本发明提供一种背光模组及显示装置,该背光模组包括:导光板包括入光面、出光面以及反射面;反射板,设置在所述导光板的反射面上,用于将所述导光板中的传输光线反射至所述出光面;扩散片,设置在所述导光板的出光面上;用于对所述导光板的出射光进行扩散处理;棱镜片组,设置在所述扩散片的出光面上;口字胶层,设置在所述导光板的出光面四周;光源,设置在所述导光板的入光面一侧;遮光层,设置在扩散片和口字胶层之间,且设置在棱镜片组外侧,遮光层对应扩散片入射光侧设置,遮光层包括分离的中间段和侧边段,中间段的长度大于侧边段的长度,侧边段两侧分别与扩散片和口字胶层固定连接,中间段仅一侧与口字胶层固定连接。遮光层不再与扩散片为一体结构,在高温或低温等的条件下,扩散片和遮光层进行不同程度的膨胀或收缩,遮光层与扩散片进行相对移动,不造成遮光层和扩散片膨胀长度不同而翘曲。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
目前手机模组越做越薄,RA验证(产品成型后在严苛的环境如高温、高湿等环境下进行的可靠性测试)后膜片翘曲(Waving)已成为一种备受关注的问题,这往往关系该模组是否能量产。
其中大多数翘曲都跟扩散片有关,扩散片RA验证后容易出现翘曲状态。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种背光模组及显示装置,以解决扩散片RA验证后容易出现翘曲状态的问题。
本发明实施例提供一种背光模组,包括:
导光板,包括入光面、出光面以及反射面;
反射板,设置在所述导光板的反射面上,用于将所述导光板中的传输光线反射至所述出光面;
扩散片,设置在所述导光板的出光面上;用于对所述导光板的出射光进行扩散处理;
棱镜片组,设置在所述扩散片的出光面上;
口字胶层,设置在所述导光板的出光面四周;
光源,设置在所述导光板的入光面一侧;
柔性电路板,与所述光源电性连接并用于控制光源,所述柔性电路板设置在所述光源和口字胶层之间;
胶框,设置在所述光源外侧,所述胶框一侧与反射板边缘固定连接,所述胶框另一侧与口字胶层边缘固定连接;以及
遮光层,设置在所述扩散片和口字胶层之间,且设置在棱镜片组外侧,所述遮光层对应扩散片入射光侧设置,所述遮光层包括分离的中间段和侧边段,所述中间段的长度大于侧边段的长度,所述侧边段两侧分别与扩散片和口字胶层固定连接,所述中间段仅一侧与口字胶层固定连接。

本发明实施例提供一种背光模组及手机模组。在该背光模组中,遮光层包括分离的中间段和侧边段,其中侧边段两侧分别与扩散片和口字胶层固定连接,中间段仅一侧与口字胶层固定连接,使遮光层不再与扩散片为一体结构,扩散片和遮光层的膨胀系数不相等。在高温或低温等的条件下,扩散片和遮光层进行不同程度的膨胀或收缩,遮光层中间段与扩散片进行相对移动,即遮光层中间段相对扩散片能滑动,且中间段的长度大于侧边段的长度,则不会因为遮光层与扩散片在高温或低温环境下由于膨胀率不同,造成遮光层和扩散片膨胀长度不同而翘曲。而且改动小,基本不影响原制程,没有额外增加部件,不影响成本。

本实施例提供的显示装置,包括背光模组100,与背光模组连接的显示模组200,显示模组包括依次设置的下偏光板(POL down,polarization film dowm)210、阵列基板(Array)220、彩色滤光片基板(CF,ColorFilter)230和上偏光板(POL up,polarizationfilm up)240。其中下偏光板210连接背光模组100;阵列基板220连接下偏光板210远离背光模组100一侧;彩色滤光片基板230连接阵列基板220远离第一偏光板210一侧;上偏光板240连接彩色滤光片基板230的远离阵列基板220一侧。其中阵列基板220还连接控制芯片221。其中彩色滤光片基板230两侧可以超出下偏光板210和上偏光板240,阵列基板220的宽度可以大于等于彩色滤光片基板230。
在本实施例中,背光模组100依次包括反射板(Reflector)110、导光板(LGP,LightGuide Plate)120、扩散片(Diffuser)130、棱镜片组140、口字胶层(Rim Tape)150,背光模组100还包括光源170、柔性电路板(FPC,flexible printed circuit)180和胶框190。导光板包括入光面、出光面以及反射面,反射板,设置在所述导光板的反射面上,用于将所述导光板中的传输光线反射至所述出光面,扩散片,设置在所述导光板的出光面上;用于对所述导光板的出射光进行扩散处理,棱镜片组,设置在所述扩散片的出光面上,口字胶层,设置在所述导光板的出光面四周。
其中,棱镜片组140设置在扩散片130和口字胶层150之间,棱镜片组140可以包括下棱镜片(prism down)和上棱镜片(prism up)。导光板120连接扩散片130远离口字胶层150一侧。反射板110连接导光板120远离口字胶层150一侧。光源170设置在反射板110侧边和口字胶层150侧边之间,且设置在导光板120外侧。光源170可以是单侧光源,也可以是双侧光源。其中光源170可以为LED光源。柔性电路板180与光源170连接并用于控制光源170,柔性电路板180设置在光源170和口字胶层150之间。胶框190设置在光源170外侧,胶框190一侧与反射板110边缘固定连接,胶框190另一侧与口字胶层150边缘固定连接。用于将口字胶层150和反射板110之间密封。其中口字胶层150上还可以设置返工胶带(Rework Tape)。
如图3和图4所示,图3为本发明实施例中遮光层和扩散片结构示意图,图4为遮光层与扩散片和口字胶层的结构示意图。本实施例中的背光模组包括的遮光层160设置在扩散片130和口字胶层150之间;遮光层160设置在棱镜片组140外侧,遮光层160对应扩散片130入射光侧设置,遮光层160包括分离的中间段161和侧边段162,中间段161的长度大于侧边段162的长度,侧边段162两侧分别与扩散片130和口字胶层150固定连接,中间段161仅一侧与口字胶层150固定连接,扩散片130和遮光层150的膨胀系数不相等。
遮光层包括分离的中间段161和侧边段162,遮光层160不再与扩散片130为一体结构,其中侧边段162两侧分别与扩散片130和口字胶层150固定连接,起到防止扩散片130滑动作用。中间段161仅一侧与口字胶层150固定连接,使遮光层160中间段161不再与扩散片130为一体结构,扩散片130和遮光层160的膨胀系数不相等,在高温或低温等的条件下,扩散片130和遮光层160进行不同程度的膨胀或收缩,遮光层160中间段161与扩散片130进行相对移动,即遮光层150中间段161能相对扩散片130滑动,且中间段161的长度大于侧边段162的长度,则不会因为遮光层150与扩散片130在高温或低温环境下由于膨胀率不同,造成遮光层150和扩散片130膨胀长度不同而翘曲。而且改动小,基本不影响原制程,没有额外增加部件,不影响成本。其中遮光层160可以直接黏贴固定在口字胶层150上,如涂一层胶或使用双面胶等,也可以通过其他方式固定连接在口字胶层150上。
其中,遮光层160对应扩散片130入射光侧设置,即对应扩散片130靠近光源170一侧设置,可以防止光线从侧边进入棱镜片组140。光源170可以为单侧光源,也可以为双侧光源,遮光层160可以设置在扩散片130靠近双侧光源的两侧边缘。
遮光层160分成中间段161和侧边段162,侧边段162分别与口字胶层150和扩散片130固定连接,而中间段161和扩散片130之间不具备粘性,没有固定连接,与扩散片130分离。遮光层160中间段161一侧固定连接在口字胶150上,另一侧不具备粘性,与扩散片130处于可移动状态,只起到遮挡多余光线,防止聚光点(Hotspot)现象产生作用。遮光层160中间段161与扩散片130接触部分不再具备粘性,背光模组里,组装完成的遮光层160中间段161处于压住扩散片130状态。因为没有粘性,所以在高温或低温环境下,扩散片130和遮光层进行不同程度的膨胀后,扩散片130和遮光层160中间段161可以相对移动。
在本实施例中,侧边段包括设置在中间段161两侧的第一侧边段163和第二侧边段164,第一侧边段163和第二侧边段164分别与扩散片130和口字胶层150固定连接。中间段161两侧分别设有第一侧边段163和第二侧边段164,第一侧边段163和第二侧边段164一侧分别与口字胶层150固定连接,另一侧分别与扩散片130固定连接。第一侧边段163和第二侧边段164两侧固定连接扩散片边缘,比仅一侧固定连接扩散片起到更好的防止扩散片130滑动作用。
在本实施例中,侧边段162对应扩散片130靠近光源一侧的边缘设置。侧边段162长度远小于中间段161的长度,且位于靠近背光模组边缘位置,处于背光模组热量低点的位置;而且宽度很窄,受热变形量很小,不会带动扩散片130变形。
在本实施例中,侧边段对应扩散片130一侧设有用于与扩散片130黏贴固定连接的胶层165。其中,侧边段包括设置在中间段两侧的第一侧边段163和第二侧边段164。通过胶层165与扩散片130黏贴固定连接,胶层165可以是双面胶,也可以是胶体,也可以是其他双面具有粘性的材料。
在本实施例中,遮光层160为黑色PET(Polyethylene terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸类塑料)层。
如图5所示,图5为本发明实施例中扩散片带分割线的结构图。在本实施例中,扩散片130入光侧即对应光源侧设有一条或多条沿长边方向的分割线131,分割线131两侧的扩散片130断开。扩散片130入光侧做一条或多条竖向,即沿长边方向裁断的分割线131,以释放入光侧热源带来的扩散片130变形量。
在本实施例中,分离的中间段和侧边段之间设有分离线,分离线侧边设有阻挡光线的突出部。具体的,分离线为弯曲线或弯折线,在弯折的地方,分离线两侧的中间段和/或侧边段向分离线突出形成阻挡光线的突出部,可以防止光源的光线经分离线进入背光模组内部。其中弯曲线可以是弧线、曲线等,其中弧线的角度可以较大,也可以多个子弧线连接,曲线可以有多个弯角,利用分离线两侧的中间段和侧边段的错位阻挡光线。弯折线可以是具有两个或多个90度直角的折线,也可以是具有两个或多个的锐角或钝角的折线,也可以是弯曲线和折线的拼接,同样是利用分离线两侧的中间段和侧边段的错位阻挡光线,尤其是两个90度的直角既能有效阻挡光线也方便制作。
上述实施例提供的背光模组主要用于手机模组中。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:
导光板,包括入光面、出光面以及反射面;
反射板,设置在所述导光板的反射面上,用于将所述导光板中的传输光线反射至所述出光面;
扩散片,设置在所述导光板的出光面上;用于对所述导光板的出射光进行扩散处理;
棱镜片组,设置在所述扩散片的出光面上;
口字胶层,设置在所述导光板的出光面四周;
光源,设置在所述导光板的入光面一侧;
柔性电路板,与所述光源电性连接并用于控制光源,所述柔性电路板设置在所述光源和口字胶层之间;
胶框,设置在所述光源外侧,所述胶框一侧与反射板边缘固定连接,所述胶框另一侧与口字胶层边缘固定连接;以及
遮光层,设置在所述扩散片和口字胶层之间,且设置在棱镜片组外侧,所述遮光层对应扩散片入射光侧设置,所述遮光层包括分离的中间段和侧边段,所述中间段的长度大于侧边段的长度,所述侧边段两侧分别与扩散片和口字胶层固定连接,所述中间段仅一侧与口字胶层固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述侧边段包括设置在中间段两侧的第一侧边段和第二侧边段。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述侧边段对应扩散片的边缘设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述侧边段对应扩散片一侧设有用于与扩散片黏贴固定连接的胶层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述扩散片入光侧设有一条或多条沿长边方向的分割线,所述分割线两侧的扩散片断开。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述遮光层为黑色PET层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述分离的中间段和侧边段之间设有分离线,所述分离线侧边设有阻挡光线的突出部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述分离线为弯曲线或弯折线。
9.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8所述的背光模组。
10.根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还包括:与所述背光模组连接的显示模组,所述显示模组包括:
第一偏光板,连接所述背光模组的口字胶层;
阵列基板,连接所述第一偏光板远离口字胶层一侧;
彩色滤光片基板,连接所述阵列基板远离第一偏光板一侧;
第二偏光板,连接所述彩色滤光片基板的远离阵列基板一侧。
