一种印刷橡皮布内胶预硫化机用穿刺装置。包括放卷支架、放卷机构、针轮、穿刺装置、传动链条、穿刺针、安装架、硫化箱、收卷装置、滚轮,其特征在于:穿刺装置设在放卷机构与硫化箱之间,单独设立的安装架上装有能滚动的针轮,针轮上密布有穿刺针,针轮通过传动链条与硫化箱内的第一个滚轮连接。与现有技术相比,在硫化前对内胶进行穿刺,有效防止内胶因加热使夹在内层的气体膨胀后内胶起泡的问题,提高了产量,保证了产品质量,极大地提高了企业的经济效益。

本发明一种印刷橡皮布内胶预硫化机用穿刺装置,涉及的是印刷橡皮布硫化技术领域,应用于印刷橡皮布的硫化。
背景技术
目前市场上在印刷橡皮布生产过程中,由于印刷橡皮布在粘合过程中布与橡胶之间中的气体难以排出,造成二层之间的气体在硫化加热过程中膨胀后内胶起泡,直接影响了印刷橡皮布的质量,容易造成印刷橡皮布的大量报废,浪费大量的资源,难以有效提高企业的经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,对现有技术加以改进,在硫化过程中设计一种穿刺装置,解决内胶起泡重大隐患的一种印刷橡皮布内胶预硫化机用穿刺装置。
其技术是这样实现的,包括放卷支架、放卷机构、针轮、穿刺装置、传动链条、穿刺针、安装架、硫化箱、收卷装置、滚轮,其特征在于:穿刺装置设在放卷机构与硫化箱之间,单独设立的安装架上装有能滚动的针轮,针轮上密布有穿刺针,针轮通过传动链条与硫化箱内的第一个滚轮连接;
所述的穿刺针的高度在6-15mm之间。
实施该技术的明显优点和效果是:与现有技术相比,在硫化前对 内胶进行穿刺,有效防止内胶因加热使夹在内层的气体膨胀后内胶起泡的问题,提高了产量,保证了产品质量,极大地提高了企业的经济效益。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明作进一步描述:
见附图1,硫化箱5的一侧固定有放卷支架1,放卷支架1上设有放卷装置2,硫化箱5的另一侧设有收卷装置6,穿刺装置4设在放卷装置2与硫化箱5之间,单独设立的安装架4-3上设有能滚动的针轮3,针轮3上密布有穿刺针4-2,针轮3通过传动链条4-1与硫化箱5内的第一个滚轮7连接;
所述的穿刺针4-2的高度在10mm。
见附图1,硫化时,启动整机。放卷支架1放卷,放卷支架1的印刷橡皮布在进入硫化箱5第一个滚轮7前由穿刺装置4的穿刺针4-2在印刷橡皮布上进行穿刺,在印刷橡皮布的橡胶层上穿刺有密集的针孔,在进入硫化箱5内在运动中进行硫化,硫化过程中,膨胀的气体从针孔中全部排出,消除了印刷橡皮布内层的气泡,硫化完成后,由收卷装置6收卷。

1.一种印刷橡皮布内胶预硫化机用穿刺装置,包括放卷支架、放卷机构、针轮、穿刺装置、传动链条、穿刺针、安装架、硫化箱、收卷装置、滚轮,其特征在于:穿刺装置设在放卷机构与硫化箱之间,单独设立的安装架上装有能滚动的针轮,针轮上密布有穿刺针,针轮通过传动链条与硫化箱内的第一个滚轮连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种印刷橡皮布内胶预硫化机用穿刺装置,其特征在于:所述的穿刺针的高度在6-15mm之间。
