钙99.6%、氯化钠0.2%和复合铝铁聚合物0.2%按比例将溶于水中,分别拌合均匀,配制为浓度12%的凝结剂组分;然后在液体橡胶沥青胶乳液搅拌罐中先加入固含量70%的橡胶胶乳59%、固含量50%的沥青乳液23%、聚氨酯树脂15%、聚氧乙烯醚7%和重钙12%在70℃温度下、不少于2000r/min高速搅拌不少于30分钟后,然后静置等温度下降至35℃后加入陶瓷微粉5%、硅酸盐10%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4%、消泡剂0.5%、分散剂 0.2%和催化剂0.2%,搅拌速度为1500r/min,进行搅拌时间不少于30分钟;在防水涂料搅拌罐中,按照比例加入液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分、凝结剂组分和水,进行高速搅拌,得到本实施例磨耐高温防氧化涂料。
实施例三
本实施例通过将按氯化钙98%、氯化钠1%和复合铝铁聚合物1%按比例将溶于水中,分别拌合均匀,配制为浓度8%的凝结剂组分;然后在液体橡胶沥青胶乳液搅拌罐中先加入固含量60%的橡胶胶乳55%、固含量48%的沥青乳液22%、聚氨酯树脂12%、聚氧乙烯醚6%和重钙8%在70℃温度下、不少于2000r/min高速搅拌不少于30分钟后,然后静置等温度下降至33℃后加入陶瓷微粉4.5%、硅酸盐8%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3%、消泡剂0.3%、分散剂0.1%和催化剂0.1%陶瓷微粉、硅酸盐、消泡剂、聚氧乙烯醚、分散剂和催化剂,搅拌速度为1500r/min,进行搅拌时间不少于30分钟;在防水涂料搅拌罐中,按照比例加入液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分、凝结剂组分和水,进行高速搅拌,得到本实施例磨耐高温防氧化涂料。
如下表为各实施例防水涂料的性能检测结果:
从上表可以得出,本发明所制备的防水涂料性能稳定,在实际应用中,其力学性能、防水性能、速凝性能,断裂伸长率,耐高温性能等均得到了验证。

1.一种聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料,其特征在于:包括固含量为56-68%的液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分和浓度3~12%凝结剂组分,其中凝结剂组分与液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分的喷涂容量比为1/12~1/6;所述橡胶沥青胶乳液组分的配方比例为:固含量55~70%的橡胶胶乳53~59%、固含量45~50%的沥青乳液19~23%、聚氨酯树脂10~15%、聚氧乙烯醚5~7%、陶瓷微粉4~5%、轻钙6~12%、硅酸盐5~10%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2.5~4%、消泡剂0.1~0.5%、分散剂0.05~0.2%和催化剂0.05~0.2%;
所述的凝结剂组分的配方比例为:氯化钙95~99.6%、氯化钠0.2~2%、复合铝铁聚合物0.2~3%或配方比例为:氯化钙92~99.9%、复合铝铁聚合物0.1~8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水涂料,其特征在于:所述的橡胶胶乳为天然橡胶胶乳或合成橡胶胶乳,合成橡胶胶乳为丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、乙丙橡胶、异戊橡胶、氯丁橡胶、氯丁二烯橡胶、丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物橡胶、丁二烯丙烯腈共聚物橡胶、异丁烯聚合物橡胶、异戊二烯聚合物橡胶或聚丁二烯橡胶的2~4种制成的胶乳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水涂料,其特征在于:所述的沥青为70-90#的石油沥青、煤焦沥青、天然沥青、页岩沥青或改制沥青。
4.一种制备权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料的方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:

2)在液体橡胶沥青胶乳液搅拌罐中先加入橡胶胶乳、沥青乳液、聚氨酯树脂、重钙和桐油在70-80℃温度下、不少于2000r/min高速搅拌不少于30分钟后,然后静置等温度下降至30-35℃后加入陶瓷微粉、硅酸盐、消泡剂、聚氧乙烯醚、分散剂和催化剂,搅拌速度为1500r/min,进行搅拌时间不少于30分钟;
3)在防水涂料搅拌罐中,按照比例加入液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分、凝结剂组分和水,进行高速搅拌。
5.根据权利要求4所述的聚氨酯新型橡沥速凝耐高温防氧化涂料的方法,其特征在于:所述液体橡胶沥青胶乳液组分其含固量低于50~55%时,可通过低温提取法,温度控制在7~-4℃时,提取固含量达45~50%时,再将胶乳装入反应釜中升温到30~50℃时备用。
