本发明公开了一种聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管,涉及聚丙烯波纹管领域,主要包括平滑内壁的直管层和环状结构的波纹外管层,波纹外管层外套设在直管层外壁,直管层和波纹外管层的配方材料包括:基料和辅料,基料包括聚丙烯分体,辅助原料包括活性碳酸钙粉体、纤维和润滑稳定剂,以实现波纹管管体高强度的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管,主要涉及聚丙烯波纹管领域。
背景技术
排水双壁波纹管具有环状结构外壁和平滑内壁的新型管材,现有排水双壁波纹管主要是聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯(PP)材料为主,加入一定量的合成母粒混合后经挤出复合成型。分别称为聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管。双壁波纹管做为雨水和污水输送管道,对其性能要求必须要内壁光滑,以防止淤泥沉积,耐一定的化学腐蚀能力,具有较高的承受外力能力(即环刚度)和较主的抗冲击能力。而现有波纹管中,聚氯乙烯双壁波纹管耐腐蚀性差、抗冲击性差、热稳定性差,生产控制难度大,生产过程环境污染大;聚乙烯双壁波纹管韧性较好,但其抗拉伸强度较差,拉伸强度只有约21MPa,弹性模量只有0.9GPa,环刚度差,密度较高,为0.94-0.96g/cm3,要达到国家标准环刚度成本很高;聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管拉伸强度高环刚度高但其抗冲击性能差,成本高。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种高强度的聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:包括平滑内壁的直管层和环状结构的波纹外管层,波纹外管层外套设在直管层外壁,直管层和波纹外管层的配方材料包括:基料和辅料,基料包括聚丙烯分体,辅助原料包括活性碳酸钙粉体、纤维和润滑稳定剂,纤维采用玄武岩纤维或者玻璃纤维,生产工艺如下:1) 加热混料搅拌;2)采用两台锥双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,挤出机机筒上必须要有排气或真空吸气装置;3)模具成型;4)内外压真空成型;5)冷却切割;6) 力学和安全性能检验;7)合格则入库,不合格则粉碎后按照不大于5%的比例投入原料生产。
本发明的技术原理及有益效果如下:聚丙烯相对于其它几种材料具有密度低,密度为0.9g/cm3;比聚乙烯低约7%;弹性模量高:弹模量约为1.5-2.0GPa;耐温性好,稳定性高;有粉体原料供应。该配方有效利用的聚丙烯材料优异的耐腐蚀,高弹性模量。利用玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维在产品成型后材料中不规则排列,长度约为加入前的20-50%,起提高弹性模量与抗冲击性能作用,并起到增加拉伸强度作用,玻璃纤维或玄武岩纤维化学稳定性好,耐温耐热,在本产品中不会与其他化学物质产生发硬,强度高。加入碳酸钙粉体起提高管体强度,降低原料成本。挤出过程需采用两台锥双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,挤出机机筒上必须要有排气或真空吸气装置,以减少加热挤出过程中原料部分分解或残留水气对产品质量的影响。纤维表层粗糙,采用润滑稳定剂可以将其与聚丙烯粉体结合在一起。
该配方双壁波纹管环刚度可以很容易达到或超过国家标准要求,环刚度更是可以达到12Kn/m2,较之前提高30%以上,配方成本较之前配方低约15%,抗冲、表面质量等其它指标不受影响。
进一步,润滑稳定剂包括PE蜡、硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸,直管层材料配方包括聚丙烯粉体55-60份、活性碳酸钙粉体25-30份、纤维6-8份、硬脂酸0.5-0.6 份、PE蜡0.15-0.2份、硬脂酸钙0.15-0.2份和消泡剂1-2.5份,有效利用的聚丙烯材料优异的耐腐蚀,高弹性模量。利用玻璃纤维在产品成型后材料中不规则排列,长度约为加入前的20-50%,起提高弹性模量与抗冲击性能作用,并起到增加拉伸强度作用,加入碳酸钙粉体起提高管体强度,降低原料成本。
进一步,润滑稳定剂包括PE蜡、硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸,波纹外管层配方包括聚丙烯粉体60-70份、活性碳酸钙粉体15-20份、纤维8-12份、硬脂酸0.5份-0.7 份、PE蜡0.15-0.2份、硬脂酸钙0.15-0.2份、消泡剂1-2.5份、抗氧剂(抗紫外线剂)0.1-0.15份、线性聚乙烯2-4份和炭黑(色母)2-2.5份。波纹外管层加入抗氧剂(抗紫外线剂)可有效提高聚丙烯抗氧化能力,利于较长时间在库房存放。
进一步,纤维单根直径小于15微米,长度为6-8毫米,纤维表面经偶联剂和聚合物成膜剂处理形成接枝层,经表面处理与聚丙烯具有较强亲和力,经挤出成型后在产品中形成约2-4毫米的纤维不规则分布,提高冲击性能和环刚度。
进一步,聚丙烯粉体料为等规共聚聚丙烯或无规共聚聚丙烯,其拉伸强度、弹性模量与抗低温冲击能力较好。
进一步,碳酸钙粉体是经表面活化处理的1200目以上粉体,便于聚丙烯粉体料与1200目以上活性钙的有效结合。
进一步,PE蜡熔点需大于110摄氏度,利于润滑剂分散与表面包覆。
进一步,原料混料时需加温至90-100摄氏度低速混合25-40分钟,以利于混合均匀、除湿和提高偶联效果。

实施例
本发明实施方式如下:
如图1所示,包括平滑内壁的直管层2和环状结构的波纹外管层1,波纹外管层外套设在直管层外壁。
直管层成分包含有:聚丙烯粉体,活性碳酸钙粉体,玻璃纤维,硬脂酸, PE蜡,硬脂酸钙,和消泡剂;
波纹外管层:聚丙烯粉体,活性碳酸钙粉体,玻璃纤维,硬脂酸,PE蜡,硬脂酸钙,消泡剂,抗氧剂(抗紫外线剂),线性聚乙烯和炭黑(色母)。
对配方中原材料的要求:
聚丙烯粉体料为等规共聚聚丙烯;
碳酸钙粉体是经表面活化处理的1200目以上粉体;
玻璃纤维单根直径小于15微米,长度为6-8毫米,经表面处理与聚丙烯具有较强亲和力(表面偶联剂和聚合物成膜剂处理);
PE蜡熔点需大于110摄氏度;
该配方生产工艺流程如下:
原料加热混料搅拌-两台双螺杆挤出-模具成型牵引-内外压真空成型-冷却切割-力学和安全性能检验-合格则入库,不合格则粉碎后按照不大于5%的比例投入原料生产。
其突出要点为:
原料混料时需加温至80-110摄氏度低速混合20-45分钟,以利于混合均匀、除湿和提高偶联效果。挤出过程需采用两台锥双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,挤出机机筒上必须要有排气或真空吸气装置,以减少加热挤出过程中原料部分分解或残留水气对产品质量的影响。
以上实施例的检验结果如下:
该配方有效利用的聚丙烯材料优异的耐腐蚀,高弹性模量。
经表面处理长度为6-8毫米玻璃纤维,经挤出成型后在产品中形成加入前的 20-50%长度(约1.2-4毫米)的纤维不规则分布,起提高弹性模量与抗冲击性能作用,并起到增加拉伸强度作用。
加入碳酸钙粉体起提高管体强度,降低原料成本。
波纹外管层加入抗氧剂与抗紫外线剂可有效提高聚丙烯抗氧化能力,利于较长时间在库房存放。
该配方双壁波纹管环刚度可以很容易达到或超过国家标准要求,环刚度更是可以达到12Kn/m2,较之前提高30%以上,配方成本较之前配方低约15%。抗冲性能与表面质量不受影响。

1.聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管,包括平滑内壁的直管层和环状结构的波纹外管层,波纹外管层外套设在直管层外壁,其特征在于,直管层和波纹外管层的配方材料包括:基料和辅料,所述基料包括聚丙烯粉体,所述辅助原料包括活性碳酸钙粉体、纤维和润滑稳定剂,所述纤维采用玄武岩纤维或者玻璃纤维,生产工艺如下:1)加热混料搅拌;2)采用两台锥双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,挤出机机筒上必须要有排气或真空吸气装置;3)模具成型;4)内外压真空成型;5)冷却切割;6)力学和安全性能检验;7)合格则入库,不合格则粉碎后按照不大于5%的比例投入原料生产。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管,其特征在于:所述润滑稳定剂包括PE蜡、硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸,所述直管层材料配方包括聚丙烯粉体55-60份、活性碳酸钙粉体25-30份、纤维6-8份、硬脂酸0.5-0.6份、PE蜡0.15-0.2份、硬脂酸钙0.15-0.2份和消泡剂1-2.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管,其特征在于:所述润滑稳定剂包括PE蜡、硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸,所述波纹外管层配方包括聚丙烯粉体60-70份、活性碳酸钙粉体15-20份、纤维8-12份、硬脂酸0.5份-0.7份、PE蜡0.15-0.2份、硬脂酸钙0.15-0.2份、消泡剂1-2.5份、抗氧剂0.1-0.15份、线性聚乙烯2-4份和炭黑2-2.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管,其特征在于:所述纤维单根直径小于15微米,长度为6-8毫米,纤维表面经偶联剂和聚合物成膜剂处理形成接枝层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯粉体料为等规共聚聚丙烯或无规共聚聚丙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管,其特征在于:碳酸钙粉体是经表面活化处理的1200目以上粉体。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管,其特征在于:PE蜡熔点需大于110摄氏度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯增强型双壁波纹管,其特征在于:原料混料时需加温至90-100摄氏度低速混合25-40分钟。
