Abstract
本发明公开了一种具备筛选功能的结晶釜,主体为结晶釜,所述结晶釜横向放置,结晶釜一端顶部设有进料口,结晶釜另一端底部设置有出料口,结晶釜外侧包覆设置有冷凝装置,结晶釜内部配合设有搅拌装置,结晶釜侧壁上端设置有若干个溢出口。该设备原理简单,利用内部存在气泡的颗粒具备较大浮力的特征,使其在结晶釜中可随溢出口溢出,进而减少了人工挑选不良品颗粒的工序,有效提高生产效率,大幅降低企业的人力成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶制备技术领域,具体为一种具备筛选功能的结晶釜。
背景技术
热熔胶是一种可塑性的粘合剂,在一定温度范围内其物理状态随温度改变而改变,而化学特性不变,其无毒无味,属环保型化学产品。因其产品本身系固体,便于包装、运输、存储、无溶剂、无污染、无毒型;以及生产工艺简单,高附加值,黏合强度大、速度快等优点而备受青睐。
聚酯和聚酰胺是目前最被广泛应用的高性能高分子热熔胶。聚酯树脂容易结晶,在结晶状态下又具有高的强度,特别适合用于热熔胶。聚酯热熔胶具有熔融流动性好,固化速度快,粘接强度高,柔韧性好及耐水性能优良的特点。聚酰胺树脂分子结构中含有大量的酰胺基,氨基,和羧基等极性基团,所以聚酰胺热熔胶对许多具有良好的粘接性能,并赋予粘接层优良的耐溶剂性能。
在热熔胶的生产过程,特别是聚酯和聚酰胺热熔胶聚会的放料阶段,切粒是一道必不可少的工序。由于切粒时,熔融态的热熔胶粘度大,会导致个别颗粒内出现气泡,此类存在气泡的颗粒是不符合生产工艺要求的,常规做法是需要有专人对成型的颗粒进行挑选,该过程会极度消耗人力资源,进而导致生产成本增大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种原理简单,利用内部存在气泡的颗粒具备较大浮力的特征,使其在结晶釜中可随溢出口溢出,进而减少了人工挑选不良品颗粒的工序,有效提高生产效率,大幅降低企业的人力成本,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具备筛选功能的结晶釜,主体为结晶釜,所述结晶釜横向放置,结晶釜一端顶部设有进料口,结晶釜另一端底部设置有出料口,结晶釜外侧包覆设置有冷凝装置,结晶釜内部配合设有搅拌装置,所述冷凝装置包括隔层、冷却水循环管、冷却水箱及循环水泵,所述隔层包覆在所述结晶釜外侧,隔层靠近所述出料口一侧开设有冷却水进水口,隔层靠近所述进料口一侧开设有冷却水出水口,所述冷却水进水口与冷却水出水口之间通过冷却水循环管相互导通,所述冷却水循环管上串行设置有冷却水箱及循环水泵;所述搅拌装置包括电机、搅拌桨、连接块、轴承及搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴设置在所述结晶釜中轴位置,所述搅拌轴一端配合设置有轴承,所述轴承固定与所述连接块上,连接块外侧与所述结晶釜内腔一端焊接相连,所述搅拌轴上固定设置有若干个搅拌桨,搅拌轴另一端伸出结晶釜外侧与所述电机的驱动轴相互连接;所述结晶釜侧壁上端设置有若干个溢出口。
优选的,溢出口直径为5~20mm的圆柱体管状结构,所述溢出口向结晶釜外侧下方倾斜10°~30°。
优选的,溢出口的出料口正下方的结晶釜侧壁上活动设置有废料收集框。
优选的,结晶釜内壁上设置有若干个挡流板,所述挡流板向出料口一侧倾斜20°~45°。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明原理简单,利用内部存在气泡的颗粒具备较大浮力的特征,使其在结晶釜中可随溢出口溢出,进而减少了人工挑选不良品颗粒的工序,有效提高生产效率,大幅降低企业的人力成本。
(2)发明中的溢出口向结晶釜外侧下方倾斜,可有效避免溢出口内的不良品颗粒随结晶釜内部液位降低而倒灌,减少重复劳动,提高筛选效率。
(3)溢出口的出料口正下方的结晶釜侧壁上活动设置有废料收集框,避免了筛选出的不良品颗粒直接掉落在生产车间地面,对生产车间内环境造成不良影响。
(4)结晶釜内壁上设置有若干个挡流板,对结晶釜内部物料的流动起到导向的作用,间接的提高物料的混合效果,使物料混合更加均匀。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具备筛选功能的结晶釜,主体为结晶釜1,所述结晶釜1横向放置,结晶釜1一端顶部设有进料口2,结晶釜1另一端底部设置有出料口3,结晶釜1外侧 包覆设置有冷凝装置4,结晶釜1内部配合设有搅拌装置5,所述冷凝装置4包括隔层4a、冷却水循环管4b、冷却水箱4c及循环水泵4d,所述隔层4a包覆在所述结晶釜1外侧,隔层4a靠近所述出料口3一侧开设有冷却水进水口4e,隔层4a靠近所述进料口2一侧开设有冷却水出水口4f,所述冷却水进水口4e与冷却水出水口4f之间通过冷却水循环管4b相互导通,所述冷却水循环管4b上串行设置有冷却水箱4c及循环水泵4d;所述搅拌装置5包括电机5a、搅拌桨5b、连接块5c、轴承5d及搅拌轴5e,所述搅拌轴5e设置在所述结晶釜1中轴位置,所述搅拌轴5e一端配合设置有轴承5d,所述轴承5d固定与所述连接块5c上,连接块5c外侧与所述结晶釜2内腔一端焊接相连,所述搅拌轴5e上固定设置有若干个搅拌桨5b,搅拌轴5e另一端伸出结晶釜1外侧与所述电机5a的驱动轴相互连接;所述结晶釜1侧壁上端设置有若干个溢出口6。该设备原理简单,利用内部存在气泡的颗粒具备较大浮力的特征,使其在结晶釜1中可随溢出口6溢出,进而减少了人工挑选不良品颗粒的工序,有效提高生产效率,大幅降低企业的人力成本。
如图2所示,溢出口6直径为5~20mm的圆柱体管状结构,所述溢出口6向结晶釜1外侧下方倾斜10°~30°。可有效避免溢出口6内的不良品颗粒随结晶釜1内部液位降低而倒灌,减少重复劳动,提高筛选效率。并且溢出口6的出料口正下方的结晶釜1侧壁上活动设置有废料收集框7,避免了筛选出的不良品颗粒直接掉落在生产车间地面,对生产车间内环境造成不良影响。
于此同时在结晶釜1内壁上设置有若干个挡流板8,所述挡流板8向出料口3一侧倾斜20°~45°,挡流板8对结晶釜1内部物料的流动起到导向的作用,间接的提高物料的混合效果,使物料混合更加均匀。

1.一种具备筛选功能的结晶釜,主体为结晶釜,所述结晶釜横向放置,结晶釜一端顶部设有进料口,结晶釜另一端底部设置有出料口,结晶釜外侧包覆设置有冷凝装置,结晶釜内部配合设有搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述冷凝装置包括隔层、冷却水循环管、冷却水箱及循环水泵,所述隔层包覆在所述结晶釜外侧,隔层靠近所述出料口一侧开设有冷却水进水口,隔层靠近所述进料口一侧开设有冷却水出水口,所述冷却水进水口与冷却水出水口之间通过冷却水循环管相互导通,所述冷却水循环管上串行设置有冷却水箱及循环水泵;所述搅拌装置包括电机、搅拌桨、连接块、轴承及搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴设置在所述结晶釜中轴位置,所述搅拌轴一端配合设置有轴承,所述轴承固定与所述连接块上,连接块外侧与所述结晶釜内腔一端焊接相连,所述搅拌轴上固定设置有若干个搅拌桨,搅拌轴另一端伸出结晶釜外侧与所述电机的驱动轴相互连接;所述结晶釜侧壁上端设置有若干个溢出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备筛选功能的结晶釜,其特征在于:所述溢出口直径为5~20mm的圆柱体管状结构,所述溢出口向结晶釜外侧下方倾斜10°~30°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具备筛选功能的结晶釜,其特征在于:所述溢出口的出料口正下方的结晶釜侧壁上活动设置有废料收集框。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备筛选功能的结晶釜,其特征在于:所述结晶釜内壁上设置有若干个挡流板,所述挡流板向出料口一侧倾斜20°~45°。
