Abstract

本发明涉及一种使轮毂电机180度转向的可升降悬架,包括悬架主梁、转向液压缸、转轴、转轴臂、升降液压缸和减震器。所述的悬架主梁用来连接转向液压缸和转轴构成悬架,并于车身和减震器相连;所述的转向液压缸位于悬架主梁上下两侧,转向液压缸的一端与悬架主梁相连,另一端与转轴臂相连;通过所述转向液压缸的伸缩来实现轮毂电机的180度转向。所述的转轴有两个成90度夹角的转轴臂,同时所述的升降液压缸位于转轴内,升降液压缸与轮毂电机相连;悬架的升降由升降液压缸的伸缩实现。

一种用于轮毂电机180度转向的可升降悬架
技术领域
本发明涉及轮毂电机的控制技术,具体涉及可以使轮毂电机180度转向的悬架,悬架基于轮毂电机可以升降。
背景技术
化石能源的减少以及生态环境的恶化,传统的汽车的弊端越来越明显。电动车由于环保性好、操作简单而越来越受到政府和消费者的重视。电动车也因此成为未来交通工业发展的必然趋势。由于政府的大力扶持和推广,中国目前已成为世界上最大的电动车消费市场。充分挖掘电动车的优势,必将有利于其推广。轮毂电机创造性的把电动机和车轮结合在一起,将使电动车的布局更加紧凑,同时实现多种灵活驱动方式。
传统汽车大多采用前轮转向后轮驱动的模式,其移动性能受到较大限制,在倒车、停车时需要多次操作才能到达指定位置。而轮毂电机由于不受传动结构的限制,可以进行大角度的转向,而且电动车的四个车轮可以独立转向和驱动。因此电动车可以实现原地旋转、横向移动、小半径转弯等多种移动方式。传统汽车的底盘高度是固定不变的,难以通过凹凸严重的路面。基于轮毂电机的悬架可以实现升降,从而提高车身底盘的高度,使电动车具有更好的越障能力。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题之一是:使用液压缸实现轮毂电机180度转向,使用液压缸既能实现车轮的自由转向,同时又能保证车轮在不转向时维持稳定。
本发明要解决的技术问题之二是:使用液压缸实现悬架的升降,液压缸既能承重又有足够的刚性。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明主要包括悬架主梁、转向液压缸、转轴、转轴臂、升降液压缸和减震器。
所述的悬架主梁用来连接转向液压缸和转轴并构成悬架,并于车身和减震器相连;
所述的转向液压缸位于悬架主梁上下两侧,转向液压缸的一端与悬架主梁相连,另一端与转轴臂相连;
所述的转轴有两个成90度夹角的转轴臂,同时所述的升降液压缸位于转轴内,升降液压缸与轮毂电机相连。
本发明的有益效果在于:结构简单,转向灵活,同时稳定性高。并且成本低,控制系统简单,易于实现。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
图1显示了轮毂电机5不转向的情况,此时两个转轴臂4与悬架主梁1的夹角分别为45度。假定轮毂电机5向左旋转,左转向液压缸2缩短,右转向液压缸2伸长,左转向液压缸2与转轴臂4共线时,即轮毂电机转过45度时,左转向液压缸2由缩短变为伸长,右转向液压缸2继续伸长。此后左右转向液压缸2继续伸长,直到轮毂电机5转到90度,如图2所示。若轮毂电机5从图2变到图1,左右转向液压缸执行相反的动作即可。
轮毂电机5向右转向90度与上述过程相同,因此轮毂电机可以实现180度转向。
图3显示了悬架不升高时的情况,升降液压缸位于转轴3内,并随转轴3一同旋转。当悬架主梁升高时,升降液压缸伸长即可,如图4所示。由图4到图3,升降液压缸缩短即可。

1.一种使轮毂电机180度转向的可升降悬架,其特征在于:包括悬架主梁、转向液压缸、转轴、转轴臂、升降液压缸和减震器。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种使轮毂电机180度转向的可升降悬架,其特征在于:悬架主梁用来连接转向液压缸和转轴构成悬架,并于车身和减震器相连。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种使轮毂电机180度转向的可升降悬架,其特征在于:转向液压缸位于悬架主梁上下两侧,转向液压缸的一端与悬架主梁相连,另一端与转轴臂相连。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种使轮毂电机180度转向的可升降悬架,其特征在于:转轴有两个成90度夹角的转轴臂,与转向液压缸相连,升降液压缸位于转轴内,随转轴一同旋转,并与轮毂电机相连。
